I love that each apartment complex has its own patio; this has greatly blessed the quality of our lives. The layouts are all incredibly open and functional; I can tell that Edward Rose & Sons have been in the industry for a long time. There is so much lawn space on this property which is kept artistically mowed by Integrity Landscaping. I have been able to use the lawn space for picnics, reading, and games with friends. Our friends with children have also really appreciated the lawn spaces and the walking paths. I love that the maintenance team does routine and preventative maintenance throughout the year! I've never had that before. Of course this isn't the time for them do other maintenance requests; but all of my other requests are responded to ASAP! The maintenance team is all so efficient, professional, and well-trained, they hardly ever have to call in other professionals! When they do, the professional relationships are impeccable. I really respect that. The office staff is also incredibly helpful and professional! Along with treats in the office throughout the year, they also host many parties and events. I loved our pool party last summer! I would say the most popular events are the food trucks. This summer we've had many different kinds of food and treats roll through - many nights a week! Other events may be smaller but much more meaningful. There is consistent attention towards the quality of life for the residents here, and it shows. I am grateful for our pool and clubhouse; I know in our desert area and family community, these are some of the best perks! I'm also grateful for both dogs parks! I hope that we can get bigger, clearer maps of this property, and letters on the front and sides of the buildings that can be seen at night. I will put that in my yearly questionnaire. Train is loud in the mornings. The thinnest walls of any apartment I've stayed in. Cold air just seeps through. Your neighbors are like roommates that you live with and can hear what they're doing. Currently I'm experiencing respiratory problems that I need to see a doctor for because their dusty and grimy vents and filter make the air unbreathable. The headaches and sore throat are awful too. A whole month of dealing with this and I'm exhausted.

The front desk people are never any help and have the worst attitude ever. Then when we first moved in our washer wasn't installed right and flooded our whole living room with a brand new rug we just got for that apartment. The "brand new" dishwasher didn't work so they replaced it with an old one they had in storage that would leak from the floor as well. Kitchen counter would literally fall apart on us. Spare room door didn't fit the frame so we had to put a pillow behind the door when we wanted to keep it closed. Then our shower had a leak happened behind the wall that lead to BLACK MOLD growing everywhere around our shower. We put our first work order to get it fixed in July and we still had mold issue when we moved out in June! Pretty much a whole year and they couldn't fix it? Why am I paying rent somewhere when they aren't providing adequate living conditions. They even cut out a big chuck of wall and replaced the wall without fixing the leak? For months we had a pieace of wall missing by our shower exposing the black mold with a heater blowing into it to "dry out" the mold. We put constant work orders in and nothing would get done. I had actually concerns for our health living in a moldy shower/bathroom. Would you feel clean after getting out of a shower like that? Then the sprinklers in front of the apartment complex would flood right in front of our place and you pretty much had to get soaked every time trying to get in and out of the place. Imagine trying to bring in groceries with a flooded sidewalk and grass with sprinklers spraying everywhere. The list just goes on and on with things wrong at this place. I could definitely knit pick at more things like parking, overfilled dumpster, etc. I would never refer anyone to this place.

Did they even do an inspection before we moved in?!? They do not have anyone clean the property so there is constantly trash everywhere, even right in front of your door! You will have to call multiple times to get VOMIT cleaned up from the breezeway and if you intend to use any of the grassy area you pay to use, including the "dog park" think again! There is more dog poop on that property than there are parking spaces. I tried so hard to love this complex and was disappointed over and over again. Due to the office staff and filthy property alone, I would not recommend living here to anyone.
