A great service I've been using for a few years now…read more Always reliable, never late; if anything they are a bit early on the pick up. Some very good drivers with great personalities. We used Liberty Coach for my friend's bachelor party, and had a very negative experience. We…read morereserved a limo for 6 hours to take us bar-hopping. First, the limo was half an hour late. Our dinner reservations were over, and the groom had to wait in the street. I had to call the answering service to find out where or driver was, even though they had my cell phone number. Granted, there was traffic, but this should be something that check before heading out for the night. Second, we had to call 20 minutes in advance of wanting to switch bars. Third, the driver was extremely rude. Normally drivers are friendly and will suggest bars, etc. This guy was gruff, especially on the phone when I had to call him for pick ups etc. I wasn't drunk and I know I wasn't being rude. At the end of the night we all ended up sitting on the ground in front of a pizza place for a substantial amount of time waiting for the driver to show up. Finally, the main officer customer service was equally as rude. When I called to complain about our experience the guy on the phone basically told me why I was wrong on every point. They said they would get back to me after they "investigated" my allegations. No surprise, I haven't heard a word. I have been on a number of "nights on the town" with other limo services, and the experiences were far more positive. The limo side of the night was so bad that is has been a joke ever since. This is my first post, but I felt burned enough by this experience to sign on and speak up. I would not recommend this service to anyone. We definitely didn't get what we paid for.
