i was in a car accident and went into broadway chiropractic to treat pain between my shoulder blades. "dr." mike x-rayed me and sent me home in pain without treating me. upon return to review my x-rays, "dr." mike showed me a frighteningly horrible x-ray, with the L4 lumbar vertebra completely out of place, making my lower spine look more like an 'L' than a straight line, he showed me a neck x-ray with the arc of the neck curvature going completely the wrong way. he said these were old injuries, and were not related to the accident. the thing is that i don't have any old injuries. he never addressed the pain i had between my shoulder blades. after 5 weeks of having my lower back and neck adjusted, and feeling increasingly worse, experiencing lower back pain that i never had before, i left and found a physical therapist who requested to see my x-rays from broadway chiropractic. when i brought them in and reviewed them with my pt, we could not see any problems. my name was at the top of the x-rays, and my spine and neck were both straight. the x-rays that "dr." mike had shown me did not have a name on top and they were horrible. i realized that he had shown me terrible x-rays that were not mine to keep me coming back for a long time, he continued to adjust my lower back creating pain, so that i would believe the bad x-rays were mine. i am appalled at the realization that someone would stoop to these levels to retain clients. and now four months have gone by since leaving his practice, and i am still experiencing lower back pain that hinders me from my daily routine. my fear is that i will not recover from what was done to my lower back. these kind of tactics are unbelievable, and i think criminal! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Mike for nearly 13 years. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the body's systems, both inside and out. Over the years, his skill has helped me with my chronic lower back problems. That in and of itself has been vastly beneficial for me as I've suffered from pain and limited function in that area after a youth of horseback riding, ballet, and gymnastic, and being rear-ended when I was a young adult. But the biggest help he was for me came in 2016, when I suffered a mild heart attack. No one in the medical community could determine why I had the myocardial injury. I have known Dr. Mike for 20+ years. I had moved away and have since gone to other chiropractors, but Broadway Chiropractic is the real deal. The experience and knowledge of Dr. Mike borders on the intuitive. I was experiencing sharp pain in my right foot and the three doctors I visited prior to Dr. Madden had no idea what was going on, after x-rays and specialists the best they could offer was little more than a guess, offering surgery and concentrated pain relief injections into the area. In 20 minutes Dr. Madden deftly perceived my issue with those knowing eyes that leave much unsaid. In those same few minutes he was able to adjust my ankle and amazingly the sharp pain was gone!
