Second time eating here; first time eating inside the restaurant. The pizza is delicious. Excellent dough, great sauce and fresh ingredients. Really loved the pizza. The ricotta cheese and fig appetizer was excellent also. We enjoyed the service and the place is very nice inside. My only small issue was that I didn't think the house salad dressing was very good. (Sorry). I look forward to trying some other dishes next time I go. read more

Step into this pizzeria and get transported to NYC with an industrial vibe. Enjoy some fresh, hot pizza that hits the spot. We devoured some of "The Butcher" which is an all meat NY style pizza. Decent enough we hadn't been in a while was way better when it was smaller though and had Pizza by the slice. Seemed like better quality back then and less flop, now kind of soggy, few places keep their original recipe, quality and passion, seems just the way it always is, when places grow and expand rent costs, ingredients inflation etc. first McDonald's from what I understand was phenomenal. It would seem it's under a new ownership although they might say otherwise, a new partner, or investor spent a lot of money on the new store look and trying to be upscale, comes at a cost to cut costs & when you lose sight of your original vision. We'll keep searching for a better slice. read more

Everything went well. Food and service were excellent. Chicken parm was to die for. The cutlets were perfectly cooked. Soft and tender. Eggplant parmigiana is the best. They feed you like a king. I would highly recommend this place. read more

This place used to be great. They are now way over priced for pizza. They also no longer serve by the slice. The wait times are far too long. We ordered a pizza a salad and an app and the pizza took well over an hr to get to the table. I miss how it used to be. Ina. City slam packed with pizza options this used to be the go to place but no more. The restaurant is nice in appearance and was remodeled well. read more

By far the best pizza I have had in Florida. I spent summers in NYC as a kid and feel deeply in love with their pizza slice places... they just hit different. Bronx house is as close as I have found in the south. They use the best mozzarella called "Grande". Very pricey but worth it very cent. The sauce and dough are also excellent. Run don't walk and try a simple cheese pie. This separates the men from thr boys and Bronx house crushes it. I'm thankful this place exists , I drive from New Smyrna, I'd drive further . read more

This is a great pizza restaurant, my first visit here and definitely not my last, the food is amazing and the service is everything I hoped it would be. Anna our server greeted us immediately after we were seated, she quickly dropped off a few menus and took our drink orders and was very attentive throughout our visit. The restaurant was mostly filled and there were a few customers on the patio and a steady stream of take out customers, after taking a few bites I understand why - the pizza is perfect, the crusted is cooked perfectly and has that chew that I absolutely crave - the toppings are of very high quality and the cheese stretches from the pan to your mouth and the sauce is perfectly balanced. We started with an order of Garlic Knots, these are the real deal served hot from the oven and drenched in all the goodness you dream of, they comes with red sauce for dipping but honestly they need nothing. I had the pleasure of first trying Bronx house in Lake Mary. Literally everything we ate (it was a lot) was delicious. So, I was SUPER excited to see one in Port Orange...unfortunately for me it didn't taste as good as the first time that I had it. Today I wanted the appetizer that I loved the most and that was the fried ravioli. These were just okay. They were warm. The marinara wasn't as flavorful as I had the first time but it was still okay. I'll comeback to try the meatballs and pizza another time. Hopefully my review score improves but this. This pie was so soggy with grease the dough was mush. The pepperoni has puddles of grease. This wouldn't be considered drunk pizza. This is what you eat to make yourself throw up after a night of drinking. I ate two slices hoping it would get better. So it didn't go to waste. I left the rest outside for the feral cats. See the box liner, all the grease soaked through that and into the cardboard. This is the main reason I don't eat out. I'm tired of paying to be disappointed read more

November 12 2024 Tried this place for the first time this past week and I have to say it was pretty darn good. I got a small pie with mushrooms and onions. While it does not quite measure up to genuine Bronx NYC pizza (which I have had while visiting NYC) it is pretty good! The employees here are very friendly and the place has an industrial type look to it. The place is very clean and well kept. I guess they are doing quite well because they are moving a few doors down to a bigger location. With that said I recommend this establishment and I will be back to order something else off the menu and of course more pizza. read more

Always a Great Pizza. Delivery takes about 45 min. It's worth the wait. I've never ate in the restaurant so I can not speak on this place interior. I can Speak on the food. They moved to a new big place so my first thought is they don't make enough off of a slice and a drink. Terrible customer service. Placed an order for delivery - was told 40-45 minutes for delivery. I waited roughly 75 minutes, then called the restaurant to get some clarity. I was given nothing but excuses. All told, it was almost two hours between ordering the pizza and delivery. In the old days, it was on-time or it was free. This place clearly can't handle even a typical evening rush, so I'd avoid it. Pizza is only average and not at all worth the hassle. read more

Eggplant Parm Sub (EPS)?...Stick to Pizza, Guys! Finding a real eggplant dish is becoming a rarity in most restaurants. Specially in pizza shops. Bronx House Pizza's Eggplant sub is a massive loaf of bread, lots of cheese and their signature tomato sauce but instead of eggplant what you get is a super processed pancake that resembles pure with crumbs and spices and then deep fried. Surely frozen for packaging. Can tell it is eggplant because it is not. Very disappointing! read more

Not bad, not the best I've had, but hey, we're pretty far from New York. Too be honest a bit low on flavor and sort of floppy sog. Sauce is is a big part of it even down to how much. Dough and crust could use some work as well, need that Catskill water, probably give it a second chance and the benefit of the doubt. read more

I submitted an order for delivery at 19:45 this evening. My order was for $35 worth of food. I was quoted a delivery time of 21:40. I checked the status of my order every 20 minutes. At 21:00, my order was abruptly cancelled. I will NEVER order food from Bronx House again. read more

Had order door dashed. Sanitation pizza was so delicious! Pizza crust was cooked to perfection! Hot wings were the bomb, they were just right spicy and so delicious! Then we split a cannoli, which was perfect sweet for dessert. This was all in all a 9/10 dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed every morsel! read more

It was like butter. And that was before I poured butter on it. I apologize that I forgot the name of the chicken dish, but it was amazing, show them a picture or ask for the chicken in capers sauce. At first, I was dipping my veggies in this sauce, a very silky salty creamy sauce. That was until the steak came out. The Steak Madeira sauce was so good we were bouncing back and fourth it was impossible to choose. There was so much food in front of us at one point it was being unbelievably lost in flavor. Despite being filled to the brim, and trying to wash it down with delicious house sangria - we still opted for dessert. This cheeaecake icecream thing, I had no idea what to expect from the description, but it was so layered. Delicious crust, velvety texture of the icecream, blueberries and even more crust in the center that was a huge surprise. I also want to say, the staff is so hands on. As we arrived we requested to be seated near each other, as there were 4 top tables available next to each other. The host informed us that they did not want us interacting as it would disturb the vibe. To assume that we don't understand proper etiquette was a bit insulting. As we sat in the basement, it felt like we were getting seated for a church dinner. The fake stained glass and outdated carpeting was incredibly tacky, as well as the dirty piece of paper requesting restraint from cell phone use (as pictured). Other than the strange indoor decor, and the host demeaning our party, the food did not disappoint. We enjoyed the carpaccio, pasta, veal scallopine, lamb, and chocolate desserts. Everything was delicious. I was unaware when booking that they do not have a liquor license. I came to find out when I ordered an espresso martini. The wine list was decent and I decided upon an Amarone which was the perfect compliment to dinner. Overall, it was decent due to the food, but the vibe was very strange and didn't feel upscale whatsoever. Service was fine, nothing exceptional.
