Scammers. I paid Roadside Assistance upfront for a tow. I entered VIN#s and answered questions about my vehicle. Broadway Towing shows up and tells me I need to pay an additional $150 to them to tow the car because they did not know what kind of car it was. I told them I provided all info included VIN and spoke to the office, to no avail. I had to pay them but complained afterwards and was reimbursed by Roadside Assistance, who agreed I should not have been charged. Tow trucks are scammers and this company hasn't paid taxes and have plead guilty to tax evasion amongst other things. I suggest you uee another tow truck company. read more

5/15/25 today was such a frazzled and frustrating day for me due to my car being impounded yet the tow driver's who brought my car, accommodated a different address in commute and provided excellent customer service and support eased the issue upon delivery. I blew out a tire and this place was sent to me by GEICO roadside. Great, friendly service and super speedy. However, my battery wire was loose when my vehicle was dropped at the dealer. The dealer didn't notice this, so I can only assume it was the tow truck but I don't think this was the fault of the driver. Horrible people. They go around picking up cars all over. my car was towed from Burger King. Burger King did not tell them to tow my car and the manager had no idea that it was towed. Terrible service they made me go to one location to pay $700 for a motorcycle tow after my accident then another location to go pick up the bike. Since I did not come with a flatbed, he refused to let me pick up the bike at first. The bike is completely laying on the ground on its side. No attempt to even put it on the kickstand. The guy had a terrible attitude saying he "impounds these rice rockets all day long. after arguing over it he finally let us into get the bike out of his yard and said we had five minutes to get it out or he would impound our vehicle as well with it. Was called through Volkswagen roadside assist after the 1st idiotic, inexperienced and unprepared roadside assistant from another Company couldn't fix the flat tire or even get the donut on saying that I needed a tow. 2nd call to VW Roadside and they sent Broadway towing. The address relayed to the driver was incorrect but with the cross street and phone contact he was able to find me. Driver was prompt, professional, experienced, had all the necessary tools and knew how to use them effectively. Came with a flatbed truck. Finished the job quickly so I could go on my way. Surprised at all the bad previous reviews, perhaps management/drivers have changed? I would definitely use again and it would be the first call I make. I called my insurance company for a tow through roadside insurance. Besides the inflated price for the yow, which was fine due to their quicker response times for doing to the tow; I called the tow company asking if I could ride with the driver.
