Took my car here today before my 9am shift to see if I could drop it off for an oil change while I'm at work. Rich took me in no problem. I made one mention of an issue I was having with my wiper fluid & he said he'd take care of it. He called later saying my car was done, oil change went smooth, he fixed the crack in my wiper fluid tank, and replaced the dead brake light I had honestly been ignoring, without me even making mention of it. I took my car for an oil change and I was very pleased with the overall service, the courteous service by Todd, the service manager and the fair price. The waiting room is ample and very clean. My car was ready within an hour as promised and they told me about a few minor things that I needed to keep an eye on for the future. No pressure to get them done right away. I made an appointment to bring my car in for an inspection here. When I got there they told me I was at the wrong time which could very well have been but while I was there I asked if they could inspect my car anyway. The man who was at the desk was rude and mumbled. I had to stand several feet away which I was fine with even though I was wearing my mask. No one who worked there was wearing a mask which made me uncomfortable but I guess that's their choice. He asked me for my keys and I said well how long is it going to take because I was not there at the time that they had expected me. He said an hour maybe a little bit more. So I walked out to my car again because I needed the registration and because I have a handicap in my legs I was concerned that I parked on the side of the building and I could not find any handicapped parking. I could walk that far but I still thought it was odd. When I went out there for my registration I looked around and saw handicapped parking. One of the marked parking spots was now a driveway and the other handicapped space had a car in it with a flat tire that looked like it had been there a long long time. I was able to make the walk but I know that others probably couldn't. When I mentioned it they said oh yeah we have it but you could've just pulled up in front if you want it. Not the right answer. I was told that my car inspection would take an hour or more and I really didn't have more than an hour. The other gentleman at the desk said that it depended on what they found wrong. I told him I was only there for inspection. My car was ready in 15 minutes. Odd. I won't be back. read more

I am editing this review to be more clear after the owner of the company called me every day since I posted it, then told me that he would "get his legal team involved" if the review was not removed. They have the cheapest oil change in town which is why I went there. I always had to wait over an hour, but the price made this worth it to me. Everyone here has been rude to me, the father I thought was nice until he basically threatened to sue me and the son is like half/half sometimes semi-nice other times rude. There is a third man who works the front has never been anything, but extremely rude to me, never even let me finish a sentence, never says hello when you walk in; you'll know him from the fact that he always seems to be eating. Twice I brought my car in with a problem they couldn't figure out & I took it to another mechanic and they solved it right away; there was a raw wire that was shorting that they could not find, but the other place found it. They don't charge you for their mistakes, but I was still without my car for days. This happened roughly 6 months ago. I had a ball joint replaced in my car & it was installed improperly, it was making a very loud sound when I drove a few blocks away. I called them to tell them & they said they were closing in ten minutes & I would have to bring it back the next morning. I thought it was terrible customer service that they would not stay late to fix their mistake and never even offered me any type of refund for a portion of the labor. Obviously, at this point I was stupid to even go back, but I hate changing my own oil & I was hooked by the cheap oil changes. I took my car in for a simple brake replacement, something we could have done at home, but we were really busy & just wanted it finished. I also asked for an oil change. They completely forgot the oil change and my car had a dent and scrape right above the wheel they were changing the breaks on, it was very fresh. To be clear, I am not saying that the dent was caused by them, I am saying the way they acted towards me when I went back the next day to them was not the way you would want a trusted mechanic or good neighbor to act. They were so aggressive when we can back in. They spent an hour reviewing their camera footage & told us they didn't do it, but why would they need to spend an hour, it's a large 12 inch white scrape, they would only need to review it for the first 5 minutes the car was in the garage & see whether or not it was there. I also heard Eating-Man and another customer make a joke about the situation. The customer said, "The work you did on my tires was great, but there is a giant scrap on my wheel I need to fix," then he laughed. Then Eating-Man said, "I know, right?" and laughed. I was sitting in the same room when they did this & it means they were discussing my problem in the garage & that made me feel uncomfortable. They said I could review the footage, but their tone was so aggressive I felt uncomfortable & knew I just had to cut ties with this disaster of a place that very second. read more

I had been taking my vehicles here for a couple of years. I recently moved and had to take my vehicle to another service station. The mechanic told me, I should change the oil more often. The filter has not been replaced and was disintegrating ( foreign filter) allows for visible inspection. This just sucks, I do my maintenance to get the most life out of my vehicles and find out someone i trusted for service has been screwing me. Nice job Broadway. read more

Was not going to write about my experience in Warwick but after watching all the ads on TV I really had no choice. Although it was several months ago I politely asked them not to throw outv my spare tire. I came back immediately but it was thrown out I was unable to locate that tire and it forced me to have to buy four different tires. Aprox spent over 900 for everything At another place I never received any indemnification from them. Just felt morally obligated to tell what happened. Worst oil change experience ever. After going to my regular mechanic for a malfunctioning oil pressure light, it was discovered that synthetic oil was not used when I was told it was. I had to have my engine flushed out and parts replaced because of it. When I tried to reach out and call as this was the advice of my mechanic I was called a liar and hung up on TWICE. My check engine light has not gone off since my oil change here and I have NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH IT. Terrible customer service, wouldn't recommend to anyone after that. read more

I have taken my cars there a few times. The place is nice, clean and customer service is good. Jorge runs an honest place. I tried the place "cold" without a referral or recommendation and was satisfied. 1st visit was for oil change and windshield washer fluid that sprayed sluggishly. The pump motor for washer fluid was replaced and problem resolved. Price was good based on price I saw for the part on internet. 2nd visit was for tire rotation and mounting tires on two new wheels and oil change. I replaced two wheels that were damaged from winter potholes causing shaking at highway speeds. Work done and car rides great again. Work was done by 9:30am! read more

Not happy AT ALL with this garage's dishonesty, poor customer service, and terrible quality of repairs. Took an Italian sportscar to them in the summer and asked if they serviced this make of car. Yes, they said. Asked them to check over the whole car and let me know what needed attention. Also asked them to repair my passenger window's electric motor, provided by a distributor who specializes in this car's parts shipped to directly to them. Over a week later, they admitted it was taking them much longer than their estimate (1.5 hours) to figure it out. (Then why did you say you knew how to fix it?) In the process they had ripped the vinyl door panel where they tried to pry the panel off because they didn't know where the clips were that held it on. We don't have a manual for this car in the shop. (Then why did you say you knew how to fix it?) Unfortunately, the motor and parts were in pieces on the garage floor. Wait a few more days. FINALLY got the car back and the window worked worse with the new motor than before I brought it in with an old motor. That was the best they could do. (Really? What kind of answer is that?) Maybe the motor was defective, they said. No way, said the 5-star distributor. No relief. At the same time I had requested and they charged me for rotating and balancing the tires, then told me I needed replacement tires but it could wait til spring. I took the car out with the bum window and the wheels shook uncontrollably. Minutes later the clutch slave cylinder went on the highway. I had no clutch. Pretty scary on the highway. I had to be pushed off the exit to a gas station. (I thought I asked you to check out the entire car? We missed that, they said. BIG miss, don't you think?) Towed back to their shop to explain what the deal was. We have to fix the clutch then we can tell you what's wrong with the tires. Another week. The part comes in and they fix the clutch. They checked the tires and then they told me I needed to replace the tires NOW bc they were out of round. (I thought they could wait until spring? Why didn't they recommend that on the INITIAL rotate and balance??) I replaced the tires and they charged me to balance those, too. When the car STILL shook at 30 mph on the highway, they told me I needed a front end alignment, but the car still shook on the highway after the alignment. Their response: Sorry, that's the best they could do. If you say you can fix the car, fix it. If you can't, just own up and admit you don't know the care, or refund your customer for the SHODDY work and TERRIBLE service. BUYER BEWARE. read more

If you have to got your inspection done for a little more then some but he is near by fine. If you have to get big work done expect to pay threw the nose. You can have the understanding that they will not test drive your car when they are finished fixing it. They will fix it to give them the lest amount of work possible. I've been a regular of Jorge and his business for a number of years, having him service my Volvo and Acura cars -- especially once the no-charge dealer maintenance expires. I followed his business from East Greenwich to the current Warwick location because, hey, once you find a reliable, honest car repair shop, you stick with it, even if it's a more out of your way! He and his crews' work is very good, competent, and efficient. And his prices are very reasonable, about a quarter to a third cheaper than the dealer. His shop only uses dealer parts as well for your brand/model. Premier Automotive has free wi-fi, so I often drop my car off, settle into the roomy waiting room (complimentary coffee and clean restroom), unpack the laptop and plug into my company's server and work on-line until the car's ready. Jorge himself is very personable and friendly and will give you his honest opinion regarding what the car needs -- I never got the impression or feeling that he was trying to convince me to do something extra, up-charge me, or otherwise sell me on something I didn't need. Absolutely terrible experience. No professionalism. Horrible communication. Side comments from the manager including "tough guy" when his dad and I were having a regular conversation to resolve the issue. I had an appointment to get my oil changed and to have a wheel alignment done on my vehicle. My appointment was at 3:30. My car wasn't brought into the garage until 3:45 to be worked on. They finished the job at about 6 o'clock (not sure what took so long?). Nobody communicated to me that it might take a little bit. They finished with my car and I noticed an employee taking a test drive (no problem). As he was pulling back in to Broadway Tire, I heard my car making a noise. Now I was concerned because it hadn't made any noise before I brought it to this garage. The employee gets out to hand me the keys and I asked him if there is something wrong with my car because I had never heard that sound before. He tells me that I need new rotors and break pads. I was shocked because I hadn't experienced any previous issues or noise. I asked if this could happen because of a wheel alignment. They had no answer besides asking if I wanted to set up an appointment to replace the rotors and brake pads. If I had bad rotors and break pads, why wasn't I informed from the beginning? They told me they perform a check on the car before any work is done. Now I felt completely uncomfortable and frustrated. I go to pay and explain my dissatisfaction in a calm manner only to get verbally attacked by an employee (maybe the owner?). Now I raise my voice because I have gotten yelled at. I expressed how my whole experience has been terrible and BS and that I wasn't paying for anything because the amount of time it took, the lack of communication, and a new issue with my car. They demanded me to leave and as I'm walking out stating I'm going to leave a bad review an employee says "why when you got free service." I walk out and carry on with my day. The next morning I am woken up by a police officer at my door shoving a bill on my window saying I owe a bill at Broadway Tire and I need to go there to pay it. I was confused because an employee said I had free service as I was walking out the day before. Now I feel intimated by the company as they didn't try calling me themselves with an apparent issue first, but instead called the police to come to my house. I get dressed and call a friend to come with me to Broadway Tire to help me get this resolved because now I am being threatened by a police officer. I arrive at Broadway Tire with my friend and attempt to explain my experience to a manger that was not there the day before. He responds in a hostile way saying that he heard about the whole experience and watched the video and went on to accuse me of making false allegations that I never made. My friend is taken back by how he acted so I asked to see the film from yesterday. The manager said ok while making sly comments and went to get his dad to show me the film. His dad began showing me the film to only show me a view that showed less than half my car on the lift. I expressed how I couldn't see my whole car and I would no longer like to watch it because it tells me nothing. Furthermore, I asked to see the film of the altercation from the day before so it is visible to them how I was spoken to and also to show them that they said I had free service as I was leaving. He attempted to put on the volume to no avail (how convenient). The managers dad (maybe the owner?) apologized for the lack of communication, acknowledged that it was their mistake to have not informed me about the breaks when they did their initial check, and also acknowledged that I was told I had free service without him knowing when he was right there, present during the argument. He, himself was the one that initially raised his voice to me! He said he wanted his money so I payed him, collected my receipt and now I am here leaving this review because this type of business is outrageous and all I can do is help the next person to not run into the same issue that I had. I would never recommend anybody to go to this business. I was yelled at when I tried expressing my dissatisfaction in a kind manner and then threatened by the police when I was told that I had a free service. They showed me zero evidence of what actually happened as the cameras did not have a view to see my entire vehicle and no volume at all. Broadway Tire had the police sent to my house before even trying to call me to resolve the issue. That is where I completely draw the line and is one of the main reasons why I am leaving this review. Maybe if they called me and talked to me like a normal human being to resolve an issue none of this would be taken place. Broadway Tire has forced my hand to leave this review.
