Expect to pay the same price as his competition if not more. The trailers they sell are good quality I will give them that. I have only purchased one trailer with this company 6 years ago. I did try 2 times after that to purchase other trailers but his sale tactics are a little shady. I left there and purchased 2 trailers from Jacobson in Fowler. Both were an easy honest purchase. Also I purchased a trailer from Trailers Plus in Fresno. They were easy to work with as well. If you do decide to try Bronco trailer you will probably have to wait a while for help. And when you are being helped they will seem to be distracted or uninterested. The quoted price may be lower than the competition, but after the paperwork is done the extras add up. I believe in giving someone a 2nd chance. Maybe it was just a bad day for them. But... I think its always a bad day here. I have moved on.. Good luck. read more

I took my dump trailer to get the breaks changed and see the reason why the dump wouldn't lift, all of sudden I get it back and it doesn't want to break anymore, so I tested it before leaving the spot they said since there brand knew you have to run them awhile so it can take of the plastic from the manufacture, all of sudden two days go by and still nothing it doesn't break, I take it back and we tell them you have to adjust the breaks and no nothing then sam calls on Friday afternoon and says it fixed and I'll be happy customer i say I can't pick it up until Monday and then Monday comes and I'm on my way to pick it up and he says there still fixing it that it's some wirings that are wrong but yet it's not cause they changed the breaks not the wires, so then I tell him you should know what was is the reason why the trailer doesn't want to break and you maybe just need to adjust the breaks and he gets mad and starts yelling at me and saying I need to pay him his labor but he still hasn't fixed my trailer from how I first took it, it was all in good condition all I needed was new breaks, and I wanted to know why the lift didn't go up and I got it back and now it doesn't want to break, and I take it back to him, after I'm talking to Sam calm cause he sent me a photo and video of them moving wires, and I'm asking him threw phone how come his moving wires if they didn't move that and telling him the condition how I took before him and he just started yelling at me nonstop not letting me say no words, and then I tell him can you please stop yelling at me like that cause I'm not yelling to you and I'm calm and he started yelling more and I told him he said my trailer was gonna be ready since a week ago and it's been more I lost jobs and money from there mistake, and then he just kept yelling at me on the phone and he just hung up and didn't tell me anything anymore about my trailer, so then I go pick it up and he starts the same yelling at me, for no reason when we are calm trying to hear what he says about the trailer, but no he just didn't and my trailer now came out messed up then how I took it. read more

I had a horrible experience at this business. I called to see if a certain trailer was in stock and confirmed the price. The owner said it was and verified the price. When I arrived, not only was the trailer not in stock but he then changed the price by adding an up charge for the toolbox and freight. When I addressed the issues with him, he literally got in my face, cussed at me; tried to bait me into hitting him; yelling that he had cameras and I would go to jail, flipped me off and told me to F off. I tried to buy a trailer from I think this same guy Sam (if he is middle eastern then it's probably same guy) about nine months ago and I was treated like crap. I had visited the location and introduced myself and also met another helper that he had that was a very cool guy who's job was to wash the trailers and no kidding he did a great job. I can't remember his name butHe is the one that should be running the place in my opinion. When I first arrived I was greeted by the caretaker/trailer wash guy and had a great experience at this point as he drove me around the yard looking at trailers. Sam was with some customers, a young male and female couple, when I arrived and when he started being rude to them I simply told Sam to continue helping them and that I would look around. I decided on a trailer that Sam couldn't get for 3 weeks. That was too long of a waiting period for me so found I needed to do more shopping and make business decisions cause that's what you're supposed to do. So this Sam got mad at me because instead of making the trip from Fresno to Goshen repeatedly, I would call to get prices on certain trailers because I was looking for the right one. He got mad and claimed that I was up to something. And he asked why don't I give my name when I call and I told him because I'm just asking for prices and then when I decide on a trailer that was right in price and need that I would go in and purchase it. I'm a businessman and I was shopping around like business people do. But telling Sam that I was shopping around well that did not help he started yelling at me calling me names cussing at me, calling me F*****, and I won't lie I of course defended myself so eventually I ended up going to a trailer place in Fowler who sold Big Tex. So Sam if you're reading this thank you I found a really nice trailer for $20,000 in Fowler California and I paid cash for it you can call them and verify. And I was so close to dropping up to $21,000 at Your place on a 40' MaxxD Gooseneck. So my fellow consumers, don't go here unless you want to be rushed into a sale you'll surely regret, insulted, ridiculed or be treated like a infadel American (that's the way I felt. After checking from Bakersfield to Fresno and looking at all the models, this really is the finest enclosed trailer for the money. You will see advertisements for lower priced trailers, but when you compare similar models....this really is a good trailer. Don't let the owner's brash personality chase you away. read more

Called the owner this morning asking about a MAXXD trailer that he had online and he was super helpful and answered all the questions I had, about 5 hours later he called me back asking if I would be there by 3 O'clock and I had told him I lived in LA and wouldn't be able to make the drive until the following week and that when he started shouting at me and calling me a mother F@cker and told me not to come because he wouldn't sell me anything if I did. He dropped a few more f bombs before he hung up on me. So I called him back to explain that he must have had me mixed up with another call but when he answered all he said was F@ck you and hung up. As a business owner myself I thought this was a poor representation of someone selling other people's products so I called MAXXD and they said they have had several calls with the same complaints and gave me the number to a dealer that was way closer so it ended up being a win for me but would definitely steer clear of this angry person. read more
