The date they gave us for installation was exact with no delays. In fact we were called the day before so that we would know when to expect them - morning or afternoon and an hour before they actually came they again called to let us know the time. We are very pleased with the results and best of all they were considerable cheaper than the other quotes for the exact same product. I will use them again when we replace the bathroom countertops. My only suggestion would be that they have a buzzer on the door so that when a customer enters their business they can hear it from their offices.

Arin was also patient and explained the process, the energy benefits of the new windows and how the whole project would take shape. The windows are gorgeous. The installation went off without a hitch, they were super respectful of curious neighbours, cleaned up as they worked and so took up a much smaller footprint than I had imagined.
