Called to get a quote for a new HVAC system (furnace and A/C). I was originally told the name of…read morethe individual who would be coming out to give the quote but he was out to lunch. A short time later a different person called and made an appointment for the next day. He came out,took no measurements of the rooms or windows or any other metric that all other contractors used to determine the appropriate size of the equipment needed. We discussed what type of systems we were looking for and the salesperson promised a quote within 3 hours. That would have been by 3:00 p.m.. I got no quote by the end of the day. Instead I got a phone call at about 5:30 p.m. to tell me the salesperson was called to other appointments but would have my quote by 10 a.m. the next day, but no later than 11:00 a.m. I got no quote by 11:30 a.m. so I called and was told the salesperson was in a meeting but he was working on my quote. This business is either too busy for its own good or is unreliable. In any event, do not count on getting a timely quote.
