Unfortunately I still had problems so called Ryan back, puzzled. When Ryan came back he had already researched the issue. It was the part itself, and an ongoing class action suit from the manufacturer. He shared the information and I was able to pursue a return. He also took the time to confirm that everything he had done was correct and that the oven was working as well as it could be. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to go above and beyond. I hope I don't need more appliance repairs soon, but if I do, I will be calling Ryan.

He could have taken our money over and over again when the dishwasher and cooktop would need to be fixed again and again, but he took the honest route instead. For this reason, I will ALWAYS call on Griffith for my appliance repair needs (not to mention he knows exactly what he's doing on all appliances and he does a terrific job!). I can't recommend Adesso Appliance Repair enough.

We…read morecalled about 6 different local places and Salam Repair was the first to call us back and did so within a couple of hours. The others that did respond no longer service Salem or had an answering machine and called us back the following day. Other companies could squeeze us in later in the week or not until the following week. Salam Appliance Service came the next day, called ahead to confirm when they would arrive and did so as promised in the time frame they quoted us the day before. They checked everything out and found no problem and explained that it's normal for refrigerators to cycle and thaw the freezer. We also had the temperature set wrong which probably contributed to the issue. Price was $85. We will use again and highly recommend.

I was never told that this was the agreement that after 60 days it would be his. I was never informed of this and I never signed anything that stated this. What action can I take here?

We had several technicians from other companies try to troubleshoot and fix the problem, and they worked hard to get it working, including replacing the ice maker and water fill valve. But, they could not get it to work. We were resigned to have to purchase bags of ice for the remaining life of the refrigerator. As one ditch effort, I call Mr. Appliance of Salem, and Giuseppe Curreri came to troubleshoot the problem. After a good 2 hours of pulling out the refrigerator, testing the communicating lines and other parts of the ice maker system, studying the electrical diagrams, and talking with Liebherr technical support, he found the problem. And, as often is the case, the problem was simple but difficult to diagnose. I've never seen anybody so determined to solve a problem and with such a "never give-up" attitude. Thank you Giuseppe for "saving the day", and of course it's nice to have our ice back. AND! His repair price was Very Reasonable. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Steve of Wakefield.

In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part.
