If I could give this loan company 0 stars, I would. My experience with this loan company has been…read morehorrible. I find this company to be extremely deceptive. I financed a car with this company on 7/20/26 with a 6yr finance agreement. My final payment is scheduled for 7/23/26. As the final payment approached, I started receiving conflicting amounts for the final payment. The invoices often listed 2x's or 3x's the monthly payment when there is only one monthly payment made. I requested an itemized breakdown of the total costs which the company refused to send me. I contacted the attorney general's office, worked with a mediator only for the AG's office to be completely useless. The mediator assigned to my case allowed American Credit Acceptance to request extensions to submit their "response and investigate." In their response, they indicated they had sent me an itemized invoice of charges, but this was not true. To date I have not received an itemized breakdown of the charges and the company is withholding the title to my vehicle. The company even reported my account to the credit reporting bureaus stating I had missing and late payments. I have screenshots from my account on the same day my account was reported indicating my account was current and no payment was due. I have no idea how this company is allowed to stay in business. Please pay attention to all the reviews! If I did a simple search of this company before financing I never would have financed through this company and I wouldn't suggest anyone else does as well

I'm literally paying on my car while also paying for a Uber everyday because the transmission went out. Which means the car is a lemon. It's now going on two weeks without it and I have to constantly call to get a simple update. Just to be met with some kind of attitude rather it be from the service department or cnac. After talking to them today I was told they would reach out when it's ready something they haven't did once since Ive had it towed there. On top of all that I can't even get a loner to replace my car or be moved up in line since the cars they are working on surly do. Horrible customer service currently looking for new transportation.
