Chili sauce and ginger and bok choy dumplings with a green tea and ginger handcrafted drink.
    Ronit M.

I'm torn about what rating to give. When they first opened up it was more bang for your buck. It seems like nowadays you get less for more money when it comes down to the dumplings. I think maybe nothing has really changed except for the presentation. You get 5 small dumpings in a box large enough to hold 15 dumplings. The lemonades and handcrafted drinks are a gem though, they taste great and use real ingredients and they're a fraction of the cost of a bubble tea from next door. The tables are all always sticky. I think they should have someone frequently clean the tables after each person or party of people finishes their meal. I haven't been to the loo there but I presume it's towards the back right of the space. One has the option to order at the kiosk or at the front desk. Immediately behind the front desk is the kitchen and staff. Ordering is easy unless you want to change things up, it's better to order at the front desk. There's no option for 0% sugar (for example) with the handcrafted drinks and mine was way too sweet with 25% sugar. The dumplings order allows you to select a sauce to go with them too. It's impossible to use the whole sauce cup for all 5 dumplings. I would recommend using even smaller cups to cut back on waste. They have these cool pods for keeping orders heated until you're ready to snag it. Be sure to keep your receipt handy as it will have the order number which you need ! The chairs/stools are very uncomfortable, but every time I've gone there have been 0-3 persons at a time and never at full capacity. At the right wall seating they have phone chargers built in which is really nice when one's phone needs a little extra juice. Happy eats!

Side of Hibachi Noods - So Flavorful

Noods and Dumps! This isn't Cleveland, it's New York and these dumplings and noodles were up there with some of the best I've had. BDS MMMMMM! (Please steal that and make shirts). Ordering was a breeze with their touch screen kiosk. I'm assuming there's an app with similar ordering too, but as an out-of-towner, I wasn't going through all that. I tried the sampler with 3 different types of dumplings (4 of each choice). I ordered a Wagyu, Chicken and Scallion and the Kung Pao. All were good but I enjoyed the chicken one the most. I had a side of Kung Pao sauce and Orange Ginger sauce for dipping and they paired well with all the dumplings and on the noods too. If you like tasteful noods, then this place is for you. The Side of Hibachi Noodles was so flavorful and better than any noodle dish I've had, and I've been to Panda Express! That $4 side was worth every Abe Lincoln penny! I need carbs like I need a hole in the head, but I'd gladly just eat a larger order of those. The staff was awesome too. They kept poking their heads out of the little window making sure I was ok with the ordering and if I had any questions, then checked to make sure I liked everything. I felt they genuinely cared and were appreciative of the compliments I gave them on the quality and taste of the food. I'd go back again if I'm in the area or saw another location somewhere else in the city (or country if they expand). It must be the water in NYC because bagels, pizza, pasta and now dumplings are just so much better!

Great atmosphere. Food was delicious! Everyone was very attentive, service was great.

The service is very fast and the guy bringing it out seems nice. The portion sizes are also decent so you do feel like you're getting your money's worth. That's where the positives ended for me. The peanut noodles smelled better than they tasted. Not much peanut flavor at all even with peanuts on it. The dumplings are doughy and crispy at the same time which is an interesting choice. The burger was great. Get that. Also they WILL charge gratuity without prompting.

Gotta be honest I've had better frozen dumplings. We ordered the teriyaki chicken and pork chive fried and steamed. I wasn't impressed. The Lo mien had a good taste. The fried teriyaki chicken had way too much soy sauce in it.

The ambiance outside was first attracted me to stop here. Inside there are numerous tables to dine-in. I liked the touch of the neon signs and decorations. The food is Asian fushion with a New York twist to dumplings. The prices are decent. I ordered the chop-chop combo which includes a bowl and a drink. For the chop chop bowl you get a choice of starch either white rice, salad or chow mein noodles. Then you get the choice of protein which includes chicken, shrimp, plant-based, etc. lastly, you have the option of the sauces. I chose the famous peanut sauce. The bowl was delicious. I also ordered pork and cabbage potstickers for my husband. For a light and fluffy meal choice. He enjoyed them as well. The service was quick. Once you order your will see your order on the queue board and once your order is ready it is placed in a see-through lock box that unlocks when you scan your receipt. I thought that was really cool.

So I really really wanted to like this place. I think the design is innovative, the colors and the idea is invigorating...but that's where it stops. The food is just not great. The lamb gyro dumplings was oily and tiny. The other order were chives and that had no aroma that you would expect from a chive dumpling. The skin is too thick and over fried to the point it was dry and hard. The fries were lukewarm which was shocking since the orders were supposed to be made to order. Soda machine wasn't working and just soda in the can at the moment. Not an automat where there is food ready for you to buy and open and leave. So you would order on the kiosk and then wait for your order number to show up and then you would scan your receipt or bar code off your text message and it will direct you to open which door. Sorry but the dumpling-quality has to improve. This won't work when you can go to HMart and spend 1/3 of the money and get a whole bag of dumplings. Lastly, no sauce for the dumplings offered as option on the kiosk and music was just so loud you couldn't even hear yourself think. I would not recommend this as place at this time

New restaurant with an interesting concept. It's basically fast food as there are very few tables you order your food from a kiosk and after it's cooked it comes out through a window. They're in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking. They have many different kinds of dumplings, some bowls, and several sides. The onion rings were excellent. We tried the breakfast, egg, cheese and bacon dumpling and we were not overly impressed. It's not bacon, it's bacon bits. My granddaughter ordered the mac & cheese dumplings and they were OK. We tried the cheesesteak, and it was very good. The apple cinnamon dessert dumplings were delicious. They have many more flavors to try but unfortunately we were here during their soft opening and they were out of many of their products. As they were in their soft opening, Anthony was at the kiosk helping people place orders and telling everyone what they no longer had. He was very nice and helpful. Worth a try.

Honestly everytime I come the food is fresh. I like the innovative way the place lets you get your food. Ive been here about three times and im obsessed with their protein options . The service is great too once you walk in you are greeted by a gentleman who is ready to help you immediately. The location is clean open space that you can just post up and chat with a friend.

This was certainly a new and different experience for me. Touch screen ordering always gets me a bit confused so I ordered and paid online before going in. I had seen a couple of videos about this chain of eateries so I had an idea about how the place worked. This is a small very neat establishment. There is a wall of food delivery lockers located straight ahead from the entry, and two large tables with seating in the center, plus there is seating along the wall. There is a display of merchandise for sale, a drink refrigerator, and a deep freezer of other items for sale. The afore mentioned touchscreen guides you as you make your selections. Dumplings with a variety of fillings, prepared and presented in a variety of ways can be purchased. There was someone working here but I did not see him when I went in to pick up my order. Retrieving my order was easy. Although I did erroneously go to the order kiosk at first, I realized my error and then correctly entered my name on the center screen located on the back wall by the retrieval lockers. Once entered, the screen gives the number lockers where the purchase can be found in nicely bagged packaging, together with a pair of chopsticks, napkins, and a spoon. I ordered two items: bacon cheeseburger dumplings and apple pie dessert dumplings with vanilla ice cream. Unfortunately, the apple pie dumplings were not available and someone, I'll assume the fellow working, called a few minutes after I placed my order, and suggested I substitute the brownie dumplings, which I did. The bacon cheeseburger dumplings were scrumptious. I devoured them in record time. (I did not use or need dipping sauce). The brownie dumplings, however, were a big disappointment, the filling was far too mushy and flavorless. The vanilla ice cream, on the other hand, was a good quality and very tasty. I look forward to returning to try some of the other dumplings, especially the pb&j one, which they did not have at this location during this visit.

Solid 3. This is an automated shop. Pay via card only. Online ordering is not a thing yet for this particular location. When you 1st walk in its busy but super chaotic. The music is obnoxiously loud for a mid weekday lunch, it felt like i was in club. You're literally yelling just to hear the person next to you. So if you're looking for a relaxing lunch this is not it. Plus there's limited seating. The one worker upfront is a bit too overly pressing on showing how to pick your order that it's not an enjoyable experience. I felt rushed and didn't get a real look through of the offerings. My receipt didn't print and you need the receipt in order to retrieve your order from the automate. You will scan the receipt in order for your window to open, to retrieve your food. So i was left standing clueless as i didn't even have an order number to reference to. I told the girl and she took the blank receipt and told me she'd fix it. She didn't. Lucky after waiting and waiting i got a text and thankfully it sent me a barcode, because if i had to wait, I'd be there longer than i was already. They require tipping, even though, you make the order yourself, and retrieve it yourself, so if you're one of those people who believe tipping is reserved for actual service, it may upset you, like it did a few standing around me. You have to take into consideration the type of clients coming here from the surronding area. Alot of old school people. So i can understand the frustration. For a bowl of sweet n sour chicken and noodles combo, it cost me nearly $25 after forced tip. You're getting sit down restaurant prices for food court quality fast food. Not worth it the price. For those who are not cilantro fans, id pass on the bowls. I like cilantro but this was an over abundant use of it, that you couldn't taste anything but cilantro. And i bite into a raw piece of chicken too. This place has a large learning curve ahead. I'd wait a bit to go try it again to be fair and hopefully get a better, more organized experience with better quality food.

All self serve - you order and pay on kiosk, wait for your number to be displayed - and use your receipt bar code to unlock the door for your food. There are some seats for dine in also. The Buffalo chicken dumplings were my favorite - the lo mein just ok
