Very impressed with the place! To start I had the kale salad. Normally I don't eat kale, I tried it one time and never wanted to eat it again but I had to try again. Love the taste and the freshness. Crisp, with dried cranberries and pine nuts, croutons and topped with parmesan cheese. I would definitely recommend it! I also had the Brome burger and Cajun fries. The fries were good, not too spicy but had enough to give it a good take and a kick. Burger was made just right...not too well done and enough pink inside to keep it juicy. They even have halal products! Place is trendy and cool looking inside. Burgers here cost a little more but you pay for the fresh and great ingredients. This place was ok. Not magical, and certainly not worth the prices charged. I went with my co-workers for lunch today and was the first one to place my order at the counter. After about 10 minutes, they brought the orders of those who had ordered salads. After another 6 or 7 minutes had passed, they brought another colleague his fish sandwich. Another 5 minutes passed before they brought my co-worker her hamburger. This only left me..... After a few minutes with the entire table in various stages of progress eating their lunch, I got the attention of a staff member. Apparently, they lost my order. They quickly got my food to me, but it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered the Mex burger, cooked medium, with salt and pepper fries. I got the new sandwich which was chicken chili cheesesteak. Wow, this was so different with the Phila pretzel bun and the cheese on the side. Not going to mis lead you that was different but I really enjoyed it with my sweet potato tots. I had to do this, I made it a combo and got a cider donut shake. Not sure what is better than a shake and a donut all in the same cup? All of that was really Good. The challenge is that it's not cheap but the service is spot on. The food was great. There are plenty of options for vegetarians including the impossible burger. Everything is extremely fresh and prepared to order. I had the impossible burger and tater tots. When I tell you that the maple siracha sauce is to die for, I mean it. Please have it on your tater tots! The seating is what I marked it down one star for, however. The seating was extremely limited. We came on a Saturday night and we had to wait a while to sit though we'd already placed our order. A lot of the tables are community takes where you share with strangers. We didn't know this and were actually going as a date night. We ended up sitting with strangers for about five minutes until we picked up on the only table for two inside the place! We figured it isn't as crowded during the weeknights and also the summer when the patio is open, but it's definitely worth trying even at a press time because the food is EXCELLENT!!! read more

I love the whole healthier vibes this place has, but I don't always feel that their food is consistent. I always get a grilled chicken burger & sometimes it's greaatt...sometimes not so much. The garlic cilantro fries are always delicious though. I really do enjoy that they offer gluten free buns and many salad options. I think the new juice bar they have is a pretty good idea, but the one's we got kind of tasted not good at all... we threw them away, and for the price you'd think they'd be great. I also ask for my chicken to be well done, and they brought it out to me not well done. When I asked if they could do a little more, they said that's the maximum amount that they can cook it. I'm not even sure what that means, because it was not well-done. For the portion sizes the pricing it decent. About 13-15 a burger. After checking out the Henry Ford Museum, my sister and I got hungry. Naturally, I pulled out my Yelp app and, luckily, found this place. Their chicken sandwich special was what lured me in (and what I ended up ordering). It was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly spiced and fried. Not too greasy like a fried can be. It was also so juicy and hot (just the way mama likes it!). When ordering the sandwich, I was asked if I want a handful of fries or a large. I thought a handful was an interesting size to use as a name. I mean...who's grabbing these fries? Me? A child? An adult with a very large hand? Instead of asking all of these questions, I just ordered enough to share with my sister. She got their burger with an egg on it. It was also very delicious! They offered her the organic patty for an up-charge and she politely declined. It was still amazing in my opinion. I was especially impressed with the herb garden they have up front where anyone can come plant their own herb there. We both had the side Kale salad, Original Brome burger, cajun fries and a milkshake. All were delicious. The lemon vinegrette dressing on the salad was exactly what I like on a salad. The pine nuts were a unique touch that really stood out and made it unique. The burger was excellent. It was moist, but not greasy, and the toppings were just right as to not overpower the taste. Cajun fries had just the right amount of spice and were fresh cut. The milkshake was also top notch. Ultimately, Brome is a quality establishment and exactly what I love about a fast-casual place: great food, great atmosphere, and great service. For those who want a burger, but don't want some out of control mess wrapped in aluminum foil, this is the place for you! When I think of unique, quality food, I don't generally think Dearborn, so initially hearing about this event, I was very intrigued. Upon arrival, I was pleased to see a downtown Dearborn that seems to be undergoing a bit of a comeback. This was the BEST prime ORGANIC burger I have had since I was a child eating at Joe's Cable Car in SF. I can go on and on but it's best for you to try it for yourself. I was going to order an impossible burger on a gf bun, but was told the impossible burger has some gluten in it, so does the vegan burger and the dish is deep fried in batter and thus I was stuck getting a large farmer's salad for my lunch despite craving a burger today. I did get a side of fries less the gluten with the truffle aioli and garlic cilantro dips. I don't get why they can't put the seasoning on the fries, that makes them taste that much better after all. I hope they are good despite only getting the flavor through a dip only. I also ordered a Virgin Moscow mule mocktail and a watermelon juice too. I had to order separate from the food line because they don't have the juice list by the food counter. The interior is very cool and refreshing with the living wall. It's has a very chilled and cool vibe inside and very relaxed atmosphere too. The seating is set up like a cafeteria and you get a number for your food order. They initially forgot to bring me the garlic cilantro dip, but brought it out quickly. The fries are decent and the truffle aioli is just okay, the garlic cilantro tastes like ranch to me for some strange feeling. The farmer's salad is good, do like the dressing quite a bit and it's a good combination of ingredients too. I would get that again for sure. The guy that took my food order asked how my salad was and I said good, he felt bad that they had little to no offerings for me because I don't eat gluten at all. Overall they have a nice staff and great service. Food is okay, nothing special but decent for a good lunch by the office for any day of the week. My bill total was about $28.62, not cheap, but hopefully worth the money. I like the sliding tables on the high tops. Went back to get my farmer's salad topped with a veggie patty. Back for more of my favorite farmer's salad, got the large for $12.50, the smaller is slightly cheaper but leaves me hungry. My colleague got the small farmer's salad with chicken and minus the goat cheese. Our salads came out and mine was in a slightly deeper dish but we still had about the same amount of salad in our respective bowls. I felt I had been had had. The virgin moscow mule was good as always. I got the mango tango to go and my colleague got the fountain of youth to go, not for the taste but for its health benefits. I have picked up takeout from here twice now. Both times I have ordered the original burger. The wheat bun is very large and has lots of seeds on both the top and bottom bun and overwhelms the flavor of the burger. The gluten free bun isn't as thick and doesn't overwhelm the burger. I absolutely recommend paying the extra $1.00 for the gluten free bun. The only reason I am giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because I am not a huge fan of the fries. Kids favorite place, we try to hit up twice a month. Burgers are great and staff is super nice. Price are not cheap but you get what you what you pay for. The burgers are so good and the fries are nice, fresh, and crispy. They have an amazing happy hour which is good for my kids but 90% the workers are clueless about it. The original burger is 6 bucks which is a good price for an amazing burger. The place is clean and always busy but they have amazing products and always consistant. I was here for a Yelp event tonight and was very impressed by how it all went. Great atmosphere and great food. I had the kale salad, strawberry milkshake, and the beef burger. The kale salad would have been slightly different if I got the actual portion of it. I think I got the "Yelp Portion", which was still fine! I had never had kale before and never had vinaigrette let alone lemon vinaigrette. Both were prepared to perfection and that salad might have swayed me to try vinaigrette on other salads as well as kale! The milkshake was even better. It was extremely smooth and the big stray was pretty humorous too to prevent clogs :). The burger was pretty good as well but could have used some seasoning. The surprise hit of my trip. And it's not even a vegan place! First this is easy to get too. I was Airbnb'ing it cose by and walked over. I thought it was just a regular burger place but NO! This place has something for everyone. They had a yummy vegan burger with perfectly done mushrooms that was super flavorful and a ideal size. The bun was great and soft but browned. It didn't need extra flavor from ketchup or hot sauce and it was moist! Those if you who get vegan burgers know many are too dry or too moist and mushy. This was perfect. I also had a Coffee shake which was non dairy AND made with healthy ingredients. However know that it is still a lot if calories.
