Long lines, sub par swill (coffee), after waiting 15 minutes in line (because some douche nozzle friend of the staff/owner is oblivious a line is forming out the door), I finally order, wait another 5 minutes only to get handed the wrong order. Dilemma, do I wait in line again or just leave with what they gave me and never return, guess which one I chose? $15 a day X 6 days a week just walked out your door. I like to think myself of a bagel connoisseur - it's my favorite food and I always try to find local bagel shoppes wherever I go in Florida. I hit the jackpot today with Brooklyn Dough. I called ahead because it was later in the day, and the kind employee on the phone remarked that he was surprised they still had a french toast bagel left, so I ordered it as a bacon, egg, and cheese. And omg! It was quite possibly the best bagel I've ever had! It reminded me of a soft challah bread with the perfect mix of sweet seasonings. And it wasn't too messy. Making it a sandwich was a great call too, as the scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy and the bacon was perfectly crispy. I don't think my photo even does it justice, I was very satisfied with this meal. Friendly service, clean restaurant, and incredible food at a reasonable price. As a southerner, I've always thought I couldn't tell a good bagel from a crappy bagel. I just didn't grow up eating NY bagels. However, after my very first bite of a Brooklyn Dough bagel, I finally knew what a good bagel was supposed to taste like. Now that we've eaten the good stuff, we can't go back. I haven't eaten a bad thing on the menu. I'm partial to the pastrami because it comes from Jimmy P's, which is always good. This is also a good place to order a dozen bagels for out of town guests or breakfast get togethers. Pro tip: the line gets pretty long on weekends so order online and pick up 20 minutes later at the online order section. It's so fun to bypass the line and get your bagels! read more

I forgave them instantly 3- Brenden and Jon were at the counter and they are super confident in their food and service because they are that good! 4- Brooklyn wall art paying respect to some of NY icons was a plus! I got the breakfast sandwich and I was stuffed! I don't order items like this typically since most places are stingy with how they make it. Not here! This place has filled the hole in my heart with arguably the best bagels in Naples. I've visited multiple times, but for the first time last week, I tried once of their lunch sandwiches! Ooooh boy, I'll be back for more of the menu! The BLT was beautiful with fresh produce and tons of bacon (cooked perfectly!) and a just spicy enough chipotle mayo... my only regret was that I got it toasted and didn't eat it right off (but that's on me). We were very happy with our bagels from Brooklyn Dough in Naples. We had an everything and a sesame, both with bacon cream cheese. Bagels were warm, cream cheese was cool -- it was delish!!! I am a HUGE bagel fan. I love a good everything bagel and Brooklyn Dough did not disappoint. They have regular everything, spicy everything, egg everything, and my all time favorite whole wheat everything. The bagels are New York style bagels and they are legit. There was a line out the door and I can see why. Even with a line the service was quick, kind, and efficient. There is not a lot of seating inside but you may be able to snag a seat if you wait. I got the whole wheat everything with light garlic herb cream cheese. The normal smear or cream cheese is A LOT. I even had to scrape some off with the light amount of cream cheese. My grandma got an Asiago bagel with a side of cream cheese which I will do moving forward. The latte I got was also great. The staff was super friendly and even when they were busy had time to congratulate me because MSU was moving on in the March Madness tournament and I was wearing an MSU shirt! Everything was delicious the wait was shott. There were a lot of people walking in and they were obvious regulars because they were on first name bases with the workers, which is always a good sign.
