Beware! Under new management since October 2019! From what I understand, they used to be great,…read morebut all previous staff is gone, and they could not even fix a simple coolant leak on my van. The whole experience cost roughly $600, took several days, and they didn't even fix the leak. These pics are from AFTER they messed with it and it was still leaking. They ended up telling us we had a blown head gasket and to just scrap our car or get a lease from their car lot! What a scam! Also, the van was stalling out in the middle of the road after taking it there. We took it to a competent mechanic, and it turns out, the gasket was fine, and the leak was coming from a simple hole in a hose that costs about $20 and 20 minutes to fix. All this after Gud Buy put in a radiator and water pump that wasn't even necessary in the first place. They also found that Gud Buy had left the MAF sensor unplugged which caused the engine stalling. That was a huge safety risk for my wife and kids who use the van most. To top it off, when we talked to a new manager named Charlie Rose, he instantly became furious and started yelling, claiming no refunds, and it was our fault for not bringing the van back right away. I explained that I tried to bring it back in immediately when it was still leaking in their parking lot, but the mechanic claimed it was a head gasket and to scrap the car. He starting yelling over me and told me there was nothing to explain so I was wasting his time. I was very polite in our call and he just kept yelling and then hung up on me. I'll be posting the recorded phone call to youtube very soon.

Don't know what happened - was always happy with them in past - I needed ball joint, tie rod ends…read more(expensive) and alignment is extra (go figure) and oil change - well, Picked up the car alighnments way off, took it back, said it's done , picked it up - it's as if it was never touched, took it back (appts of course) and asked Mark to drive it with me as passenger - again told it was done, picked it up - better but still not right - thats an expensive repair ($1240.41 incl oil change) plus twice failed alignment ( not taking it back a 3rd time - I'll eat it and take to someone else) - the kicker - this morning I checked the oil because they said there's an ($800) oil pan gasket leak that I turned down - it was 1 1/2 quarts over full - he put 6 quarts in a very common 3.0, 6 cyl engine that takes 4 1/2 qts (duh uh) which I pump extracted out this morning via dip stick hole - the mech either doesnt know what the hell he's doing or it's something worse - hate to say but am looking for new shop.

After 6 Months and nearly 2000 dollars, no resolution. I was speaking to my father about my car…read moreindicating that I had a problem with my particulate filter, and they overheard and told me confidently they could handle it for me for around 800 dollars. The minute they had my keys they started saying "it all depends". Based on their invoice, and their idea that the car needed re-gen... im not sure they ever actually replaced the particulate filter. Much of what the said to me for the total 6 months they had the car was contradictory. And according to other mechanics, they clearly had no idea what they were doing, and likely did damage to my car while they bumbled around with it. Neary 2000 dollars. Six months. No results whatsoever. Don't trust them.
