Wild Mushroom Burger

The interior feels amazing no matter the season. Clean, open, modern, airy. The kitchen is open so you can see how clean it is- they are not hiding anything here. Brome is the upgraded version of your typical burger shop. The attention to detail here is placed in every ingredient, in every dish. Their burger offerings cater to spice lovers, burger snobs, and even vegans. The carefully curated and surprisingly health conscience other offerings include salads, açaí bowls, milkshakes, juice and tea drink options with just as much tasteful consideration as their staples. My favorite light and crispy nuggets are here. They have high tech ordering stations, but the staff is there to help if you're old school. I'd say this is a very premium fast dining experience. They have always had premium prices, but the prices have basically not changed with inflation, which is incredible. The quality has also not changed. I believe this is a good value for you hard earned money.

Brome Modern Eatery is a cute above the usual eatery. while I wasn't a fan of the meat, it is halal and therefore likely good quality, the burger and side types were so creative. the Mex burger contained avocado and corn, the sweet potato tater tots were delicious! the vanilla milkshake was so thick it needed a spoon. lots of seating including 3 large outdoor tables. order yourself on the kiosk screen, the options and add ons are a tad overwhelming.food is on the pricy side overall a great spot!

It's been nearly 2 years since I stepped food in this establishment but I was craving a chicken burger(they are halal), so I made a stop inside. The business itself has undergone a huge transformation and it looks very open and fancy! The smoothie bar is gone, but you can now get prepackaged goodies before you reach the counter, which I thought was a great touch. They also have self service screens where you can place an order and take a seat, and food with be brought to you. Overall a nice experience to return to, and I look forward to dining in next time and ordering a new burger!

First time I had Brome it was great. However, I was in the area again a few weeks later and decided to order takeout for dinner... disappointed to say the least. This was basically just a layer of thin, hard, breading on a bun. Very minimal chicken. I live about 40 min away so when I got home to eat it I was very let down. Paid for a bun, really. I won't go back.

Excellent burger, cooked to perfection. always hits the spot. Fries are great too. Can try any burger and usually very good. The service is great, they bring the food to you and they will bus the dishes away as well. The place is spacious, well decorated. I do wish they can make it a little cleaner but I think due to high turnover it's a bit hard.

Located down the street from Fords garage, Brome Modern Eatery is a nice little spot for some foods and drinks. They've got burgers, fries, juices, Acai bowls and more. They've recently changed their layouts and did some remodeling. I think overall it looks great inside. I typically only grab to go orders so I can't speak on their dining in service, ordering food to go is very simple and has always been super easy. The staff are helpful and can answer questions about the menu. I tend to order the impossible burger and it always tastes really good. It comes with a sauce that makes it 3x more appetizing. I usually go for the Kennebec fries but my last visit I tried the Cajun fries. Both are decent but I really want to try their chili cheese tater tots. I also got the Kombucha sunrise as a drink. Just for this mean the total was $30 which is super pricy so I wouldn't drop in every week but worth a visit at least once.

The way that you ordered and walked in was very not straight forward. My friend and I weren't sure if we had to order from the counter, sit down and order or order at the kiosk. We were not greeted when we walked in, and the space from the door to the counter was around 20 feet away. It wasn't the best burger I've had. It was passable with the flavors, but more on the salty side than I would have preferred. The interior though was beautiful. It had a live plant wall, and the light fixtures were beautiful. They also had an outdoor seating area and large windows for natural light.

Sweet potato puffs

Always order the farmer salad but the flavors were getting boring so opted for a Caesar, the Parmesan cheese was so pungent and bitter it ruined the whole salad and the sweet potato puffs were burnt to a crisp, even when I get the sweet fries a they are rubbery and burnt. Please try harder to make a better product, consistently, writing this review after many past order fails.

Organic vegan burger with sweet potato fries.

The burgers were great. I love that there's something for everyone here.. Meat, chicken, fish, plant based--we were all happy. They also have gorgeous green salads available, but I was in a burger and fries mood. The organic non-GMO drinks are really great. I will add a photo so you can see for yourself. Unfortunately, I started burping after our meal and that was the indicator that the oil they use in the fryer is not healthy. Sure enough, I asked, it is soybean oil. Soybean is highly inflammatory and very unhealthy for our bodies since it is genetically modified. That is my only complaint that we need to go all the way with all the foods and that includes the oil in the fryer. This oil is highly inflammatory and it's a big reason why a whole lot of Americans have a leaky gut syndrome going on. Anyway, I enjoyed my visit and I appreciate their commitment to using locally sourced organic products--let's go all the way with it. Thank you!

First time trying this place while in the area. I picked up an online order, the original Angus burger combo. The burger was well seasoned and tasted good. The fries were cold and tasted like that had been reheated which was a waste of money. I may try this place again if in the area, but would dine in.

That's not fair to the other Ford employees who don't work there.

During that call, the hostess assured us that we would not be charged the $50 cancellation charge. As it turned out, we were able to come in that same evening and dined at the restaurant, first enjoying drinks in front of the fireplace then being serviced by our favorite waiter, Paul. Despite this, a $300 cancellation fee was later charged to our card. When I contacted the restaurant to resolve the issue, the matter was escalated to management. The response focused solely on reiterating the OpenTable cancellation policy, without addressing the specific circumstances: we called in advance, were told we would not be charged, and ultimately honored the reservation by dining that evening. We have also stayed at the hotel and previously rented the private dining room, so this was not a one-time visit. That history made the interaction particularly disappointing. Policies are important, but so is discretion and guest communication. In this instance, the service experience did not reflect the level of hospitality one would expect. I hope this feedback encourages a review of how guest concerns are handled moving forward.

The food was great but didn't have a phenomenal taste for the price point it's at. I ordered the Makanek Sausage Hash and a hot matcha latte. The matcha latte was great and had the right ratio of milk to matcha (also wasn't too sweet). The hash was delicious and the presentation was incredible but unfortunately, it was over spiced for my liking. I could taste freshly crushed black pepper in every bite and it over powered the other flavors of the dish. At a higher price point, I'd expect the dish to have a better combo of flavors. Definitely still recommend this spot but it's not the same as I remember it!

I wanted to get a shawarma, but we thought--let's do something a little different. So we ended up going over here to try the 5 piece chicken tender and fries, the almond chicken with the rice and veggies and of course, a fattoush. First of all, I absolutely love Dearborn for having so many halal options. This place is no exception. I did notice how many to go orders there were on a weekday during lunch. It was quite a few. The place inside wasn't that busy, but people kept going in and out to pick up their to go orders, so we took it a a sign that must mean that they were good. The almond chicken was more expensive than we expected, because online, it said it was $17, but in the restaurant it was $22. Okay, no harm, no foul, but it's something to take note of. Although I have to say, I like the chicken tenders with fries better. The spicy mayo sauce was good, as was the avacado type sauce. The fattoush was great and the small was big enough for both my husband and I. Adding the chicken tenders to the fattoush was a great choice. Although the total was higher than we expected, I appreciate their customer service-- they were sweet and gave us drinks on the house. That kind of customer service keeps us coming back for more, and I'm sure I will see them again.

The kitchen did a great job that evening. I ordered off the "Secret Menu" and got the Chicken Triestana, and my husband ordered the fish and chips. When the food came to the table it was incredibly hot, full of flavor. My chicken was perfectly executed. The meat was hot, tender juicy, full of flavor and lemon and artichoke.
