They are super clean and compliant with COVID guidelines, as they change out each topper on the three mattresses between appointments. What I love most about this store is that the employees are not pushy and do not seem to work off commission. They do not hover, and they let you take your time trying the mattresses out. That is when I found Johnny at Bed Drs and I am so happy I did. Johnny has been in the business for years and is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sleep. He knows his products. Plus, he is super patient and a real pleasure to work with. He is a good human being. He went above and beyond for me after I came in 5 times to test out and finally purchase a new mattress. He never tried to upsell or force me into making a rushed decision. He told me he would stand behind the sale and he did. I initially purchased a mattress that was a bit too firm for me. So, he was able to switch that out for a new fabulous Aireloom mattress. I also added an adjustable base, pillow, sheets and a topper (for another previously purchased mattress that was too firm). I am so happy and as you can tell it is Teddy brewski approved. When I reached out to the salesperson who handled my order, he was dismissive, made false assumptions about the cause, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Before my purchase, he even tried to talk me out of applying for the store's Synchrony financing, telling me I'd "need really good credit." I applied anyway and was approved for $8,000 on the spot -- which says a lot about both my credit and his professionalism. The quality control and customer service here are equally disappointing. I've filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and Synchrony Bank for the defective merchandise and lack of accountability. Future customers: document everything, because you might need it.

On January 4 I ordered and paid $1500 for a mattress. It arrived late and damaged . The company was good in that after I sent several photos they agreed to replace it. Since I was out of town I asked that delivery of the replacement mattress wait until I returned. About March 15 I called and asked that the replacement mattress be sent. Matthew agreed. When the mattress did not arrive as anticipated on March 28, I inquired about the status. I repeatedly received the same email response from Sarah, "our team is actively working on getting an update and tracking information , and at this time there are no new updates to share". Now on April 10, after 7 emails I still have no information. Each response has been exactly as the above. I called but the customer service representative, Matthew, said he could not help me and that the "logistics team" only communicated with customers by email. The Murphy bed that the mattress is for will be installed Monday. If and when I actually get the mattress I will have to pay for the installers to come out a second time to secure the mattress to the bed.

We provided all requested documentation for their warranty process and received no response for over six weeks. The company denied our claim because I placed the warranty claim email (with my wife copied to every message) and the purchase receipt was in my wife's name. They said that they consider this a transfer of ownership that voids the warranty.

The sales associates do not seem to hover over customers when they walk in the door or approach them aggressively like a used car salesman like at some of their competitors stockrooms. They simply leave you be to shop and seem to really work with you on pricing as well as financing if you choose to purchase with them. That said, we have not purchased anything from them yet, so I cannot speak on that. All in all, had a great experience looking at what they have to offer and will be back in the future to explore their showroom in hopes to find a good fit for our furniture needs.
