The driver got me there in time but we drove a very roundabout route so I'm glad the trip was pre-booked but I don't know what I paid for. 15 miles within their service area should not have cost over $70.00 but when I called to check on this, I was told that a wheelchair van costs $60.00 + $6 for some other cost. That's $66.00 but the woman on the phone did not explain the additional cost, only cited the cost of gas. I fell trying to get into this vehicle because the running boards were both narrow & high. And while the driver was nice, the person didn't seem at all prepared to handle a situation like this, driving a wheelchair vehicle. Thank goodness I didn't do more than skin my shin. I have lived in Middleboro for years & used Bill's taxi many times, but now that it's apparently been sold to a larger transportation service, it's taking advantage. I will never use them again - whatever the cost of gas.

And he had the nerve to give me a dirty look. Whoever that guy is I hope he gets fired he cannot drive.

My experience with TAZ Transportation: Can't count on this company if you need early morning airport service or if it is inconvenient for them in any way.

You can even book either online or the old fashion way with a human being. We always arrange 1 week in advance via email and have not been disappointed. Stoughton to Airport was last about $147 w/o tip, but at that hour, we want to know we have a ride and they are going to show. We usually call or email, and with email we can attach an extra map that shows the details of our condo layout once the driver enters it to ensure the driver has all the information needed. The two drivers we have are also just great family people who live in the area, and we enjoy talking with them.
