Every question I have isn't a bother to them - and they answer it fully. The lotion selection is very good - a lot of Swedish Beauty products, which I really like. Prices for lotions are comparable to any other tanning salon. I appreciate the great selection of packets, though. Nice to try other types when you want. The beds are good - decent bulb strength and decent selection. No real advanced beds like I have back home in DC, but the beds they have here will definitely do the trick. You can do monthly, weekly, or points to use towards bed use. I opted for points and felt that you get a fair amount of tans for the price. If I lived here, I'd opt for the monthly, since that is the better cost option, and you get discounts on the products. Best perk - goggles, towel, and deodorant are provided in each room! It's little things like that which separate the tanning establishments from each other. Overall this is a great establishment - clean, friendly, and good selections across the board.

I delivered two very large babies over a decade ago and had followed the advice of my OB/Gyn, but kegels weren't enough. Usually within 20 minutes of jogging, I would start to leak. I was already a very loyal customer of Refresh & Refine (and travel more than 300 miles for all treatments there - well worth it!!!!) so I was thrilled R&R started offering treatments to help with this very embarrassing problem. FormaV's radiofrequency treatments were surprisingly comfortable. VTone's muscle stimulation was a bit more intense but manageable. More importantly, it left my pelvic floor feeling stronger. The combined effect of FormaV and VTone has been incredible. My urinary incontinence is practically gone. I have so much more confidence thanks to these treatments. I have now completed my sessions and feel like i am in my 20s again. It not only has cleared up my urinary incontinence problem while jogging, sneezing, coughing, jumping, etc... but it has had some added benefits in the bedroom. I highly recommend it!

Got my hair cut here about 2mo. ago and completely forgot to leave a review! Long layers, trim shaped into a subtle "v", and side swept bangs. Unfortunately, I have this unmanageable widows peak so cutting the bangs became a little bit of a struggle. Instead of getting scissor happy and chopping it all away, she went to the owner and asked for some advice. Kudos to you girl!! I would've been one pissed off customer otherwise lol!! The owner showed her what to do and then cut it herself. My stylist went in afterwards and trimmed it up. Overall, I am very happy with the service here and highly recommend to everyone!
