She spent several hours at our house and was incredibly thorough. She even managed to get spots out of our tub and bathroom that I had pretty much given up on--I honestly didn't think they would ever come clean! She also had a great sense of humor and was so easy to have around, even while my boyfriend and I were both working from home. She was professional, friendly, and did a magnificent job. The whole experience with Shinetown has been phenomenal, too. Booking online was super easy, and I love being able to see my schedule and invoice right on their website. I got updates throughout the process, everything was clear, and there was never any confusion about the appointment or what I was paying for. Just really seamless, professional service from beginning to end. There's seriously NOTHING better than sitting down at the end of the day in a shiny, clean house that you didn't have to clean yourself. It feels amazing in here. I never leave reviews, but I can't, in good conscience, sit back and not say anything.
