I'm happy to join the chorus of those singing the praises of Nigel and the team at Reved Up Creationz! Nigel told me that my two left tires were ruptured, probably from hitting a bad pothole. While he had the tires off, he also checked the brakes. Turns out I also needed new pads, front and back. My car was delayed for a few days and over the week, but I was able to work around it because I work from home and use ride share services. I wasn't thrilled the last day as they called me in the am to say that the car was ready and being detailed. I waited all day and no call. Finally at 4:00 I just headed over as I was running out of time to Uber there. It took them a while to get the paperwork and key found, but the car was out front ready to go. The minor inconveniences aside, the people were great, the repair looks great and I would go back again, but hope I don't need to.

Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days. If I could give this shop zero stars I would. I brought in my 2019 Dodge Charger R/T for a water…read morepump issue and they diagnosed it, replaced the pump, and sent me on my way, but the problem wasn't fixed. I came back and was told the first pump was defective, then the second pump was also "defective," and on the third attempt it turned out to be a screw that wasn't tightened. This went on five different times, and each time I was told "you're good to go." As an individual, I blindly trusted this shop to be honest and competent, but ever since they touched the water pump and cooling system my car has had nothing but coolant-related issues. Coolant was leaking onto my O2 sensor, coolant hoses literally popped from the heat and pressure, and coolant was spraying everywhere. Due to these repeated failures and negligence, the engine overheated so badly that it blew my motor and cooked the gaskets, and now I need a new motor. To make matters worse, all of this happened while my car was in their shop, and they were the ones who told me that my motor was blown. When I asked them to make it right, they refused to accept any responsibility, and the owner Joe actually told me it was my fault because, in his words, "I wasn't the one driving the car," even though they released my car to me multiple times assuring me that the problem was fixed and I had nothing to worry about. This shop wasted my time, my money, and destroyed my trust, and if you value your car or your wallet you should stay as far away from this place as possible. Update : And if that wasn't enough, after I posted my review, they actually called me and gave me an ultimatum that if I didn't remove my car from their property by 3 p.m. the next day on a weekend they would have it impounded -- an incredibly petty and immature move that just shows the kind of business they run. This shop wasted my time, my money, and destroyed my trust, and if you value your car or your wallet you should stay as far away from this place as possible.
