I made a reservation through their website and everything went well and I even got the confirmation for my booking. But when I got there, they said they didn't have any cars for me. And they tried calling me, but didn't have my phone number; although on the booking confirmation I received on my email, my phone number was specifically mentioned. The staff were friendly and everything, but apparently, they didn't care enough to let me know in advance, so I won't waste a lot of time going there and then to another location. I have rented a few times from this location without issue. I believe it was Tamara who helped me out. I had a free upgrade and she definitely went. above and beyond! I arrived early with my reservation and was able to pretty much chose the car I wanted. Went with a Nissan Qashqai (Amazing car!!) Return was done after hours but everything was processed quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in Etobicoke or Mississauga!! Exceptional service and average prices (against other car rental places.) My only gripe would be that the cars are not always full of gas. I am used to this luxury as I usually rent from the airport location (due to their hours) but they do the best they can and are very flexible with the gas gauges. Located in the middle of nowhere, on Dundas near Shave Avenue, we decided to rent a car for our journeys in Toronto. I love online pricing for rental car companies, and this one is no different. When you phone places like this, they give you the standard rate, then you go book online, which I did, and you get a completely lower rate. The selection of cars is below average, as there wasn't much there to begin with when I got there. The only things on the lot was a Kia and a Nissan. I will say that they gave me the choice, but did advise that the Nissan just came back after 30 days of being on the road. The service was real slow, and when we returned the car, they wouldn't drive us back to where we were staying which was only, really a 10 minute drive, but the way they made it sound, was like 30 minutes. read more

Years later,this location comes through for me again.Had the worst start to my weekend,these guys remained open to help me out.I was not feeling all that safe with my car not working.The selection wasn't stellar given it was so late on a friday,but I found something to get me moving again.I hope the location can keep a variety in stock because it would be a shame to not have them around the west end, near the subway,and international airport. Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Live Green Toronto card benefit - Car Rental Near Me - Etobicoke, Ontario

I rented cars here a few times late last year. Prices are pretty much the same as other car rental companies. They certainly displayed a friendly service here, but on the downside; they have a limited option of cars considering it's a small lot that they have, which would mean you may not get the car you requested for from your reservations. On my last visit, some guy in front me at the front desk office lobby, got enraged over the lack of car options prompting him to throw his Tim Horton's coffee everywhere in the front desk lobby, while I and two other renters (who were apparently a stripper and a club bouncer from down the road) watched in sudden shock. The enraged fellow, apparently wanted a sedan vehicle, but they only had hatchbacks and economy size vehicles at the time. I guess he wanted a more substantial vehicle to feel important. So given this possibility of not getting the car you wanted in the first place, it has a potential to enable incidents like these. read more

This branch is a joke. I rented a car for the week and was charged nearly $800, yet when I went down the street to the Evans st. location, I was able to re-rent the exact same car for half of the price from the Dundas location. The managers unprofessional attitude and unwillingness to work with us regarding their outrageous prices, makes me rate this place the WORST spot to rent a car. If the same company, just different location, can give us the quality service that long term customers deserve, and are only charging half the price, then clearly something's wrong, and their managers professional status needs to be looked at on a more personal level. Enterprise, we are long term customers and the Dundas location is a rip off and is making your company look horrible for the people who regularly use your services. How is it that I can go ten minutes down the street and save half the money, with the SAME company?! I'll nerves return to the Dundas location, unless the staff is retrained, or simple fired. I just wanted to send in writing of my complete frustration with your company. I had used Enterprise since I had gotten into a car accident and this was the one referred to me for exceptional service. This however was not the case and I would like people to know. Firstly, I had to wait an hour and a half just to get my reservation done even though my car insurance company had already send in a prepaid amount with a confirmation #, how hard is it for even a 10 year old can look up the numbers? Then I had used their car for 2 weeks which upon return it took them one hour to process and 30 mins to wait to drop me off to my auto body collision centre 5 mins away. Really? I could have walked there faster if they didn't keep telling me not to worry someone will drive me there shortly. I was also an hour late to work, adding to my frustration. Once I had left their office they said that any other additional fees on the car would be billed to me, which I said was fine as long as they sent me the bill first which upon I could verify before they charged my card. But NOPE, I was charged an additional $200 without them telling me. I found out when it showed up on my credit card. If I didn't check my credit card statement then I would not have known that they were charging me extra without my knowledge. To this day, I have yet to recieve a reciept even after calling the office I rented at. They apparently do not know how to use a fax machine, they cannot copy and email it to me because they are illiterate and don't know how to do anything and when I contacted the customer service general number they said they couldn't do anything for me. Thanks Enterprise for your spectacular FAILNESS that you call customer service! Anyone who wants to book a rental beware, that is why they have the $9.99 weekend special, because people would rather go with HERTZ because their people actually know how to deal with things. read more

I had a great experience with Enterprise and Nicole. I wouldn't say it's located in the middle of nowhere (20-25 minutes from downtown Toronto). The location is right beside the highway, Sherway Mall and the Kipling subway station. No, it's not downtown or at the airport but if that's what you were looking for then you could easily pick one of those locations. As for my personal experience, I called a day or two ahead to book and came a little early. I was looking for something small (at least in my mind that would be comparable to a corolla). I got there early and was offered a Mitsubishi SUV which I had to turn down as I was driving to the US and this wouldn't be a very good option on gas nor am I used to driving a SUV. Then I was offered a Fiat which was a little smaller than I anticipated (I am a little picky?) but I suppose due to our hesitation we were quickly offered an upgrade to an Infiniti g37 at no additional charge. The selection was perhaps small as the March Break was on but if you have a concern regarding your vehicle, just speak to the person assisting you. Regardless, I was happy driving the g37 as it was comfortable, smooth and on par in terms of size and amenities as my current vehicle so I enjoyed the eight hour drive! I really appreciated the upgrade and Nicole handled the transaction when picking up and dropping off the car. She was an absolute delight to deal with from beginning to end.
