I did not received a call , text or email warning this will happen or asking me if I still need it . This ruined my planes and I had to rearrange my trip to Niagara falls and visiting friends and family in Toronto. I lose two days without being able to visit any new place due to this cancelation. Guy who told me it was canceled show no interest in helping me , just offered a new reservation for two days after and close to noon. That would be another vacation day lost. I had to waist time on the phone trying to find another car in a convenient location until I did, and found a very helpful lady in Niagara Falls location. To my surprise enterprise charges you if you drop vehicle in a different location in Canada, and even more expensive if is at the airport. Not the best ren a car service in Canada.

Luckily, I ran into the staff as they were heading out (ie walking to their car and heading home), they approached me and offered to give me that lift!! On top of that, they made sure I wasn't charged the extra day of insurance ( even though it was technically returned after closing). Everything else about the rental was great, but this level of service just put them over the top!

This time I took a GO Bus 29 & then Transfer to the 40 to Pearson. $11 !! Yes it cost me $11 not $120 and it only took an extra 15 mins. More room on the bus, comfortable and very efficient. I am now completely converted. Red Bus NO MORE !!!!!

Wilson's used to source all their vehicle inventory from the USA but I'm not sure now because of the currency exchange rate. Anyhow, you'll still find an impressive assortment of cars and trucks at very competitive prices. They don't have to add a huge administrative fee to a sticker prices compared to tToronto GTA used vehicle dealerships. Their website allows anyone to search through Wilson's vehicle inventory without every having to visit the lot in person. If you really like something, nothing beats negotiating with sales representative Miguel whom my and brother and I have enjoyed wheeling and dealing with. Happy trails!

Both the salesperson and finance department were aware which vehicle I was actively pursuing. I completely understand that without a deposit, a dealership may sell a vehicle to another buyer. That is not my frustration. What was disappointing was learning through an AutoTrader notification that the Jeep had been sold. At no point did the salesperson or finance department contact me to advise that the vehicle was no longer available, despite knowing I had completed a finance application specifically for that Jeep. A simple message or phone call would have been professional courtesy and would have reflected much better customer communication. If communication and follow through are lacking during the initial sales process, it raises legitimate concerns about how more serious customer issues would be handled later.

They made a reservation for me and were unable to fill it. They made no attempt to correct the situation and I got the run around at every avenue. No one, I mean no one, from this corporation save for an automated response on Twitter gave me any reason as to why they couldn't fulfill a reservation made weeks in advance. They straight -up lied to me. Now my move into my first-ever home is in jeopardy. Thanks, Discount (he says dripping in sarcasm)! Fortunately, U-Haul was able to pick up the ball they dropped and saved my butt within 10 minutes. Classy move, U-Haul! Discount could learn a lot from them. I'm not sure how your business model is deployed, Discount, but I would take a long, hard look at it.
