We contacted this business because we were told they could replace a large decal on the roof of our vehicle. The original decal had faded over the years. I had ordered a new one but then decided it was too big a job to do myself. The person who does that work isn't a regular employee there, so I had to leave a message for him to call us. I talked to him about the job and arranged to drop the call off there. He said he couldn't guarantee the end result the way he normally did because I was providing the decal. I was fine with that since I had bought a high quality decal from England. He called us on that day after he saw the car and said the job would cost more than he had estimated, because it would take longer than expected to remove the old one. I wasn't surprised as the decal had been on there for ten years, since the car was new. The work was finished that same day and it looked great. I brought in my mustang a few days ago for tinting after a recommendation from a friend and had a great experience. Brain was friendly, welcoming and walked me through the process. This was my first time having my windows tinted and I'm pleased with the outcome. Brain told me there might be some haziness and a few small bubbles immediately afterward, but they should go away within a few days.... and he was absolutely correct. These guys are polite but incompetent. Brought them my new car to tint after 3 times I gave up. Bubbles everywhere. The owner Doug Smith told me they were in business 38 years, I just wanted my windows tinted without bubbles. Heard multiple complaints during my days waiting in their office. read more

Ordered a truck chest but the one they ordered was too big due to bed liner. This could of been avoided if they simply measured must of been the first truck tool box install with bed liner they had faced? I rely on my time to make my money so wasting time with this mistake is one thing bit to rearrange my schedule to get my truck there when it worked best for them and have to sit around while instead of calling around for one that fits while i go back to work and giving me a call they disregarded my time and money and let me just sit knowing nothing of the mistakes in their waiting room. I dont mind mistakes they happen i mind the carelessness of my time. I mentioned i wanted to trick out my new 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 truck with tires, rims, tool box, side rails, tint, wrap, wheel well covers ect ect so i was going to drop alot of money. I went down the road to truck toppers got what i needed and installed in about 20 minutes. I didnt think of it but this other place did that if i got the chest i wanted with a cover would of made me have to open cover eveytime i wanted to get in chest. Making me decide on a regular tool box with a trifold cover that connects which is a better option for me they would of mentioned if they where thinking of the customers needs. I mentioned i was probably meeting Shaq today and the guy was like so what. I wasnt looking to be impressed just shooting the shit its the normal stuff that happens in my job but thought i would at least get a fake "thats cool". Btw i paid almost half at the other place for my box. They didnt have the nicer waiting room but better pricing and customer service. When i called them for a refund not a single person asked if there where any problems or if there was something they could do to save the sale and the customer. Just feels like its all about the money for them and not whats the best solutions for the customers.
