When we arrive, the dishwasher was broken, paint chipping, painters tape left in appliances, doors grinding when closing, poorly caulked shower that they re-did while we lived there and it still needed to be redone. So I wouldn't be surprised if there is mold in that bathroom. The parking here is horrific and the employees use guest parking spots near the front so you either have to pay for parking with the Zark app, or park a mile away in other guest parking. Then they sent out a notice for people not to park in the front of the office because all the guest parking was full for future residents, but would not have employees park elsewhere to accommodate the people living there (weird concept, I know). The gate was broken so many times and took weeks to fix there would be random people parking there, and staying for days. Anytime you send any feedback it's basically a thanks and go fuck yourself. All in all, we kept our space maintained, and received a whopping $19 back from our deposit. I barely leave reviews because personal experience does not always reflect everyone's experience. But, after everything, a $19 deposit was a big fuck you.

Just dirt in this area and the two grills are old iron things that never ever get cleaned and the burnt charcoal is all around under and spread by the kids and sometimes they cover different areas with the black soot. Unless you call and complain no one ever cleans the area. No one cleans at all on any type of level, when the plants die it's because they never water them, no sprinklers at all. They die then maybe they pull them out! They have no security cameras at all, except right at the office. If you're lucky to live up front or in a one bedroom then it's a better looking area because all the kids live in back where there are two and three bedrooms. I'm unlucky and live around screaming kids with parents who don't really care.

Be very careful before signing anything--they'll talk about a 12-month lease during the application process but then slip in an 18-month term without clearly telling you. In my case, they had me sign a form stating the lease would end in 12 months, then moments later added an 18-month lease that I didn't notice right away. It felt deceptive and dishonest. To make matters worse, maintenance will just walk into your apartment without any notice. It's scary and a total violation of privacy. There's also a constant police presence here. While the place is advertised nicely online, actually living here is a totally different experience. I absolutely cannot wait to leave. Do your research and read every single word before committing to this place!!!

I've been told twice that they are "short handed." When I complained to who I believe is the manager today, I was told a maintenance man was on property today dealing with an emergency. She assured me that she would send him over, probably within an hour. That was at 10:00 this morning, and it is now 3:00pm. Due to their "shortage," I've hade to pay $50 to do my laundry at a laundromat I rented from another Cal-Am property for almost 3 years, and never had a problem with service when I needed it. For over $1800.00 a month rent, I expect better service.
