Much more expensive than others. Cranky old man. Up charge after up charge. Add a couple more thousand after he gives you a price.

We were in the market for a gooseneck trailer and Bronco Trailer had just what we were looking for. Before making our decision, he took us around his whole shop to look at the different options and prices. The financing was super fast and simple, even gave us extra wood for the trailer and did an inspection before leaving the place with the trailer. He's straight up and honest and kept his honesty when it came to the price. Thank you Sam ! Will be coming back again when we're in the market for another trailer read more

This Company needs 2 Good Sales Guys and Owner needs to go home, the Owners Vibe is what made me take My Business elsewhere. Sad thing is that they have the right products, but the Wrong Management. I recommend BigTex or Tru Trailers in Fresno. Those Guys were transparent with their pricing on the front of each trailer and their Customer Service was 100%. Going to Broncos is a Waste of time and gas, but if you really want Maxx-D brand. There's other dealers out there, these Guys don't even have a Service person for Special request. I asked for a Winch, they said I had to buy it elsewhere and put it on myself. Once I heard that, I knew it was a Company that I did not want to give my hard earned money to. I had to Write a review because this was my Second attempt to shop there and I got the same treatment last time. I avt purchased today, but it wasn't there due to their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

All the employees were so helpful and down to earth. I highly recommend this trailer shop. We just purchased a trailer for our motorcycle and I actually enjoyed making this purchase. There was no pressure with my purchase like other places I've gone in the past. read more

I just purchased two trailers from Sam. The inventory here is incredible and very high quality trailers. Sam is no BS and gives it to you straight...I spent most of the day walking the lot and narrowing down my selection based on tons of information given. After buying two trailers, Sam even went above and beyond by following me out to my ranch to deliver the second trailer so I wouldn't have to make another trip back into town. I'll definitely be back for my next trailer equipment purchase. read more

I wouldn't give this place ANY stars!!!! Big homie from "tough enough car club" was cool as f**k!!!! I had a noon arrival time, And Sam showed up late to meet me at the trailer lot. Once he got to the shop he didn't acknowledge me informed me that he will be with me rite away as he was walking to his office and he decided to have me wait an extra 45 minutes cause he decided to take a phone call instead of assisting me but once got to talking to Sam it was a bust meaning he's unprofessional, cares only about himself, selfish, rude, etc...... I can keep going but I wouldn't recommend going here!! PERIOD!!!!!!!!!! TOMA!!!!!!! Nice trailers but customer service is down flat shitty, and unprofessional!!!!!! read more

I've never had a sales person talk to me like this before. What a rude person. I called in to ask about some dump trailers they had in stock. I was surprised they had any in stock as most dealers are back ordered at the moment. I now know they have plenty of trailers because they treat customers terribly. This person asked me "why does it matter where they are made" when I asked where his trailers were built. Then he told me to buy one somewhere else....Unreal. read more

Expect to pay the same price as his competition if not more. The trailers they sell are good quality I will give them that. I have only purchased one trailer with this company 6 years ago. I did try 2 times after that to purchase other trailers but his sale tactics are a little shady. I left there and purchased 2 trailers from Jacobson in Fowler. Both were an easy honest purchase. Also I purchased a trailer from Trailers Plus in Fresno. They were easy to work with as well. If you do decide to try Bronco trailer you will probably have to wait a while for help. And when you are being helped they will seem to be distracted or uninterested. The quoted price may be lower than the competition, but after the paperwork is done the extras add up. I believe in giving someone a 2nd chance. Maybe it was just a bad day for them. But... I think its always a bad day here. I have moved on.. Good luck. read more

Called for an estimate. Was quoted 30k. Was told had plenty in stock. Drove several hours...not in stock...so the next step down was available...came out to 46k. The owner was a complete jerk...told me that he never told me that price. I never would have spent 7 hours one direction for 46k. Wasted 200 in fuel. read more

The Absolute worst place ever to go. The owner is extremely rude and obnoxious before even greeting you. We went in looking to purchase a larger trailer with our existing trailer attached to the truck. we were told we weren't worth his time And had no business shopping for a trailer at his place. Racist and obnoxious is the best way to describe the owner. read more

Was helpful. Got to see multiple options and compare pricing very helpful. Got some good discounts on bins, and a good price on the trailer compared to other dealers! Sam was very helpful and gave us lots of honesty which we appreciate. read more

Horrible customer service over the phone and as rude as they can be. Some guy named "Sam" who I'm sure isn't his name doesn't speak nor understand English very well which you have to repeat yourself many times and at the end he gets mad or offended because you sound irritated (his words). I have nothing against anyone or anything but I hate horrible customer service. It's almost like they're doing you the favor when it's the other way around. I would never buy anything from this ever. Considering I was asking questions to purchase 5 trailers. Oh well. Too bad and good luck! read more

So I find a trailer and I agree on a price with this owner "Sam". I drive 3 1/2 hours to come pick up the trailer and when we start doing paperwork he decides he won't honor his price and wants more. What a friggin crook. Stay away from this liar!!! read more

I took my dump trailer to get the breaks changed and see the reason why the dump wouldn't lift, all of sudden I get it back and it doesn't want to break anymore, so I tested it before leaving the spot they said since there brand knew you have to run them awhile so it can take of the plastic from the manufacture, all of sudden two days go by and still nothing it doesn't break, I take it back and we tell them you have to adjust the breaks and no nothing then sam calls on Friday afternoon and says it fixed and I'll be happy customer i say I can't pick it up until Monday and then Monday comes and I'm on my way to pick it up and he says there still fixing it that it's some wirings that are wrong but yet it's not cause they changed the breaks not the wires, so then I tell him you should know what was is the reason why the trailer doesn't want to break and you maybe just need to adjust the breaks and he gets mad and starts yelling at me and saying I need to pay him his labor but he still hasn't fixed my trailer from how I first took it, it was all in good condition all I needed was new breaks, and I wanted to know why the lift didn't go up and I got it back and now it doesn't want to break, and I take it back to him, after I'm talking to Sam calm cause he sent me a photo and video of them moving wires, and I'm asking him threw phone how come his moving wires if they didn't move that and telling him the condition how I took before him and he just started yelling at me nonstop not letting me say no words, and then I tell him can you please stop yelling at me like that cause I'm not yelling to you and I'm calm and he started yelling more and I told him he said my trailer was gonna be ready since a week ago and it's been more I lost jobs and money from there mistake, and then he just kept yelling at me on the phone and he just hung up and didn't tell me anything anymore about my trailer, so then I go pick it up and he starts the same yelling at me, for no reason when we are calm trying to hear what he says about the trailer, but no he just didn't and my trailer now came out messed up then how I took it. read more

Too bad I can't give -5 stars for this place!! I tried to talk to these folks about getting a trailer for a school marching band. TALK ABOUT RUDE!!!Spoke to Sam-the owner-Yes I had a quote from out of state but was willing to work with them. I was told I was wasting their time and to go away!!! Hung up on me! I called back to ask why they would not even talk to me and was told they make no money on trailers and $500 discount only for kids then proceeded to yell at me again and hang up. I called back and Sam-the Owner told me in short words to quit wasting his time and I was not comparing apples to apples while he would not even listen to me speak! Hung up again. Called back to tell them I felt it was wrong to treat a first time customer shopping for kids that way and he handed the phone to another person who told me Sam- the owner was just an employee now. The person at least listened to tell them they lost a sale anyway due to complete rudeness and it was for kids no less!! Then he asked if I wanted to talk to the manager? Who might that be???? Sam again??SHADY I SAY!! I am not new to buying equipment. I've done it for a long time and wanted to work with these guys because I was told they were good to work with by a friend and neighbor but apparently SAM changed his mind and does not want business any more!! These people are shady from the get go and I would be very cautious buying a pencil from them!!! My suggestion Don't !!!!! Their business practices are NOT WORTHY of your time!! read more

I had a horrible experience at this business. I called to see if a certain trailer was in stock and confirmed the price. The owner said it was and verified the price. When I arrived, not only was the trailer not in stock but he then changed the price by adding an up charge for the toolbox and freight. When I addressed the issues with him, he literally got in my face, cussed at me; tried to bait me into hitting him; yelling that he had cameras and I would go to jail, flipped me off and told me to F off. Then he called the sheriff because he was afraid I would retaliate. I had actually purchased a trailer from this business in the past; never again! read more

I tried to buy a trailer from I think this same guy Sam (if he is middle eastern then it's probably same guy) about nine months ago and I was treated like crap. I had visited the location and introduced myself and also met another helper that he had that was a very cool guy who's job was to wash the trailers and no kidding he did a great job. I can't remember his name butHe is the one that should be running the place in my opinion. When I first arrived I was greeted by the caretaker/trailer wash guy and had a great experience at this point as he drove me around the yard looking at trailers. Sam was with some customers, a young male and female couple, when I arrived and when he started being rude to them I simply told Sam to continue helping them and that I would look around. I decided on a trailer that Sam couldn't get for 3 weeks. That was too long of a waiting period for me so found I needed to do more shopping and make business decisions cause that's what you're supposed to do. So this Sam got mad at me because instead of making the trip from Fresno to Goshen repeatedly, I would call to get prices on certain trailers because I was looking for the right one. He got mad and claimed that I was up to something. And he asked why don't I give my name when I call and I told him because I'm just asking for prices and then when I decide on a trailer that was right in price and need that I would go in and purchase it. I'm a businessman and I was shopping around like business people do. But telling Sam that I was shopping around well that did not help he started yelling at me calling me names cussing at me, calling me F*****, and I won't lie I of course defended myself so eventually I ended up going to a trailer place in Fowler who sold Big Tex. So Sam if you're reading this thank you I found a really nice trailer for $20,000 in Fowler California and I paid cash for it you can call them and verify. And I was so close to dropping up to $21,000 at Your place on a 40' MaxxD Gooseneck. So my fellow consumers, don't go here unless you want to be rushed into a sale you'll surely regret, insulted, ridiculed or be treated like a infadel American (that's the way I felt. Sam is a middle eastern guy). Good luck read more

I would ask that you overlook the personality and check out the product. I recently purchased a Cargo Express enclosed cargo trailer. After checking from Bakersfield to Fresno and looking at all the models, this really is the finest enclosed trailer for the money. You will see advertisements for lower priced trailers, but when you compare similar models....this really is a good trailer. Don't let the owner's brash personality chase you away. read more

Called the owner this morning asking about a MAXXD trailer that he had online and he was super helpful and answered all the questions I had, about 5 hours later he called me back asking if I would be there by 3 O'clock and I had told him I lived in LA and wouldn't be able to make the drive until the following week and that when he started shouting at me and calling me a mother F@cker and told me not to come because he wouldn't sell me anything if I did. He dropped a few more f bombs before he hung up on me. So I called him back to explain that he must have had me mixed up with another call but when he answered all he said was F@ck you and hung up. As a business owner myself I thought this was a poor representation of someone selling other people's products so I called MAXXD and they said they have had several calls with the same complaints and gave me the number to a dealer that was way closer so it ended up being a win for me but would definitely steer clear of this angry person. read more
