I saw that this was in walking distance from my home, so we decided to take the walk for some ice cream. After viewing their socials, we decided that it was a good place to enjoy a cool treat on a hot day. They didn't disappoint. First, it's gelato, which is a bit different. My nephew wasn't enthused. He really wanted another type of icee. Me and my sister instead got a cone with cookies and cream, and i opted for the double chocolate and vanilla. The flavors were amazing! It was so rich and it didn't melt right away which was cool. The chocolate tasted just like a brownie. It was perfect, and the vanilla was a nice way to offset all that chocolate. The small cup comes with 2 scoops i believe. My sister enjoyed her cone as well. I will return to this spot. I enjoyed it. The service was cool. The customer service was brief as it was getting crowded. So we got out the way of others and went on to enjoy our day. Pics below.

It is definitely worth a trip back to Brooklyn.

Thick definitely does live up to its name the ice cream has filling to it thus making it thick. Not sure if it was the flavor I chose that made it super sweet or that he added more cornbread than ice cream to my cup but it was way too sweet. I wish the other flavors weren't melted because I feel I would have made a better choice.

That said, be prepared for a very limited selection of standard flavors. It's also definitely on the pricey side--expect to pay $8 for a single scoop, which feels a bit steep compared to the usual $6 national average. Worth a stop if you want a reliable, friendly spot to sit down, but keep the smaller menu and higher cost in mind.

Our favorite, along with the other Patrons, was, HANDS DOWN, the Sorrel Sorbet! We also enjoyed the Island Coconut, which was a soft balance of fresh creamy coconut flavor. Do not expect flakes of coconut just in case you're looking for texture. Pure smoothness. We loved the Passionfruit Cake ice cream and paired it with the Sorrel Sorbet. Sorrel was also paired with the Coconut. You can request housemade Waffle Cones or a bowl with a piece of Milo (chocolate) Waffle cone for a nice bite.
