ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to deal with, best car buying experience I have ever had. Tami and Kelvin did everything that was discussed in the deal.

Professional service, but two major safety oversights…read more I have mixed feelings about my recent experience at Purdy Hyundai. I brought my 2024 Hyundai Elantra in for a 30,000-mile service (costing $1,100), but what followed was an incredibly stressful and dangerous afternoon. The Issues: Engine Failure: After leaving, my car blew a cloud of black smoke and lost power while entering the freeway in heavy semi-truck traffic. I had to limp back to the dealership with the engine shaking. It turns out a step was missed during the fuel line cleaning, leaving non-fuel residue in the lines. Undercarriage Failure: After the first "fix," I headed home again. 40 minutes into my drive, the front undercarriage cover fell halfway off and began dragging. I was stranded on a rural stretch of the freeway, 40 minutes from the dealership. The Recovery: Despite these major mechanical oversights, the staff at Purdy Hyundai were exceptionally kind and professional. When I called from the side of the road--exhausted and frustrated--they were apologetic and immediately offered a loaner and a tow. While they didn't have staff available to drive to my rural location that evening, they coordinated through Hyundai AAA to get me off the road quickly. The next morning, they replaced the damaged panel and personally drove my car out to my home (almost an hour away) to deliver it to me. Verdict: The technicians clearly made some significant errors that put me in a dangerous situation. However, the management and service advisors handled the aftermath with grace and high-level accountability. They made it right, even though the experience was a nightmare. I appreciate their kindness, but I hope their service department implements better quality control checks in the future. I thought about giving a star rating of 3, but chose 4 instead because I've taken my car here for all service needs since I bought it, and have had nothing but positive experiences. I also chose to give a score of 4 stars because of the professionalism and accountability from all staff members who helped me. My car is doing much better now, as am I.

This dealer ACTUALLY sells their vehicles for the price listed on their website and their prices…read moreare hard to beat. Believe me, I looked at numerous dealerships before we bothered traveling to Tulsa to buy a car. Our salesperson, Brandon Tipton, was a pleasure to work with and was upfront from the beginning. Most every dealership I looked at in TX/LA/MS/AR offered great pricing (comparable to Regional) however their advertised price included every single rebate under the sun. Basically, the other dealer's price included a military AND first responder AND recent college grad rebates. What are the odds a buyer would qualify for all three?!? And a couple even snuck in a loyalty discount or HOA President rebate. Again, why advertise a sales price that the average customer cannot take advantage unless you are dishonest? And why would anyone do business with a company that is dishonest out the gate? The paperwork did take longer than we were promised (the dealership was very busy) and it had already been a long day so that one area could be improved but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Regional or Brandon Tipton - in fact we already have! Again, I would make the out-of-state trip back to Tulsa again to spend my money with a reputable, honest dealer.

Going to start this off by saying that until recently, I had never had a bad experience at a Kia…read moreService department. My experience started off at the other Kia dealer in Tulsa--Midtown (Highly advise staying away and instead bringing your car here to Ferguson). Midtown gave me the runaround for months, filled me with false promises, and sent me home time and time again saying everything was fine with my car. I had multiple misfires, and all they could do across three visits was sell me spark plugs, replace/swap coils, and then circle back to try to sell me spark plugs again (after just 7,000 miles). Ultimately, I was left with a dusty, bird-feces-covered car that had been parked and forgotten about. They claimed they couldn't replicate the issue--but somehow had no problem giving me a separate list of $1,500 worth of other recommended services. I'm not a car guru, but I learned more than I'd like to admit thanks to the lack of service Midtown Kia provided. Fed up and completely irritated by the disregard for the state of my vehicle, I came to Ferguson Kia--prepared for the worst. At that point, I had lost all faith in Kia. I am so thankful and happy with how Ferguson Kia handled my vehicle. I explained my experience with the other dealership--they listened, took note of what had already been checked, and acknowledged the issues I was still having. I'll be honest: they promised to take care of me and look into it, but at this point, I didn't believe them. However, Anthony, my service advisor, was amazing and professional (even with all my questions, doubts, and lost faith). They discovered a major issue with my engine, and he quickly got a replacement--100% covered thanks to Kia's 10-year/100,000-mile warranty. Thank you to Anthony, the service manager, and the technicians for doing a thorough job and not just going through the motions. Thank you for restoring my faith in Kia

I was in need of a car so I could visit my wife who was hospitalized with major health issues. I informed the Qualified Value Auto Sales car sales "professional" of this and together, he and I looked over various cars on the Quality Value car lot. I located one I liked, so he and I took it for a test drive. After we returned to the Quality Value car lot, I asked if he had the title for this particular car. He looked through his desk and was unable to locate the title. He said he would need to speak with his manager and would get back to me. A few days later I received a phone call and was asked to participate in a three way phone call with his manager. I made the call and asked the manager when he thought they would have a marketable title in hand. He said he should have the title within a week from DMV and that the title would have their Qualified Value Auto Sales listed as the owner. I asked to please have your salesman call me as soon as the title arrives. They said they would call me when they had the title. I waited and waited and there was no return phone call. So, one evening I went over to the Quality Value Auto Sales lot, looked around carefully and noticed the car was missing. I then called the next day and asked the salesman about the car. He said they had just sold it to a customer for cash. The hospital required me to be present so they could get my authorization for various procedures they wanted to perform on my wife. Quality Value Auto Sales actions left me in the lurch.

It was in really good shape for the year. It was clearly garage kept, and it was also the exact model and year I had been searching for. 2. I was told by the two salesmen who work there, that the jeep was just recently serviced with all new fluids, new shocks, coils, front a rear diff fluids, etc. 3. It was claimed to be a one owner locally owned vehicle (however there were actually two owners because the owner of the car lot registered it and drove it for 6 months, even though I was told they just got a jeep 2 weeks prior to me coming in) 4. These jeeps have become hard to find, and if you can find one in original form, in good condition, they are worth more than book value states. I did my due diligence and checked the jeep inside and out, and visited the lot more than one time going over the jeep. I discovered the AC did not work, and they claimed it has always worked. I took it for a test drive and everything seemed fine. I asked for a detailed list of all the things completed when it was serviced, and they backtracked and said they couldn't remember what all was done. When I came in to buy it, one salesman said the price was firm and impossible to improve on, however the other salesmen had already told me he would take 500$ off the asking price. They honored the 500$ off. I drive the jeep home and felt very pleased about my decision. Today is March 16th. 4 days have gone by, and 50 miles since I left. I have a huge puddle of coolant in my garage. I have traced it to the water pump. However Thin is 150$ fix and a weekend of my time. So not a deal breaker as it's an old jeep and likely the original water pump. However, the rear end has developed a bad whine. I took it to a local shop and they pulled the diff covers off. They determined the gear oil is completely burned and destroyed, as are the gears in the rear end. So after 4 days it has become unable to drive and the cost for new ring and pinion gears, oil, bearings, etc, is around 1,500$. Obviously this is very upsetting. I reached out to the salesman I worked with. I explained the situation and asked if there was anything they could do. Hoping they would offer the customer service to either have the mechanics that "just serviced" the jeep, repair this. Offer to cover a repair from my mechanic, or at least offer to split something. They did not. They told me all cars are sold as is and told me they could forward me the as is paperwork again if I lost it. They completely ran away from any costumer service once they had my money in their hands. I will not work with these guys again and if you have the ability to buy from another small local dealer here in tulsa I would highly suggest it. I'm reasonable and I understand it's an older jeep and of course it's not perfect. That's where the AC leak and water pump leak fall into. However, when I pay double book value, for a jeep, I kind of expect the to not have to add a few thousand more on top of it to make it drivable. Even if this was preventable, I still expect a dealership that prides themselves on customer service, to step if and offer some sort of help. Not tell me to kick rocks.

Despite agreeing on a windshield replacement and a premium detail the vehicle was neither properly detailed nor had the windshield replaced the day of pick up. The dealership had 1 week to complete the items because I had an upcoming vacation. Daryon became irate when I expressed my concerns and dismissed me, even though I had a clear agreement. I had to return to the dealership multiple times, where I was met with more unprofessionalism from Daryon who at one point raised his voice at me and Rob from finance had to ask him to Leave 3 times before he finally did. Rob ultimately got me connected with Manager Keegan was the only one to handle the situation appropriately. It's clear that Daryon will say anything to close a deal. I sincerely hope Ferguson takes customer service more seriously than their sales targets. Because no customer deserves to be lied to and treated this way. Be cautious when buying from here, as the promises made may not be honored. The vehicle still has a terrible smell. There are more details I have left out and would love the opportunity to discuss those details with a leader at Ferguson. On a positive note, Brian S, Keegan, and Rob were helpful. Daryon, however, needs a serious lesson in integrity and customer service. I love the vehicle, but the experience was awful.

I have had suspicions they were not rotating my tires, so I used a paint pen to mark the tire weight on the drivers side rear. When they said it was finished I asked did you rotate the tires "of course" they said. I then showed them the the tire weight marks and a picture of the car I had taken before I arrived. They then talked to the tech who said he had rotated the tires, and his story changed. He now said he didn't rotate the tires because the rear tires were about a 9 and the fronts were a 10? You rotate tires to keep the wear even. I now believe I was right all along and they have not been rotating my tires. They also tried to sell me an engine flush saying it had many miles on the oil, only because they wrote the wrong mileage on my March 2025 oil change and roration. A fact backed up by a previous receipt from Ferguson for a warranty service. They basically were dismissive about it including the service manager. How many tires have they ruined doing this? More important how does one even know they actually changed the oil. I don't think they planned on a previous receipt backing up my claim on mileage on oil, also they didn't plan on an over 70 disabled veteran being hip enough to prove they did not do a service he had been assured they did. After the "owner" saw my review on google, he gave me the standard click and paste apology.
