Lucy was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. She took her time and made sure every detail was done well. The spa manicure was relaxing, and my nails looked great when she was finished. Excellent service, minimal wait time, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Luxe Nail Salon, especially if you have the opportunity to book with Lucy

What a beautiful location. The esthetics is bright and relaxing. I made an appointment as a first time lr and they were on time. No waiting here. Jhenny took me to the spa chair that is beautiful and functional with the massage. I got the spa pedicure that came with hot stone massage, steam and a bunch of creams, massage, hot towel, and this one was the basic. I was in heaven. I really needed a good relax sesh and this was it. jhenny got in the toes very well and massaged me to bliss. A full hour on the spa pedi and worth every penny. In fact about the same price point as my lackluster old salon I went to. Not anymore! I'll be at Luce for my pampering! The mani was just as good and I also got eyebrow and lip wax. 2 full hours of bliss! I am very happy with the service, staff, price, and location. See you soon!

I've noticed the other customers always seem happy and familiar with the staff. My gel manicures last forever, I've never been nicked, and I have never felt them lift and catch on my hair when I'm shampooing which is my biggest peeve with gels. I asked her again for quote and she said it depended on length of nails and shape and... Red flag #2. But the icing on the cake was when she offered to do a pedi for $30 for my child. I left and came back the charge was for more than discussed. She gave my child gel instead of a regular nail polish and expected me to pay the extra. My trust was lost. I cannot recommend a business that has questionable practices especially when you can get better service and prices up the road. I have 2 stars because the nails were nice. The toes were sloppy! I learned later that this is common practice here. They charge you more than what they say.

The place is a nice size but not overly huge and located right on Lincoln Ave in Prospect Park, and is just perfect. The few times that I have had my nails done I have never enjoyed the much larger places because you never get to know the wonderful people behind the masks and counter taking care of you. I was helped by the wonderful Landy, who was more than happy to entertain my flip-flopping back and forth on what I really wanted to do with my nails and how I wanted to do it, along with my incessant conversation and questions. I love to learn everything I can about everything I can. She worked with the skill of an absolute master and did such a wonderful job and even figured out how to pair everything just right, and then even agreed as I was leaving to be my tutor to help me in my current quest to learn Chinese when I am in there! So excited! They provide all the services you would expect from a nail salon, plus a few extra, and are easily the nicest group of people I have ever encountered in this industry. I cannot say that I have an absolute breadth of experience with places, but the friendliness, care, and effort to make you feel at home is unmatched in anywhere I have been before. If you live in the area you should definitely be checking out T & K for your next manicure or pedicure or other service, you'll be so happy that you did, and likely keep returning time after time.

They offered to redo my nails another time, but I am from out of town and did not have time to come back. I asked for the "dip" to be discounted and they refused. With me was my 7 year old daughter who had her fingers and toes painted. They did not sit her down at the table but rather made her hold her arm out to get her fingers painted. Then the woman continued to yell at her to stop moving so much! She's 7 and holding her arm in the air! Definitely do not bring your child here as they are clearly not kid friendly. They will offer to redo your nails... but who has time for that! Do it right the first time or offer a discount if you mess up. It's called good customer service.

The workers here are extremely friendly and patient. Most of the salons I go to try to get the job done -- in and out type of job. The people who work here are surprisingly very relaxed and calm. (Maybe because it was a slower weekday?) They smile and joke with their customers. The prices are very fair and relatively inexpensive compared to the salons in the city. Quality is great. I will definitely stop by again if I'm in the area! They take both cash and card -- you can tip with card too! Cost me $15 so remove my gel manicure and get a regular manicure.
