Either way, the place was quiet for an apartment complex. Like most apartment complexes, the management can be a revolving door, but we had positive experiences both during moving in, during our 8 month stay, and for our move out. I love that each apartment complex has its own patio; this has greatly blessed the quality of our lives. The layouts are all incredibly open and functional; I can tell that Edward Rose & Sons have been in the industry for a long time. There is so much lawn space on this property which is kept artistically mowed by Integrity Landscaping. I have been able to use the lawn space for picnics, reading, and games with friends. Our friends with children have also really appreciated the lawn spaces and the walking paths. I love that the maintenance team does routine and preventative maintenance throughout the year! I've never had that before. Of course this isn't the time for them do other maintenance requests; but all of my other requests are responded to ASAP! The maintenance team is all so efficient, professional, and well-trained, they hardly ever have to call in other professionals! When they do, the professional relationships are impeccable. I really respect that. The office staff is also incredibly helpful and professional! Along with treats in the office throughout the year, they also host many parties and events. I loved our pool party last summer! I would say the most popular events are the food trucks. This summer we've had many different kinds of food and treats roll through - many nights a week! Other events may be smaller but much more meaningful. There is consistent attention towards the quality of life for the residents here, and it shows. I am grateful for our pool and clubhouse; I know in our desert area and family community, these are some of the best perks! I'm also grateful for both dogs parks! Maintenance have to constantly fix everything. They don't update or do anything when the previous…read moretenant moves out. Expect appliances not working like microwave, smelly fridge, dead flies everywhere, grimy HVAC system, dirty air filter, spiderwebs and dust everywhere especially in the carpet. All the issues you have to find for yourself so it's just one surprise after another. If you want to wash your face expect to run your water for at least 2 mins, shower too. Train is loud in the mornings. The thinnest walls of any apartment I've stayed in. Cold air just seeps through. Your neighbors are like roommates that you live with and can hear what they're doing. Currently I'm experiencing respiratory problems that I need to see a doctor for because their dusty and grimy vents and filter make the air unbreathable. The headaches and sore throat are awful too. A whole month of dealing with this and I'm exhausted.

The managers Clint and Sandy Turner were cruel to her…read more When their workers STOLE items out of my mom's apartment (diamond rings) Sandy told the police that my mom didn't know what was real and what isn't real. And that she was suffering from dementia. When my mom broke a hip on the new rug they installed, I went through all of her belongings in the apartment and found a lot of expensive items missing, including the rings - gone! What was even more disgusting is the infestation/dead flies I found all over the new carpet near the patio doors. This was an infestation they refused to cure - leaving her to buy Raid. My mother was also - to her dying day - never diagnosed with dementia! These people are liars who should be ashamed of themselves. I hope their karma catches up to them. My mom paid rent on time every month and she deserved respect.

I paid rent and couldn't ever get a full nights sleep due to the noise and management didn't care. Also, any maintenance request you have, expect to have to wait 1-4 weeks and always have to call office and remind them. This is one of worst apartment complexes I've ever lived in due to the staff not caring about their residents and they are deceitful and try to squeeze every penny out of you.

The concrete steps are cracked and broken and in some instances, instead of replacing the safety hazard, they flip it around so the giant hole is facing the other way. Forget the fact that there is a huge crack in it just waiting to break through. They opted for the excuse its on order but really... who can stay in business when it takes more than 3 months to make a piece of concrete? They have these "safety hand rails" that stick out so far that in order to walk around to the stairs, you are bumping into cars or walking on uneven rocks because the concrete walkway isn't wide enough when walking around the handrail. The dog on the other side of the fence barks constantly. We are unable to open the windows or doors because you hear nothing but the dog next door. The upside is, when the doors and windows are closed, you can crank the tv/music loud enough to mostly drown out the dog. Upstairs neighbors do laundry all hours of the night. I've been woken up at 2 and 3a by the sound of a jackhammer. Turns out, they are doing laundry and due to poor sound proofing, that is the what it sounds like. They also enjoy moving furniture at 4am. The best part is the toddlers that seem to get their second wind about 10p. I'm very disappointed in the place. If you want peace, forget it. If you want to be pestered about inconsequential stuff, you have come to the right place. Certain items that are in the lease are enforced and others are not. It's pick and choose what bothers the management the most. Coming from California, I found it insulting that we are required to pay an Administrative fee when renting. Really?? I have to give you a bonus for doing your job? AND you aren't open on weekends.
