We asked if they had anything with Quebec plates and this beautiful Mercedes C300 was right in front of the window. The only negetive I can think of is we had to give it a few minutes to learn how to drive it but with the help of the owners manual and a drive ahead of us we loved the car. The same girl who saw us off also checked it back in and again, top notch service and employees are totally amazing.

I'm pretty happy that this will likely be my local Enterprise location, because the check-in I had…read moreyesterday was pretty well executed. The employee who helped me, Joe, was super friendly and efficient. I really appreciate when employees realize you are looking for a quick "in and out" type experience, especially when my friend & I were carrying overnight bags and clearly hitting the road. We were offered a pretty spectacular upgrade since we came onto the lot after, I think, a lot of the morning rentals had gone out. The employee offered us a Mercedes Benz GLA for the price of $5 a day, caveating that they are good on gas and I just need to have it back for Monday morning when they go back to the MB lot. I've never been offered that nice of an upgrade before, for such a low cost, so obviously I took it! I've found at other locations they can be a bit pushy with trying to upsell you, but this wasn't the case. Plus, it's right near the highway so you can hit the road fairly easily.

I wasn't was renting it. you have to talk with a virtual person first and give information. All i wanted to do was talk with a person to see how much it would cost for day. My daughter had rented a car a few months ago off them but smartly did it online. I will not recommend them at least not the woman who was rude and should not be in customer service.
