Raquel will tell you exactly what she thinks you want to hear and will never follow through with what she says. Do not trust a word that comes out of her mouth. There is no outdoor storage space, which they will not disclose until AFTER you sign the lease. There is absolutely no parking anywhere and the garbage cans are overflowing and filthy 6/7 days of the week. Our apartment was dirty upon move in, had a broken toilet and 2 broken closet doors. Did they even do an inspection before we moved in?!? They do not have anyone clean the property so there is constantly trash everywhere, even right in front of your door! You will have to call multiple times to get VOMIT cleaned up from the breezeway and if you intend to use any of the grassy area you pay to use, including the "dog park" think again! There is more dog poop on that property than there are parking spaces. I tried so hard to love this complex and was disappointed over and over again. Due to the office staff and filthy property alone, I would not recommend living here to anyone.

My original review detailed my experience with bed bugs and roaches that showed up after 2 years of living here that they did not deal with (and repeatedly denied) as well as the major build quality issues (inside and outside). I lost a lot of money due to the pest issue, as well as was forced to move out (I chose not to renew my lease due to the ongoing bug issue that management frequently ignored or would not help me with--and I paid rent every month despite the apalling conditions), and throw away so many of my belongings or have them treated in a storage unit. I reached out to corporate as well due to the pest issue and didn't even receive an apology :( I hope no one lives through the nightmare I experienced. I'm happy to say over a year later, I am completely in the clear. I just had to move out of my apartment at Innovation Center, spend several hundred dollars on pesticides, throw away several thousand dollars of furniture, spend several weeks carefully moving all my things into storage and not touching them or removing them from their bags for several months, lots of money on dry cleaning and still sometimes have nightmares about it. you can move away from ugly walls and loud neighbors and bad management but unfortunately--bed bugs and roaches are hard to escape. And having all of those at the same time--well that's something I don't recommend :)
