Broadway Smog Test only is the place to go for your smog testing needs. My truck had to have a new catalytic converter put on it and when I went to get it smogged, the guy hooked it up and several sensors were not ready. So he disconnected and told me he was not going to charge me. He made a few suggestions how to get it ready. I had to put 650 miles on it to get it ready. If you need service for smog these are the guys. They got it done for me today. They checked it for me 5 times at no charge before hooking it up again. Such a sweet man. I actually accidentally stumbled upon this place. I thought I was calling a different smog station that had later hours. But we went over what I needed done to my car and even though he should have already been closed for at least an hour, since I was right down the road he told me to come on in. I recently had to get some reapir work done, in order to pass smog, and I was nervous I wouldn't pass. I'm not sure if I should say anything, but he scanned my vehicle to make sure no codes came up. Needed to get our Subaru pass smog check. Had last minute morning to get it done . Hit up two other places on Broadway one didn't. Open till 9:30 and it was after 8 . The second was opened but they said the guy that did them wasn't there that day. So we found this place drive up they were just opening. Told them we needed smog check if he had time. He took us immediately no appointment necessary. Took about 15 minutes in and out. Nice clean place good parking area if you do have to wait. I think we paid $45 sorry husband paid i didn't pay attention but he said it was affordable. All they do is testing so no other work . Overall good experience and will remember his shop in 2 yrs when we have to smog again. Definitely recommend this place. read more

The incompetent man said come back in a few days for the retest... so I come back and said his machine is down and doesn't know when it's gonna get fixed. I was soooo pleased with this company! He was super friendly and very helpful. I had changed the oxygen sensors on one of my catalytic converters and wasn't sure if I had driven the car enough to have the computers sense everything. He talked me through the drive cycle and then assured me that the re-inspection would be very reasonable if the car wasn't ready.
