Top notch, excellent customer service. Our car of choice wasn't ready but we were offered to upgrade or wait. We asked if they had anything with Quebec plates and this beautiful Mercedes C300 was right in front of the window. The only negetive I can think of is we had to give it a few minutes to learn how to drive it but with the help of the owners manual and a drive ahead of us we loved the car. I had such an amazing experience with this location. Not only were the guys friendly and professional, they were really accommodating, and genuinely cared about what my plans were and helping me make them successful. I had no issues whatsoever, and even though it was a last-minute booking, it was smooth sailing. As an added bonus, the guys are also really funny, and didn't mind that I had to wait a bit for my ride. They didn't make me feel like I was overstaying my welcome (although I probably was).
