My friend found the listing for Maple Ridge on a Tuesday, I applied on a Wednesday, and was moved…read morein by that Sunday. The leasing/office staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and overall, just great to work with. The maintenance staff has also been great and super friendly, as well. The grounds are clean and the neighbors all seem pretty friendly. For the apartments themselves, they are really just exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of space for myself and my two sons, large kitchen with adjoining dining room, spacious living room, and the bedrooms are huge for an apartment! I easily fit two twin beds in my sons room with PLENTY of space for other furniture AND for them to be able to play and have breathing room still. My own room easily accommodated a queen bed with plenty of space for a large dresser and my home office. There is a large paved court for the kids to ride scooters safely out of the drive areas and two pools on the premises, plus a laundromat I hadn't even thought of when I was looking at places. And the patios, also, very large for an apartment and they even have spacious outdoor storage on each patio. I really couldn't have asked for more. Having not the most wonderful credit in the world, finding a place that both met the needs of my family, was within my budget, AND willing to work with not great credit was not something I thought I would be able to do. I thought for sure I would have to sacrifice both needs and pay higher due to my credit, but the staff was happy to work with me and I couldn't be happier that my friend turned me on to Maple Ridge. Overall, this is a great complex and if you're looking for a friendly, laid back place with good neighbors, nice amenities, great location, and wonderful staff, look no further. :)

My kids toys can't be on the porch but others can. Black mold spreading throughout the units and then blame is placed on the tenants. Mice and Rats wander the premises. People leave dog shit for my kids to step in. Management throws my kids toys in the dumpster and takes out personal vendettas then has the balls to charge almost $1600 a month and threaten me with eviction. Photo below is of a mouse I had to stop from digging at the foundation of my front door this morning. Do yourself a favor and keep looking somewhere else if you need a place to live. I've been in trap houses with better accommodations and management. Also just got a call we got a ten day notice to clear our porch because it has toys and a chair on it. I want the neighbors behind me and across the basket ball court to get their notices too for their furniture and children's bikes. I want my next door neighbors plants to be removed because I can't fucking breath thanks to my allergies. And I want all of the appliances YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR fixed so I don't have make my 3 year old daughter and 2 year old son live like homeless people while we still have a home.

I've lived here for almost a year now and would rate it at "just average" apartment living. Rent in…read morethe Tri-Cities is out of control IMHO and this place is expensive for what you get. The square footage is lower than most other complexes with comparable rent. There is no outdoor storage - unless you store on your patio - otherwise you have to rent a garage or storage unit for 30-130/month for things like bikes, kayaks, etc. Yes, they are new and look all shiny and nice, but they have issues still. As with most apartments materials and workmanship is lacking. Multiple people went without heat periodically over the winter as the complex and contractors fumbled to fix the units. AC performance this summer has varied depending on which neighbors you talk to. The HVAC units were poorly designed and there are inherent flaws in them which allow either hot outside air or freezing cold outside air to poor into your apartment via the vent in your apartment depending on the air balance and whether the unit is on or off. You can and will here your neighbors next to you and above you, as well as people in the hallways.Such is apartment life! Service requests can be quick, but I have also had to call multiple times and then email for other issues. The emergency paging line didn't work for awhile but it appears they have addressed that now. The office folks can be a little odd at times - it's really hit or miss -but they were sure nice before I signed the lease! Grounds upkeep is nice, but they have minimal upkeep to do as most is rock with only some grass around the office area. The surrounding grounds are not so nice, especially in the sage brush fields where people like to dump stuff (paint and duck carcasses), or the "DNA Helix" area where the bad pet owners leave dog poop, but I don't think the complex is responsible for those areas. They have supplied doggie-doo bags so please learn to use them as the rest of us do. I am not sure what Shawn M. speaks of with utilities included. Garbage is included in the rent, but you pay a fixed water/sewer fee of 20-40/month, and are responsible for electric and cable/internet. Overall, you are always stuck with what you get when it comes to apartments and it's never what you want. It could be worse here, and it could be better. The apartments in the Tri-Cities have us cornered and aren't ashamed to take us for what they can.

The grounds are always well maintained. The apartment is relatively new and in good condition. They even plowed the parking lot and sidewalks when we had an expected amount of snow this winter. I grew up in snow and rarely have I seen apartment complexes plow the snow away. We would've been skiing around on sheets of thick ice if they hadn't kept up with the plowing. The management is great! Our new managers came about 6 months after I moved in. I've often stopped by the office to chat and catch up. They have always been friendly and helpful. When my air conditioning broke they had someone here to fix it quickly. They also hold regular community events. The majority of the people here are quiet and respectful which definitely helps make it a nice place to call home.

The tenant had purchased a condo and I had recently closed a bankruptcy, (and management was made aware of that ) so it seemed like the perfect match. I paid the $65 and at first they added my name to her lease as a co-tenant, and I thought I was good to go. Then they said I got denied, due to the bankruptcy, I had told them up front about my bankruptcy finalizing a month ago! Out $65, the tenant stuck paying thousands to break her lease, because after the process she didn't have time to find someone else.
