Another time, i put in quarters and they werent being added to the cost. I grabbed exact change from my purse prior to inserting change, so i know how many werent counted. I thought the machine would catch them up if i put in a few more coins but they didnt. I alerted staff and they were certain i was lying to get $1. Staff came over and inserted 2 coins and said, it seems to be working. I assured her it didnt keep counting when i had inserted correct amount. She said, nope i helped and gave you 2 quarters. The two I could use, same size... one didn't give me the extra rinse I paid for and fished 13 minutes sooner than the other one that did do the extra rinse. One dryer gave me 5 minutes and the other gave me 8 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, was told, that's just what they do. Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...? There was probably under a dozen people doing laundry; some waited while others drop off and left. There was a wash and dryer for every load size. Washer range from $3.75, $4.75, $6.00, $9.50, $12.00, and $20. Dryer cost from $2.75-6.00. There is an app, but even a tech savvy millennial like me couldn't get it to work so I ended up using my credit card instead. There was one employee who maintain the area. The atmosphere was quiet, which was nice. AMENITIES: There were vending machines available for snacks and sodas. There are about 7 laundry cart and folding stations. Lots of benches and seating area. They have soap vending machine available, change machine, and ATM. Restroom is also available. They have outlets with USB plug-in throughout seating area. They also have an outdoor vacuum to clean your car while you wait. Decent amount of parking. Wash took about 26 minutes for a $12.00 machine and dryer took about 31 minutes for a $4.00 machine. 4/5 stars because there was mold-like when I retrieved my wash. I checked the others, it didn't look dirty. It may look that way because it was wet. Overall, I would come back for large wash. I spent $32 for my two comforters and waited slightly over an hour for it to be done.
