***Avoid this company at all costs!!***
Called for an estimate to repair or replace a Navien on demand hot water tank since they are listed as certified Navien techs (ha!!). There was no mention of any charges or fees at the time the appointment was made or I would have never agreed.
The tech arrived and had zero technical documentation to figure out what the error code on our Navien unit was. He couldn't Google search on his phone as there was no reception in our garage. He ended up using technical service manuals that I had on my own computer to try and figure out what was wrong.
Got their quotes for repair/replacement later that day, but decided to go with a different company that gave me more confidence. Later they tried to invoice me for the initial visit, which I flat out refused to pay, but did try to negotiate a settlement to resolve our dispute, but they refused. I offered to resolve this at a civil resolution tribunal hearing, but they ignored the request, probably knowing they had no legs to stand on. Instead they sent it to collections, with a 30% interest charge which is a violation of the BC consumer protection act.
