Short answer: trustworthy, quick, detailed explanation and great price…read more Long answer: I bought a townhouse in 2017, and shortly after I experienced a leak after a really bad storm. I had 4 roof repair companies come out to give me an estimate. It turned out, I had a leak around one pipe jack. Most gave me the option to seal around or replace the whole pipe jack and seal. The prices varied, but a coupe wanted to charge me double the others for pipe jack replacement. Finally, I got one last quote from José at Legendary Roofing. He gave me such a detailed explanation of the repair and my options. He charged me the same as the lower end quotes I received for the pipe jack replacement, but he also replaced all the pipe jacks on my house and did roof maintenance for that price. He also noticed some broken shingles from a tree rubbing against my house and replaced that too, all for a great price. I felt like he cared and took his time. And he showed me detailed pictures of everything done. Now, in 2020, he was the only one I called when I had a leak in a new area. He provided great detail, showed pictures of what was happening and showed me in my attic as well where a potential new leak could happen. He even gave me the option to seal the problem children for free versus replacing the plywood and shingles. I went with his recommendation to replace the plywood and shingles, and he also included some vents to my attic/roof for the cost. The repair was complete two days later.

My Fiancée and I feel so good about this company as I am very meticulous, and they met all of my expectations. Hard to find these days. Thanks again to 314 Roofing for your excellent work! I had 314 Roofing install a solar powered fan on my roof. They surveyed my roof and attic and…read morestated that an exhaust fan would get my attic temperatures close to the ambient temperature. However, I only noticed a 6 degree drop in temperature. I informed them of the issue and unmet expectations; only to have their representative re-inspect the house and tell me that there is another separate issue causing my excessive attic temps. When I asked why the initial issue was not identified, the representative just shrugged. From my perspective, I spent $1,800 on a solution that was ineffective and possibly unnecessary. At best, I would say that their solution was misrepresented - but I just feel lied to. Given the experience, I would not trust them with a larger project or recommend them.

Firstly - Tamara is amazing! She worked with me from the original inspection, to meeting with the insurance adjuster to monitoring the work and inspecting the final job. Her communication was thorough and timely and really helped with the process since we were out of town for some weeks between the storm and start of the replacement. The crew replaced my roof on the hottest day of the year (I felt so sorry for those guys) and did a great job, including a really thorough clean up afterward. The insurance check came through quickly and I was able to pay them today. They did the inspection for free and never asked for any upfront funds throughout the process. Having some slight (and very old) experience with roofing, it was a well done and timely job from start to finish, despite Mother Nature's best efforts to slow it down with torrential rains for the last week! Again, you can't go wrong with this company, and you will not find a better advocate than Tamara!

I would highly recommend M&M Roofing.

I was blown away since this was the first time I ever filled a claim. My house got upgraded to a much higher quality roof and siding and all paid for by my insurance. Overall 2 thumbs up and 5 stars

We are new to Houston and a friend we have made recommended us to Stephen- Battalion Roofing…read moreHouston. The care and patience he took with me when asking all my roofing questions was amazing. Stephen is honest, caring and a GREAT SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. The quote he gave us was transparent; labor cost, material cost and top notch products. (he was almost half the price of a big roofing company and their quote was not transparent; he couldn't help us determine why it was so high either.. it didn't add up!) His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. He came out and covered the boot to prevent more leaking inside, and then he along with a crew member came out on a Saturday morning to replace the boot. While we do not want more roofing issues, I oddly can't wait to hire them for more work! 10/10, no notes, great small business and you won't regret hiring this company.

I had asked questions and thought we were all on the same page. Unfortunately, there were added expenses that my husband and I thought were included that weren't and we had to pay extra. Regardless, we are happy with the work that was done and would definitely consider working with Cornerstone Cowboys. Next time we will need things on the estimate broken down more and any and all clarifications be made prior to starting. Thank you Cornerstone Cowboys.

Fast forward to hurricane Beryl damage 2024... shingles were flying from a new part of the roof! Mark with Shingle Hut came through!! We were quoted double the price by another company who REFUSED to give us a cash price and wanted to ONLY work with insurance to cover the cost.
