I'd give 10 stars if I could!…read more We purchased a 2015 Prius here and I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience. The car was incredibly well maintained and the interior looks almost new. You can tell immediately that they care about the vehicles they sell. But what impressed us even more were the people. This is a small dealership with some of the nicest, most genuine and honest people we've ever dealt with buying a used car. It was exactly the OPPOSITE of the stereotypical used car lot experience. We walked in around 6:00 and didn't even realize they had closed at 5:00. They never mentioned it, never rushed us and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. They were incredibly hospitable, worked with me on the price, and even took care of a couple of things on the Prius for us. Another huge plus is that they actually know hybrids. They service and repair hybrids and hybrid batteries, so you're not just buying a hybrid from a lot that doesn't understand what they're selling. Financing is available as well. From beginning to end, this was just a genuinely pleasant car buying experience. If you're looking for a used car, especially a hybrid, I would absolutely recommend giving these guys a chance. Good people, fair treatment, and no pressure. We would buy from them again and again without hesitation.

After dealing with some places in the past, or them never getting around to actually doing the work I took a chance on getting the tinting redone here. They got on it right away, got every bit of the old tint off, and put the new on. What a beautiful job they did, too! One of the guys working there asked if I'd like the car detailed and cleaned up. I said, sure, why not. When I saw that car afterwards, I could not believe my eyes. As old as the car is, it looked showroom ready. The last time I saw it looking that good was when I bought it. I had no words for how incredible it looked! I noticed they also do mechanic work and we will be taking the truck in to get some major work done. Close to a month now my car has been in this shop. Unbelievable. I was in fact called on March 13th to inform me they were painting the doors. Oh my! I asked specifically to let me know if it would be ready Friday and to please let me know. Of course I've heard nothing from them today. Painful to do do business with. Shop called at 2:49 and said the car could be picked up at 4:00. Then they tell me have to have cashiers check to pick it up. Just a pain to do business with. STAY AWAY My advice. Haven't even seen the car yet. 3/19/24 - Went to pick up car. Polishing compound around the windows clearly visible. Spot on right rear qtr panel un-repaired. What a pain. No communication and poor work. 3/21/24 - Waiting on them to let me know when it's actually ready. Looks like another week waiting on them to finish. Over a month! Keep that in mind! 4/1/24 - poor job on car. Shop not cooperative in fixing their own issues. Manger using profanity because he has no leg to stand on for the poor work and worse communication.
