We enjoyed our stay here at Broadmoor Apartments. The staff were kind and helpful. They were punctual in answering calls and always ready to help with whatever you needed. The apartment overall is nice too. Has high ceilings and tall kitchen cabinets. Comes with washer and dryer. The rooms are pretty spacious. I had no problems with noice, and had wonderful neighbors. The maintenance team also is hardworking and friendly. They maintained the apartments well. I definitely recommend you to move in to these apartments. Definitely felt like home. We did not have a good experience at all. The manager Jen Soto is unprofessional, rude, and a liar. I was sandwiched in on the second floor and the neighbors downstairs were two old farts who obviously did not know what it's like to have school age kids because they complained about my kids being loud, but the problem is that the floors are too sensitive and every foot step is heard. I always heard the neighbors from upstairs, who had kids as well, but I didn't let it get to me because after all I knew this is how it is living in apartments. The walls and ceilings are too thin. If you are sensitive to sound, you'll want to take the top floor. I recommend anybody moving in here to take lots and lots of pictures of the place because management will take advantage and will try to over charge for damages that have already been in the apartment prior to move in. I never took pictures or complained when I moved in and when I moved in the blinds were really old and the patio blinds just fell right off without even tugging on them. I should have really had them replace if from the get go because they ended up charging me for all the blinds and the manager had the audacity to tell me that I was supposed to be charged $15 per blind that fell when I would ask the maintenance men to replace some because they were falling out individually. Also if you have a pet keep in mind that they are going to charge you and arm and leg and try to blame damages on your pet. I had a cat and the manager exaggerated saying that there was cat urine everywhere and charged me to replace the whole carpet, painted the walls, and added supposedly some sealant somewhere. My cat was very clean, non-stressed, and neutered. He did not do the damages that she claimed, it was just her excuse to charge me for another months worth of rent to cover for that month. The pet deposit fee is worthless they charge $350 for a pet deposit fee and it doesn't go towards anything they just take and take, charging more fees. Not a good experience at all with this apartment complex. If you do decide to move here always keep everything in writing and email the manager or receptionist. The receptionist is nice, but she is very forgetful and scatter brained. She has confused me with lots of other tentants before and tried to inaccurately charge me. Glad to be out! read more

It is not easy for me to leave this honest and negative review. I lived here for over a year and this was horrible experience for me. The management and employees will lie to you and are well aware they are all doing so. I had multiple occasions of missing packages misplaced from staff and was lied too regularly by different managers and office employees. In my experiences I couldn't park near my own apt and had to walk a good 90 seconds to get home 6/7 days a week. The waiting list for parking spot is altered by the staff members and no regulations or control procedures are put into place. I waited, even called monthly and was never asked to have a parking spot after a year. Please check out the other review sites of the broadmoors to see dozens of similar horrifying experiences. Overall a nice place to live. The thing that sucks about this place is that they are really loud at all times of the day. Whether it's mowing or throwing away the trash. I work nights so it's very annoying getting woken up extremely early. Maintenance issues don't get resolved easily. My apartment was full of defects upon moving in. Parking is horrible. If you work night shift, I highly recommend going somewhere else. I get woken up everyday at 9 am. read more

I wish I could give it zero stars. My wife and I have lived here for two years and it is terrible. The office staff ranges from incompetent, to lazy, to rude. Nothing is taken care of, from noise complaints, to pets off leashes, to dog waste left around. They refuse to do anything about any problem that would require action on their part. You cannot have a grill on your porch and the grills in the common use area are disgusting. I mean filthy. One of the two hasn't worked since we got here. They have ignored multiple requests to fix this. What little pool furniture exists is in terrible shape and always dirty. The one bright spot is the maintenance staff. They are always friendly and do good work. Noise complaints have recently been met with the office staff telling us to just deal with it until they move out in a month. Cannot explain how horrible the office staff is. DO NOT RENT HERE. read more

I've lived here for about a year and I absolutely love it! The staff and maintenance are very helpful and quick to respond. It is clean, quiet and in a great location, right off the freeway. At times the free parking lot can get full, but there are always other places to park that are not too far away. Or you can always just pay for your own parking spot. Great place to live! read more

During my 5+ year stay here at the Broadmoor Apartments in Pasco, Wa., there have been various property managers and other staff. The "maintenance" crew is usually non-existent, and consist of males who appear to have done time or are from a halfway house. Noise complaints given to the office by residents go in one ear and directly out the other accompanied by a faux smile and nod. The current manager should be running a Little Caesars instead of an apartment complex. The office closes at 6pm on weekdays and I went to pay rent BEFORE 6pm. The office door was locked and the girl collecting residents rent payments was inside hanging out with 2 young males, one of which I witnessed brandishing a semi-automatic handgun at the nearby gas station. The girl did "let" me into the office to give her my personal financial information in the form of a personal check, and told me I was "lucky" to have caught her in time before the office closed. I informed the owner that operates this complex as well as many others in the area about the shadiness of the characters that are hired here at The Broadmoor Apartments in Pasco, WA., and never received a reply. Please look elsewhere before committing to live here, it will be the best decision aside from living in a van down by the river. read more

I am a fairly new tenant to Broadmoor. There are a few thing that bother me, but overall it has not been to bad. The grounds have alot of trash thrown about, they have only a part time grounds keeper for this large complex,who has a impossible job of cleaning up after people who are slobs, I feel that it is not entirely managements fault. THE TENANTS NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND PETS AND TEACH THEIR CHILDREN TO DO LIKE WISE. So if you like living around alot pigs and don't like going outside it would be a great place the apartments are nice. If you want to live in a community that has tenants that take pride in their apartment Community avoid this one you will not be happy. Riverstone is no longer managing this property, Hopefully some of the problems will be resolved if the new company hires more maintenance and grounds keepers. read more

I wish I didn't even have to give them 1 star. The management at this apartment complex is absolutely atrocious. We have had our washer/dryer broken for 2 months and put in a maintenance request and we finally went into the office to ask when its going to be repaired, they continued to tell us the same "the part isn't in" excuse we've heard for the past month and a half. They are extremely rude and not helpful at all, also they will try to charge you bogus late fees on rent. My recommendation is to never rent here unless you want to jump through hoops just to be able to do your own laundry. Finally we had to threaten to contact a lawyer because it had been so long without, now today they are finally putting in a replacement. read more

Nice apartment complex, but too expensive. Walls and floors are SUPER thin. I can usually hear my neighbors walking up the stairs to their apartments. Pool area is very nice, complete with jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and a couple of grills... but you can't drink at it :/ Clubhouse is really nice, with pool table, theater room, public computers, tanning bed, and small gym. Only the gym and tanning bed are accessible during non-office hours. You can rent a covered spot or a garage, but the parking isn't all that bad if you prefer the free spots. Complex was built ~2004 and the appliances and climate control are new and pretty decent. Super easy commute to anywhere because you get to the freeway in less than 2 minutes. Maintenance has been very responsive to all requests. All issues I've ever reported were fixed by the end of the week, usually within 2 days. I like living here, I just wish I didn't have to pay so much for it. read more

Don't rent here!!! At least don't sign a lease. I had to break my lease for medical reasons and they wouldn't do anything to work with me. They sent me a bill for 8500 dollars and made Riverstone Residential Group follow up with me, who's been harassing me for two months. They won't send me a revised bill even though I know the place has been re rented. They just want my credit card number. I know I need to pay some fees, but rent for an entire year is ridiculous! How do I know that they aren't getting double rent on the apartment? Totally dishonest, untrustworthy business that is doing extremely shady accounting. read more

It is a policy here to maintain your pet at all times. It is not okay to cook your meal in the kitchen and allow your pet to rest on the outdoor patio. Do not walk your dog to the main office when paying rent because you will have to tie up your pet outside; leaving them unattended and breaking policy. The only time you are allowed to be away from your pet is when they are locked inside and you are out of the unit. Otherwise strict supervision is demanded at all times. Don't mind the 2 grey and white stray cats that have built a home in the bushes of the rock beds. This is a "pet friendly" environment. read more

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE YOU FROM RENTING FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!!! I had a move in date set for October 2nd, this date was set for 3 weeks. When I originally viewed the property they had the keys to the apartment that I was going to rent at that time, but told me that "by law" they could not show it to me, so I viewed a model apartment. The leasing agent told me that new carpet was going to have to be laid because the gentleman had lived there for 10 years. Fast forward 3 weeks, the leasing agent calls me to tell me my move amount & tells me I will have to have a 12 month lease notarized once I get there. I drive in from Seattle on October 2nd to view my actual apartment, sign my lease & get my keys. The leasing agent walked me up to the apartment & opened the door and I wasa completely shocked at the FILTHY carpets!! The kitchen counters were FILTHY! The apartment had not been touched or cleaned at all!!! The leasing agent had no explaination, saying we would have to talk to Manager. To say the very least, I was very upset...pissed infact! They blamed it on their maintenance, then the "manager" (and I use that term lightly) treated her leasing agents like they were incompetent, speaking down them in front of me in regard to the FILTHY apartment, as if it was their fault!! The maintenance guy said he " got confused on which apartment was supposed to be done. She made me wait at least 30 minutes while she dealt with an upset resident about something else. She was RUDE, UNSYMPATHETIC and down right didn't give a shit that I had Direct Tv and Charter coming at noon to get my utilities hooked up! She DID NOT offer to rectify the situation... With that and her nasty looks and attitude I said that they needed to refund my $300 security deposit. Which... in turn she was RUDE again to myself and her leasing agents. This place needs some MAJOR customer service training. This property is ran by Robert Young & Associates...they should be ashamed of this manager & how she represents their company and treats their leasing agents!!! read more

This was, by far, without exception, bar none, unequivocally, the absolute worst run outfit I've come across. The units themselves are relatively nice, but the management team is simply vile. Among their noble business practices, they have tenant's cars towed away for any reason possible - expired stickers of any kind, flat tire, etc.. They profit through a cozy business relationship with a Pasco impounder. Expect to pay $700 dollars to get your car back. In another show of disdain for tenants, they simply ignore requests for simple repairs. I gave up on multiple occasions and fixed a leaky faucet, failed flush valve, and leaking cooling coil drain myself. My efforts were rewarded by a denied cleaning deposit refund because of hard water stains in the shower. You've got lots of choices in the tri-cites. Take any but this place. read more
