QUALITY HAS DROPPED! This used to be my go to spot anytime I'm in town. Always got Dante's Heaven and it's been reliably amazing every time except the last time a week ago. Right off the bat, fries looked stale and oily and tasted so. Burger was underwhelming and unevenly cooked. When cut open, what was supposed to be a medium done patty was well done on one end and nearly rare on the other. More or less the same with the other patties at my table. My son, who loves burgers, took one bite of his kids' burger and immediately said it was bad and couldn't eat it. I sadly won't be coming back anytime soon unless I hear things have gone back to the awesomeness that this place once was. read more

Our 1st time here and so glad we made the stop!!! Really hope they expand to Troy/Rochester Hills area in the future as they have nothing like this in the area. I can see why Brome is given so many positive ratings! We had the Chimmi Chicken sub which was fantastic with amazing grilled chicken and tasty fixings. Also had the Wild Mushroom burger which was equally delicious with flavorful freshly ground meat and great fixings. A huge thank you goes to Jawad who gave us exceptional service and really worked hard around the restaurant. Since this was our first time here he suggested sauces for our sweet potato puffs which were fantastic (Brome house sauce and sweet jalapeno sauce). A big thank you to him for allowing us to try their peanut butter shake which we highly recommend to get as it was delicious with custard! I must say, I was very impressed! To start off, the atmosphere is excellent. It's a modern style design, with a unique "organic" flair. I was especially impressed with the herb garden they have up front where anyone can come plant their own herb there. A very unique concept and I loved it to the point where my girlfriend and I chose seats next to it. The lady who took our order was extremely helpful and friendly. We both had the side Kale salad, Original Brome burger, cajun fries and a milkshake. All were delicious. The lemon vinegrette dressing on the salad was exactly what I like on a salad. The pine nuts were a unique touch that really stood out and made it unique. The burger was excellent. It was moist, but not greasy, and the toppings were just right as to not overpower the taste. Cajun fries had just the right amount of spice and were fresh cut. The milkshake was also top notch. Ultimately, Brome is a quality establishment and exactly what I love about a fast-casual place: great food, great atmosphere, and great service. For those who want a burger, but don't want some out of control mess wrapped in aluminum foil, this is the place for you! When I think of unique, quality food, I don't generally think Dearborn, so initially hearing about this event, I was very intrigued. Always looking for different things to try and also different concepts. This fits both in my eyes. I ordered from the sandwich part of the restaurant first. I got the new sandwich which was chicken chili cheesesteak. Wow, this was so different with the Phila pretzel bun and the cheese on the side. Not going to mis lead you that was different but I really enjoyed it with my sweet potato tots. I had to do this, I made it a combo and got a cider donut shake. Not sure what is better than a shake and a donut all in the same cup? All of that was really Good. The challenge is that it's not cheap but the service is spot on. As a vegetarian, I appreciate that Brome is inclusive of vegetarians and vegans. They recently added the Impossible Burger to their menu, which is a great meat alternative. I personally enjoy their veggie burger. The salads are great and the tots are also great sides. I appreciate the new juice and smoothie bar, Balence, however, it is a bit pricey. I was here for a Yelp event tonight and was very impressed by how it all went. Great atmosphere and great food. I had the kale salad, strawberry milkshake, and the beef burger. The kale salad would have been slightly different if I got the actual portion of it. I think I got the "Yelp Portion", which was still fine! I had never had kale before and never had vinaigrette let alone lemon vinaigrette. Both were prepared to perfection and that salad might have swayed me to try vinaigrette on other salads as well as kale! The milkshake was even better. It was extremely smooth and the big stray was pretty humorous too to prevent clogs :). The burger was pretty good as well but could have used some seasoning. The meat was cooked very nicely, the bun was soft and tasty, and the cajun fries that came with it were even better. I was just expecting a bit of seasoning on the meat. However if you go during happy hour the original is $6 , but no modifications, I wanted my burger just plain w cheese and they said they could not do that, explain to them that I was allergic to tomatoes and they agreed on putting the veggies on the side ( I mean removing things from a burger shouldn't be a modification ) The employees are nice but always look like they are confused, and they always have to ask questions to other coworkers(it has happen every time my husband and I come in) As side from that the food is great that's why I give it a 4 Star. The food was great. There are plenty of options for vegetarians including the impossible burger. Everything is extremely fresh and prepared to order. I had the impossible burger and tater tots. When I tell you that the maple siracha sauce is to die for, I mean it. Please have it on your tater tots! The seating is what I marked it down one star for, however. The seating was extremely limited. We came on a Saturday night and we had to wait a while to sit though we'd already placed our order. A lot of the tables are community takes where you share with strangers. We didn't know this and were actually going as a date night. We ended up sitting with strangers for about five minutes until we picked up on the only table for two inside the place! We figured it isn't as crowded during the weeknights and also the summer when the patio is open, but it's definitely worth trying even at a press time because the food is EXCELLENT!!! read more

I love the whole healthier vibes this place has, but I don't always feel that their food is consistent. I always get a grilled chicken burger & sometimes it's greaatt...sometimes not so much. The garlic cilantro fries are always delicious though. I really do enjoy that they offer gluten free buns and many salad options. I think the new juice bar they have is a pretty good idea, but the one's we got kind of tasted not good at all... we threw them away, and for the price you'd think they'd be great. I also ask for my chicken to be well done, and they brought it out to me not well done. When I asked if they could do a little more, they said that's the maximum amount that they can cook it. I'm not even sure what that means, because it was not well-done. For the portion sizes the pricing it decent. About 13-15 a burger. After checking out the Henry Ford Museum, my sister and I got hungry. Naturally, I pulled out my Yelp app and, luckily, found this place. Their chicken sandwich special was what lured me in (and what I ended up ordering). It was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly spiced and fried. Not too greasy like a fried can be. It was also so juicy and hot (just the way mama likes it!). When ordering the sandwich, I was asked if I want a handful of fries or a large. I thought a handful was an interesting size to use as a name. I mean...who's grabbing these fries? Me? A child? An adult with a very large hand? Instead of asking all of these questions, I just ordered enough to share with my sister. She got their burger with an egg on it. It was also very delicious! They offered her the organic patty for an up-charge and she politely declined. It was still amazing in my opinion. I was going to order an impossible burger on a gf bun, but was told the impossible burger has some gluten in it, so does the vegan burger and the dish is deep fried in batter and thus I was stuck getting a large farmer's salad for my lunch despite craving a burger today. The fries are decent and the truffle aioli is just okay, the garlic cilantro tastes like ranch to me for some strange feeling. The farmer's salad is good, do like the dressing quite a bit and it's a good combination of ingredients too. I would get that again for sure. The guy that took my food order asked how my salad was and I said good, he felt bad that they had little to no offerings for me because I don't eat gluten at all. Overall they have a nice staff and great service. Food is okay, nothing special but decent for a good lunch by the office for any day of the week. My bill total was about $28.62, not cheap, but hopefully worth the money. I like the sliding tables on the high tops. Went back to get my farmer's salad topped with a veggie patty. I have picked up takeout from here twice now. Both times I have ordered the original burger. The wheat bun is very large and has lots of seeds on both the top and bottom bun and overwhelms the flavor of the burger. The gluten free bun isn't as thick and doesn't overwhelm the burger. I absolutely recommend paying the extra $1.00 for the gluten free bun. The only reason I am giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because I am not a huge fan of the fries. The burgers are so good and the fries are nice, fresh, and crispy. They have an amazing happy hour which is good for my kids but 90% the workers are clueless about it. The surprise hit of my trip. And it's not even a vegan place! First this is easy to get too. I was Airbnb'ing it cose by and walked over. I thought it was just a regular burger place but NO! This place has something for everyone. They had a yummy vegan burger with perfectly done mushrooms that was super flavorful and a ideal size. The bun was great and soft but browned. This place thrives on the college hipster scene for organic grass fed halal everything. Which means the prominence of flavors is beyond enticing. It's more savory, juicier, and overall a fantastic environment with fantastic food! The service was also great! The cashier girl was sweet to talk to and very informative! She helped out a lot. The only reason for the 4 star is the price point. $14 for a burger to me is seriously overpriced. Adding on fries and a drink, makes the whole deal come out turn out to be a $18 burger dinner.
