Sooooo good!!!! This my husband and I's birthday, anniversary, date night etc place to go! Beautiful drive. Great food!! Great pie!

What Happened!?! The food and service used to be so good. For Father's Day our family decided to treat ourselves. There were three adults and two children. We all decided to get the, 'all you can' eat dinner at a cost of $25.00 per person. The food was dribbled out in such small portions we were constantly waiting for food. The food we did get was so greasy and burned my children simply could not eat it and the adults simply did not want to. After waiting an unsatisfactory 15 minutes for our next plate of tacos we immediately asked for a few more. As soon as we started to eat them they were so bad we changed our minds about wanting more and informed the waitress who copped a big attitude, like we really put them out. There is a policy there that if you order all you can eat meals anything you do not eat you get charged extra for. That is why we cancelled the other plate as to not get charged extra. If the tacos would have been worth eating we would have eaten them. So all said and done we spent $150.00 for six cold chicken enchiladas and ten burnt greasy tacos. We all left either sick to our stomachs or still hungry. And they had the audacity to give us attitude. So, not only will we NEVER be back, I will make it a point to share my experience with all who will listen. read more

We had the most tender and delicious prime rib I've ever tasted. The service was friendly and quick, and the food was wonderful. Being up in the mountains in gibbonsville was all so beautiful and refreshing. read more

Mexican food was like Taco Bell. Not worth it. Atmosphere was lovely. Staff friendly. Maybe stop by for a beer

Our family has been eating at the Broken Arrow for years. First few times we were on vacation from K.C., Mo. and now we live in Montana and make the trip as often as we can because the food is always excellent, portions are big, staff is all friendly and efficient, pie is to die for and most of all it feels like home. Get a reservation because it's always busy. read more

Good food, good margaritas, great pie, and really nice people! It's a casual and cozy place when exploring beautiful Idaho. Definitely recommend a stop here! read more

We love this wonderful spot! Great food & friendly service! Not to mention the BEST fresh baked fruit pies on the Continental Divide!

The food at Broken Arrow is amazing. The margaritas are also good ;) The service is great and they make you feel like you're apart of the family with how easy they are to talk to. For being a family owned business, they all work super hard and treat their customers great. Never once have I seen the rude attitude people have been mentioning. Just shows that you may be the issue since you received it. The atmosphere in there is like a cozy cabin and makes you feel right at home. I would give it higher than 5 stars if I could. Go check out Broken Arrow if you're in the area. Definitely worth the stop! read more

Pretty great Mexican food, especially for the semi-remoteness of the area. Prices are fair and the staff are attentive and accommodating. Definitely a good idea to call ahead and set up a reservation as they can fill up fast read more

I've been eating here since the early 90's. Family run business. Can't go wrong! Best restaurant up the Creek.

The perfect dinner after rafting the Salmon River. We enjoyed delicious enchiladas, chimichangas & chile rellenos. Thank you Ms. Ramey for welcoming us so warmly. You make your guests feel like family. Thank you! read more

Best Chile Rellano in the region! Seriously good food from the nicest family in Idaho. Call ahead if you can because they get slammed during summer months. read more

We had an appalling experience here, and full disclosure, we didn't get to eat the food. As we arrived, one of the patrons sitting outside shouted "RONA" at us because we chose to wear masks, out of concern for COVID-19. I replied, "Did you just make fun of us for wearing masks?" I didn't get a reply, so I asked again. While we were standing there, the guy who shouted at us threatened to beat us up for "staring". So, we went inside, to check in for our reservation. We had reserved a table outside and we had a dog. We informed the waitress of what had occurred outside so that there would be no problems. That turned out to be a mistake! The waitress went to talk to them and they claimed that we had yelled at them first. Apparently the waitress believed them instead, and was extremely rude to us, eventually telling us that we could take our food to go or eat inside, but we would not be allowed to eat outside. As I mentioned before, we had a dog, so we could not eat inside. We left without ordering anything. After we got home, we called the restaurant and spoke to the owner, who was also extremely rude to us on the phone! She venomously asked where we were from. She completely changed her tone and became apologetic once we informed her that one of our party was 4th generation born and raised in the area. She sounded like she didn't want bad word of mouth to affect her business. TL;DR Rude patrons, rude employees, rude owner. They are bigots and do not like out of towners. read more

This place is awesome! The food is outstanding and the lodging is exactly what you would expect. 5 stars for the food. We were on a motorcycle trip and held up at some construction about 75 miles away when a truck driver said to keep going until you get to the Broken Arrow and you won't be disappointed. A perfect Mexican restaurant which is run by the entire family. Homemade cooking with fresh ingredients and generous portions. You won't go away hungry and if you're worried, just order family style and it'll just keep coming. We were just looking for food, but saw that they had lodging as well (cabins and rv park) and thought "let's just stay". They were prepping for dinner and told us to go check out the cabin and if we liked it, we could just settle up later. The cabins are clean and very reasonable, $45-55 depending if they have a bathroom in them or not. There is a shared camp restroom and shower right there though. RV hookups are $25, I believe. If you're looking for the Marriott Marquis, just keep on driving. However, if you want the most reasonable lodging on US 93, this is the place. We enjoyed the experience so much (there just happened to be a small blue grass festival going on there at the same time) that we decided to do a loop ride and stay another day. The family there really does their most to see that you have a great meal and stay. read more

Ate on a Friday. Great Mexican food. Apparently u order and pay at the counter. We didn't realize that until we saw other people walking up to the counter. Free chips and salsa r very good. Chips r homemade. Enchiladas r probably the best. Tacos were good too, but not as good as enchiladas. And beans were very good. Mexican rice was just so-so. Good size portions. A bit more expensive than most Mexican restaurants. Located right by the highway in the trees and mountains of great idaho. read more

We were somewhat disappointed in the food.....especially for the prices. The chips and taco shells were fried and were greasy and burned. Portions were very small, and the rice and refried beans were very bland. Would have given it a 1 or 2 star rating, but the folks working there were very friendly and attentive which we appreciated. Will not be returning though. read more

Absolutely loved the food! The owners were great, sat with us, talked about the history of the place. Great environment, going back soon!!

Many friends recommended this place so we were excited to check it out. Unfortunately food was served burnt (black) and the service was very poor. Really a disappointment. read more
