He did it exactly the way we wanted by replacing the big, old jacuzzi tub with a beautiful, tiled walk-in-shower, new floor, and re-positioning the toilet to a better place. We wanted to keep our double sink vanity/cabinet and the big mirrors, but refreshed them with a good paint job. We love how it looks and works!! Arik and his team are very professional, competent and were a true pleasure to have in our house every day. They arrived on time, were always polite, answered all of our questions, made sure our sleeping area in the bedroom was protected from all the construction dust, cleaned up each evening before they left. Arik told us the job would take 2 to 2.5 weeks and it took exactly 2! The only thing left is the glass doors for the shower. Arik brings in the glass guy Rene who measures, discusses what we want, and then orders it for us. When the glass doors are ready to be installed, Arik will come back with Rene to oversee the installation. Arik's price was quite reasonable for the job, and he stuck with it!! There weren't any real unexpected challenges, but he did a few things extra to make sure the job was done right and did not charge any more than his original quote. They use high quality products, took the time to educate us so we understood the decisions we were making, and have conscientious, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dana, the foreman, talked with me each morning to fill me in on the plan for the day and answer any questions I had about the work. He was even helpful (and patient) with me when I had to delay the finish of the porch because we ordered a hot tub that hadn't yet arrived. They completed as much as they could without the hot tub in place, then came back to do the finishing touches after the install. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up at the end of every day - which is a huge plus for me!! We get constant compliments on both projects!
