I brought my Kubota B3030 tractor to M&L, a Kubota dealer, for repairs to the belly mower. The PTO…read morehydraulic valve was frozen and to be replace along with the electrical relay that controls the valve. They did the work quickly and correctly and charged a reasonable price. I took the tractor home and started mowing. Almost immediately into the job the tractor shut down. It just died completely, and would not turn over, even though the battery showed good. I called M&L and let them know that the tractor had died inside a small fenced in section of my back yard, and that I could not get out of that area or onto a trailer since it would not even turn over. The Service Manager told me that he would send someone to my house right away to see what could be done to get it going and back to their shop if needed. The Service manager himself, showed up at my house in about fifteen minutes. He must have left as soon as he hung up the phone. He checked the electrical system and battery, then tried to jump start the engine with a screw driver across the solenoid terminals. When that did not work, he went straight to the fuse box and discovered that the 5 amp fuse that runs the engine was blown. He replaced the fuse with the spare from the fuse box. Bingo, problem solved. The 5 amp fuse that runs the engine has nothing to do with the work they just completed at their shop. Even so, he refused to charge me for the service call or the repair. He would not even accept the tip I tried to give him. I cannot say enough good things about such a quick, concerned, and professional response, to a problem that turned out to have nothing to do with their previous repair. I cannot recall the last time I received such a great response to what gave the appearance of a warranty problem. Maybe never, and I am 63 yrs old. I thought that such great customer service was a thing of the past. M&L is a Kubota, and I think a New Holland Dealer, but they work on just about any make tractor. I give them my unreserved and highest recommendation for their customer service and repair work. If you own a tractor, and have need of a repair, I feel confident that M&L will solve the problem, with quality work, great customer service, and at a reasonable price. Mike Owens Port Allen, La.

I am giving THIS experience a five star rating. In the past I had many problems with either the…read moresales department or equipment concerns. My husband rented a 42 hp John Deere to get some dirt work done around the house. The staff was courteous during the entire rental timeframe. We rented the tractor for one day, which usually means have it back by close of the business day. They let us keep it overnight as long as we had it back with in the 24 hours that we rented it. That made such a difference! We were able to get SO much more work done without having to pay for a second day. I was very pleased with this! To be honest, I was not happy when my husband told me he rented from AE. Past experiences were really that bad. Overall, I would rent from them again.

This business I had my zero turn radius Kabota lawn tractor in for service and a blade sharpening…read more I ended up with a $650 bill because these people do not call you when something is wrong with your tractor, the owner stated that "it is in my care and I have the authority to make changes and add things to the tractor that you do not approve due to all our years of experience." I informed him that I should have been called because it is me paying the bill, and only I have the authority to make decisions whether I want new parts added to my repair. He was rude argumentative and even told me that I can't appreciate the fact that due to the virus, he is running his business with a small staff. He said "most people can appreciate the fact that we are still repairing tractors, in spite of the virus, but apparently you can't appreciate that." I informed him that I am well-versed in the circumstances of the virus since I am a registered nurse. As a business owner, he should appreciate that I am giving him my business, during a time when most people would not give them any business for fear of being infected. When my tractor was brought over there 6 weeks ago, we had no virus in the United States. So I don't know why he's using that for an excuse. The fact that they lied to me and said they were going to deliver my tractor yesterday on Friday and then didn't call and didn't bother to show up has nothing to do with the virus. Then when we called to check on the delivery yesterday they said that our name was scratched off of the delivery list. The guy we talk to said that they would bring it in Bright and early this morning. Once again we had to call and ask them when they were coming. They said they don't deliver on Saturday. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Then I have a conversation with the owner and he is disrespectful and rude and a pitiful businessman Who disrespects women. When asked about why they didn't contact me before adding parts to my tractor and jacking up my bill, the owner said "we don't have time when we are repairing stuff to stop and call customers to discuss the job. We have the authority to do anything we want to that tractor when it is in our possession." I tried to explain to him that it is my bill and that I am the one that has to pay it therefore I am the person that should approve the charges before they are added to my bill but you cannot explain the situation reasonably to a money hungry unprofessional businessman. I only wish that I could not give them any stars because they don't even deserve the one that they got. They will never get any more business from me. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to do business with these rude obnoxious people. I also am going on Google and posting this review.
