Maybe the best location the Tri-Cities has to offer. I only tolerated apartment living, but Bella Vista has a lot to offer outside your humble abode. If you're single and like to take advantage of night life, there are plenty of places to walk to from your apt. You can throw a tennis ball and hit The Bonefish Grill. Even Uncle Sam's Saloon is just a 15 minute walk. If you are more of the family-oriented type, there is plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities both of the walking and short driving type. Either way, the place was quiet for an apartment complex. Like most apartment complexes, the management can be a revolving door, but we had positive experiences both during moving in, during our 8 month stay, and for our move out. These apartments are terrible. Due to the wood floors you can hear everything in your neighbors apartments. I can hear when a neighbor opens their refrigerator. It was disgusting when I moved in, unclean. Also, the owners do not keep tenants information confidential as they are supposed to according to Washington state law. They tell their daughter things and then their daughter exaggerates these things and will defame your name. By far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. read more

I would give a 5 however 2 issues. The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors sneeze, and sometimes they have events which leaves me having to park far away. However the neighbors are all really nice and quiet. And the staff is so nice. When 1st moving in I lost my cool because of a communication issue and the staff all remained professional and presented solutions and diffused the situation. I felt like a jerk after but we moved past it. They are all so very nice and the apartments are cute too. I like that the apartments aren't primarily carpet because carpet is nasty. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Also they are pet friendly! read more

I'm not sure actually how I feel about these apartments.. been here for 5 months now, the office ladies are very sweet. BUT, the rent is crazy expensive the lawn men leave a mess everywhere, neighbors are not nice and make me feel uncomfortable, and walls are so thin.. ALSO we have freaking spiders inside all the time, they won't spray either... it's absolutely ridiculous. I am really not sure if I would recommend here. If you're thinking about renting here think twice. read more

We lived here for 2 years . Loved it when we first moved in, had great neighbors, no issues with noise and managment and maintenance where amazing. Then summer 2016 the complex was bought by a new management company and it all started to go down hill. Ended up with super loud and disrespectful young men living behind us. Loud parties, taking up all the parking and having their friends and girls yelling across the parking lot in the middle of the nite. Oh and the dog crap, everywhere . All over the side walk. It was literally a shit bomb. I and multiple neighbors complained for months and months. Nothing was ever taken care of . Then to find out they wanted to up our rent almost 130 bucks. Screw that, nor worth it for what we had to deal with. They don't give a crap about their tenants. We moved like 2 minutes away and are saving 400 bucks each month. read more

Hands down the worst apartment complex, the lawn company they hired leaves grass on all downstairs apartments and they suck at cutting grass. Maintenance responds quickly, but they say it's a non smoking property and I have seen a younger guy and one that's been here a while from maintenance smoking their vape outside an apartment at least three times now. Not quality apartments and the manager and staff in office are rude! Rent elsewhere. read more

The apartments themselves are lovely very updated with hardwood floors new appliances and a washer dyer in unit. But the walls are paper thin and I live in a downstairs unit which is the worst when you have upstairs neighbors who are extremly loud and not considerate of the people who have to live below I spend everyday feeling like I love in the basement of a huge heard of hippos who just so happens to hate each other. I have seen other neighbors walk past their apartment look up and shake their heads. That's how bad it is. When I have guests over they are startled by how loud they are and ask me how I can stand it here. I can't stand the noise but I love the area this area is wonderful and very close to where I work. Another thing that is very upsetting is the property changed owners and guess what these new owners want tons more money for living here now aside from paying premium rent for a 3 bedroom which is $1225 a month they now will add on Tennants paying all utilities (water, sewer, garbage) which will be they estimated about $30 a month per person who live in the unit I'm assuming including any children anyone may have. If you have pets the new owners have decided that since all their other properties don't allow them that you now have to pay after your non refundable $300 deposit $25 pet rent per month. All these charges are so crazy you might as well buy a house in this area because it's the same price and you will get so much more out of it. And if you have any questions about how much you are going to be charged the office staff will right away let you know how stupid your question was and how non negotiable all the new charges are. I pray they don't try to rip me off and charge a ton of crazy fees when I move out of here after my lease is up. Do yourself a favor and run away from this rental property. read more

I have lived in Bella vista since the beginning of 2014. I used to have no problems. We moved in to a clean unit with personal greeting welcoming us. We could hear our neighbors TV but he was mostly quiet and kept to himself. The next neighbor had 2 dogs without training, and the need to aggressively bark at anything they didn't understand, which was everything. The thin wall makes means that we live next to a noise that you can hear outside by the mailboxes a block away. Management hasn't done anything after several noise complaints. read more

I lived here for a year and a half. A year of it was awesome with no complaints at all and then at the beginning of the year 2 new tenants one beneath me and one beside me moved in and exposed how narrow the walls can be. The one behind me I had to call the cops on multiple times. 2 obese young girls acting like fools constantly with no respect for their neighbors. I filed a complaint and management always took it seriously and helped. Taking their steps needed. So while that was upsetting it did not ruin my experience overall living here. I loved my apt. It's safe and close to everything in the area. Jenny at the office was always super helpful with everything. Maintenance was timely if needed, and they did not try to nickel and dime me on move out like most places anymore. If I ever move back to the area I def will go here read more

I have lived here a little over a year, and have been very happy. The staff has been very friendly. Whenever we have had a maintenance problem ( due to normal wear and tear), it has been handled quickly and completely. The location is ideal for me, near my job and shopping. I've never had a parking problem, or issues with my neighbors. Being pet friendly, have full sized washer/dryer, and a real work out room ( weight machines, not just dumb bells and a treadmill) are a huge plus! I would recommend this complex to a friend, and have several times. A+ to the maintenance team, you guys rock! read more

Terrible. Have neighbors that constantly blast music so loud it shakes the flooring and walls then call the cops on you when you politely ask them to turn it down. Management has done nothing about it so far after informing them of this. If they do I will change the review. read more

The new management is HORRIBLE. I was speaking with a leasing agent inquiring on availability and if they allowed dogs. The agent informed me of the pet deposit and the monthly pet rent. She then sent me the link to the online rental application. I submitted and PAYED for the application. I received a call later that day and was informed that my application was approved. The agent then asked what kind of dog I have. I told her a German Shepard and she informed me they don't take dogs over 40lbs. Of course I requested my money back because I was not informed of the restriction before I completed the application. The assistant manager Jenn was terrible. Although she apologized for her staff's miscommunication she refused to refund me my money. This was their mistake and they refuse to refund my money! Do not waste you're time at the Bella Vista. The management is shady and very unprofessional. read more

I was so excited to move into this apartment. It was clean, had high ceilings, and a nice clubhouse....but that all pales in comparison to the constant rent hikes, the weird lease agreement dates...first it was 6 or 12, then it was 6 or 9, then it became 6 or 12 again. Oh and the parking...forget it. For such a large complex, you would think they could at least care about the tenants ability to park. There was a car parked in a premiere spot right up front...for 355 days. The lease agreement stated that cars were abandoned after a certain amount of time. No matter the number of times neighbors and I complained the car just sat there. Then a group of young men moved in, and all their friends took the parking....in their long cab, extend bed trucks in the middle of winter, and the vehicles sat there for days on end, disrupting the flow of traffic because of the length. No one does anything about the noise...or the parking. But the best part is the dog shit! If you happen to be out, watch out for the rat terrier Russell Wilson and his owner. Guy never picks up his dog's mess....when confronted...he stated that "that's just how I roll", and I have seen numerous people walk through the mess and leave it all over the sidewalk from their shoes. Office did NOTHING!!!! This is NOT a tenant friendly apartment complex. This is a money grubbing complex. I moved out and I am saving $300 a month, plus I more useable kitchen space and more square footage. read more
