Never, under any circumstances book a moving truck with Discount Car rental. They took a…read morereservation for a vehicle they don't even own because they "hoped" they would have a truck for us. Now 10 days before we move, on the busiest day of the year, they called and said "well hey, whatcha gonna do? we don't have one". We booked this reservation 3 months in advance, and they waited until less than 10 days before to tell us. And they couldn't of cared less what they have done to us.

Staff tried to charge me for fuel and related surcharges (over $100) because the person who…read moreinspected the truck upon return couldn't be bothered to do their job properly. After complaining they double checked and then adjusted my invoice to remove the unnecessary charges. There was no apology for the mistake and the staff working seemed to not care that they'd made a mistake. If you rent from this location make sure to stay and get a paper receipt so you can double check that they aren't trying to over-bill you. Staff also admitted that they don't actually put any gas in the trucks when they're returned so their fuel fee and surcharges are basically just them charging you money for nothing if you let them get away with it. Vehicle was fine but the return experience wasn't a customer friendly experience.
