Speaking of arrival - though they squeezed me in last minute, they arrived EXACTLY at 4:30, even responding to my text confirming they were on schedule when I asked them one hour earlier. They were kind, professional, and efficient, even taking an extra twin sized foam mat and bag of random parts that went with the A/C unit. Bonus - no problem figuring out their own parking and loading in busy Midtown for a high-rise. As a consumer you pay the money to have someone else do this reliably and quickly. They totally made this worth the reasonable (per going market) price!

They tried to double charge for the assembly even though was not completed first time and the next crew had to go to hardware store to buy bolts as the first crew stripped them all!? How the hell they broke the bolts without building the bed fully I'll never know And the guys they sent the second time damaged my bedroom floor! Now supposedly someone will come from them to fix these damages. I wish the store didn't deal with these idiots. I doubt they will send a professional. My bed frame was structurally cracked and unusable, and items in a clearly marked Fragile box were shattered because the team stacked other things on top of it. I tried to resolve this directly but they offered only $100 for all damages and refused to budge. I have now filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario. Would not recommend
