We have had nothing but great experiences! Staff is all so nice and so knowledgeable on the best practices to teach our kids to swim (and survive!!) Staff needs customer service training when speaking to the public. This pool would be utilized more if hours were receptive to families and schools in the neighborhood. It was a bit strange today having only one person swimming in the giant pool. It was overcast and rainy, Saturday evening... I guess I was the only one that needed to do laps but, when you're face down in the water, you don't really see anyone else or talk to anyone else. This is my favorite swimming/exercise spot . Can't say enough about it. Don't forget, the membership here also allows you to go to the other Reno area pools. Including Idlewild, north Northwest and Mount Evelyn or Evelyn Mount whatever it is. This facility gets bonus points for being fully self sustainable with the hot springs and solar. The rates are reasonable with discounts on Wednesday evening and Sunday. RecConnect passes start at $12 per month.

The prices are reasonable, and he so offers to drive you to the test, lending his car. Great guy and helped me sharpen my driving skills, would recommend him to anyone looking for a good driving instructor. Also, he will answer calls even late into the evenings as well.
