Mechanically the car was great but with those dents and chips uncovered I was able to get them pulled out and buffed up by the dealership at no cost and another $750 of the asking price they paid for their PPI and then some with the money I saved using them. Couldn't recommend Matt and his team enough, very professional and honest throughout the buying process and after, on recommendations for what to look for and how to protect the car when it arrived in my state. They gave me a ton of confidence buying the car without even seeing it in person and gave me a ton of leverage in my deal. When i first bought the car, i had a month to return it, mind you i took the car back to them 3 times. The brakes were bad, almost got into an accident. I took back the car to them because the car sounded horrible! It has electricity problem, the car would start acting crazy, all the lights would turn on, and the windshields would start going crazy as well. Have it on camera, i sent it to them, they killed some time lying to me until the month of returning the jeep back to them was expired! They also provide free overall inspection, car wash, interior vacuum, and loaner (if available). Ask for Chris, he's great!! I went in to have my Acura RDX's timing belt service done. They had a great special for $899.95 Plus Tax. They got the job done well and I had my car back on time. I also called ahead and requested a loaner, and it was provided free of charge. You need to call and confirm a loaner will be available, so be sure to do that. I was put in touch with Chris and he did a great job explaining and making sure the job was done right. They were also up-front about pricing for oil, transmission fluid, and differential fluid change. Based on a quick Google search, their prices are competitive with other shops, and you are sure to get the Acura-recommended fluids with them. I'll be back to get those fluid changes during the scheduled maintenance. The loaner MDX was good as well. Very clean and saved me an Uber ride! Honda/Acura timing belt engine tip: Personally, I would recommend getting the Idler and Tensioner replaced whenever the timing belt is done, since the labor cost can go all together. While they have the timing belt mechanism taken apart, you might as well change those, too.

I took my car to Pepboys once on a weekend because Five Star was closed when I noticed an issue & boy was that a mistake. Pepboys charged me for a repair that didn't even fix the problem BUT when I took it to Five Star the following Monday, they were able to find the actual problem & didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. My only complaint could be about the lack of weekend hours, but honestly, I get it. We all need to rest at some point. I should note, however, that they do have an overnight key drop which is convenient for when I work earlier than they open the next day.
