I intalled a four ton unit at my property and they screwed up so badly that it took me a over a year and several reworks to pass inspection. My water heater is already rusting and they seem disinterested in providing any solution. They claim that the 12 month warranty is passed, so they want me to pay to fix it. This took four months of me complaining to get any sort of response. I honestly think they stalled in responding, just so teh warranty period would pass. They are forcing me to replace it myself or sue them to get them to honor the contract. During the sales and install, I asked repeatedly about maintenance and service and the only answer I got - from clerical staff, field technicians, and teh owner himself - was taht the system is almost zero maintenance. Two weeks after the check cleared they started bombarding me with sales pitches to buy their service package. Suddenly, the system needed six month PMs, annual inspections for leaks, etc. Every call or question is like pulling teeth once they have their money. A rotten organization. My house is two years old and I am having issues with my AC unit, not for the first time, not the second, but the third time. First time they claimed my AC unit was bad so they replaced it, great! Issue wasn't fixed and came to find out the AC unit wasn't hooked up properly by a 220 line. Issue was fixed, and went a year without any issues. This year I go to turn my AC on and it sounds like someone is beating the crap out of it. Of course because we just hit our 2 year mark on the house nothing is covered but the parts, which sounds great in theory but not when I have to fork out over $300 in service and labor fees to fix the issue that I shouldn't have a damn issue with for a very very long time. No one is willing to work with us. They claim the part should be in within a few days and it now has been over a week waiting for AC to get fixed and the fixed date just keeps getting pushed to a further date. I have a 7 month old and a 3 year old having to sleep in a freaking sauna. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
