May 30,2024 I walked into Bristol Auto mall to purchase a more reliable car for me and my three children. An agreement was made for a 2018 Hyundai Tucson with 65,000 miles. not sure on the purchase price. However after only having ownership of the vehicle for two days a yellow check engine light appeared on my dashboard. I contacted the dealer immediately. I was instructed to take the vehicle to a nearest auto zone or repair shop to have the code diagnosed. I did as instructed. Code kicked out as a faulty catalytic Converter. I was then instructed to bring the vehicle back so that the code issue could be confirmed by their in-house mechanic. I complied, they agreed it was the same as I had provided. I was advised that the vehicle may be able to be repaired under the manufactures warranty by The office manager by the name of Nate. The vehicle was left in their possession for 3 days. I reached out multiple times for an update. I was promised multiple calls backs that never came. Leaving me and my children without a vehicle. causing me to miss work. I was then informed that the vehicle could not be returned to me because the financing bank was rejecting the loan due to financial discrepancies. The information provided by the dealer did not match the information I confirmed via a telephone call from the financier. A second vehicle was issue out with a new loan structure with he same finance company. Consumer Portfolio Services. The replacement vehicle was the same make and model as the previous one just the next years model. First vehicle was a 2018 Hyundai Tucson with 65,000 miles. The second vehicle was a 2019 Hyundai Tucson with 90,074 miles. I accepted the replacement. came into the office as requested to sign and drive off the lot. I was held there for hours. Finally the vehicle was released into my possession. Two days later another yellow check engine light appears. I again contact the dealer immediately. Again, Im instructed to have the vehicle diagnosed and brought in for code diagnostics confirmation. And again-a Faulty Catalytic Converter. Only this time I'm told I can keep the vehicle, it is safe to drive with the check engine light. I was told again the vehicle could be fixed possibly via manufactured warranty. Again the office manager Nate states he would contact the dealer to set up the repair. It is now 9/9/24 and the vehicle has yet to be serviced. Nor has a call back been completed by the dealership. Update as of 12/7/2024 The repairs to my car were finally made only after requesting I remove my bad review and withdraw my claim with the attorney general. It was only ONLY after I threatened to sue because false claims missed appts scheduled to fix the vehicle. When a date was never set. now today I have a vehicle with a suspended registration because according to DMV records I provided an insufficient ACH check. here's the kicker I never agreed to pay for my vehicles registration when I purchased the car from Bristol Auto Mall back in May. I requested for the fee's to be included in my 17,000 finance. which they claimed they couldn't due to covid 19 rules. Never have I ever financed a car and not had titles and registration included. when I took the notice to the dealer and inquired why I was being contacted by the DMV for a bounced check, they then proceeded to provide me a blank check with my signature with no disclose amount made out to PENDOT. Claiming I had assumed the responsibility for titles and registration. When quiet in fact that was not the case. I placed a 1,000 dollar offer for downpayment on the first 2018 TUCSON, they had to take back due to the finance falling through because they lied on the application stating I paid $500 in rent and not the $1,500 I provided them at the time I applied for finance. They finally agreed to include titles and registration if agreed to put down another $500 which I did. At the time Only had $1,000 in my account. I informed them I could agree to an ACH withdraw for the remaining $500 to complete the downpayment, that's what I signed. NOT once did I ever agree for a ACH payment for 1,500 for registration cost. if that were the case I would have applied that money on to the existing $1,500 downpayment, lowering my monthly payment. The Russian white man that's the owner is as shady as they come. He followed me out the office to taunt me the day I went to their office to inquire on the suspended registration issue. Only to tell me titles and registration financing was only offered to select customers with "good credit". This dealer is by far shady as all hell. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. it isn't until you leave negative reviews that they try to solve the issue. they will ignore you at all cost hoping you go away.

Just about the worst experience in car buying ever. Make sure you look at all reviews before purchasing. They take 'buyer beware' to a new level...... 1. Check your itemized bill. They do not itemize and just add things you hadn't spoken about. 2. if you come back to pick up your car, look for all the things they take off or change....they took hubcaps and the spare and the whole spare kit that was in the car when I purchased. check for advert pictures to car when you pick up. 3. if you buy an inspected vehicle. watch out. items that would not have passed inspection at a legitimate place are passed on to you. Penn Dot has been notified of this activity.

I first inquired for a vehicle and spoke Mike whom was very helpful. After a while I stopped hearing from Mike to then start receiving text messages from Crystal Jean. I sent crystal all of the information that I had just sent to Mike but figured they all worked together so it was fine. Spoke to Mike later that evening, he told me he stepped away and that he works from due to being in a wheel chair and that I would not meet him when I arrived to look at the car we had spoken about. He said when I get there to ask for Nate so that I can test drive the vehicle. When I got there the Altima I was originally interested in was sold. When talking to Jim, I also expressed the liking of the Mercedes Benz GLA 250($14,995). Nate persistently was forcing me to purchase an Audi Q5 ($16,995) which was more than the vehicle I had originally inquired about. When I test drove the Audi I immediately did not like it as it was too big for me. I then test drove the GLA. I liked it. It was very small like a compact car with the asking price under 15k with 89k miles. I spoke with Mike earlier that day and expressed the down payment would be 2k. He said that's good and the bank would take it. Now I'm done test driving the vehicles and told Nate it was getting late I wanted to make some inquiries for insurance since that was a luxury vehicle. And would come back in the morning. They said they would send me a Lyft to come back but before I left Nate wanted me to leave money down. I told him no, I would be back to handle everything the next day. The next day came which was Wednesday. Mike has not reached back up to follow up, which was surprising since he said he submitted my credit application. Nate texts me, I asked him about sending the Lyft he said " I am going to try to get ahold of the person who has the company uber. If not would you be able to get in?" I paid for Lyft to get from Nj to Pa. I get there I finalized the insurance with a minor change needed. As I'm sitting at Nate's desk for over an hour I reminded him I'm on lunch let's move things along. He gets up and goes into a back room a few times. He comes back and says the bank wants more of a down payment for the GLA. He said they will take the 2K for the more expensive Audi but not for the Benz. He then tries to sell me a warranty policy at $400 down $210 a month for 18 months. Once I declined and said I only wanted the car he then started to insult me by saying things like I have a Honda, or Subaru for you. Two cars I had never inquired about or spoke of. After inspection of the vehicle I took photos and showed Nate the damage to the front of the Mercedes and asked to negotiate the price. He said it was minor and his people could clean it. I told him it was more than cleaning, it's chipped paint and a minor flaw to the vehicle which would be new for me. Later that evening I called the bank that was listed on the insurance policy that I purchased for the GLA. When talking to the bank United Auto Credit, the finance department advised they never received a contract. The ran my credit for approval. They said they would not indicate a down payment amount they would just accept the amount that is to be financed. I would be very aware of this information when dealing with this car dealership. Please note some AA women will not be treated fairly and may be taken advantage of due to credit history.

In march i purchased a vehicle from bristol auto mall 2011 chevy traverse. I was super excited as they knew i just had a baby and painted a picture that they cared about family and saftey for my children. Within days my car wouldnt run. I called them right away and was told to have the car towed to them to fix it AT MY EXPENSE. $250. They called me next day and informed me it was fixed. I went to pick it up and there were now dents in my door and my power windows didnt work. Before even driving it off the lot the check engine light came back on. In fear of them messing up the car further i brought it to my mechanic. My catalytic converter was bad along with some belts. After all was said and done it was $2500 to have it repaired. I informed bristol auto mall and was completely ignored. Ive now owned this vehicle for 4 months and it broke down again last week only to find out now needs an engine, and i still owe 12k on it. These fraudulent salesman will rape you blind and send you on your way in a death trap children and all. I will be reporting them to the BBB but have little recourse aside from that. Buyers beware if tour looking for a good car, stay as far away from bristol auto mall as humanly possible.... read more

After an auto accident I went looking online for a new car and found one I liked at Bristol Auto Mall. I arranged to go see it but didn't really feel it was the right one. Bobby looked at my parameters and showed me multiple other cars within them. He happily answered all my many questions (as well as my mother's at a later date). I didn't feel at all pressured to buy, it seemed like they really just wanted to help me find what I wanted. I ended up purchasing a 2011 Mazda hatchback, super cute and in really good shape. There were some hang ups with the title (which was in fact the previous owner's fault and in no way the dealer's) but they did so much extra to work it out for me. I've been in touch with Bobby multiple times since purchasing the car, he always answers my calls and is incredibly pleasant and helpful. I will likely buy from them again in the future. read more

Buying a used car is always a bit of a risk, for you are buying something used and someone has sold for a variety of reasons. That's why having a dealer that stands behind his product and will work with you to resolve all the issues on the car is so important. And for that, I highly recommend stopping by at the Bristol auto mall and talking with Paul the owner. I purchased a Ford 500 that needed some additional work as I was preparing the car for my sister. Paul was very eager to work with me to resolve the issues and went the extra mile to do the work necessary to prep the car. Paul and the Bristol Auto mall group received their 5 star rating the hard way--they earned it! read more

I usually don't write negative reviews on a business, but I have to be forthcoming about my experience with Bristol Auto Mall in Levittown PA, and their loan financing company United Auto Credit, which will be a separate review. As a decent human being, I believe I owe it to the public to share my experience with seniors, people who may not have good credit,and those who are desperate to own a vehicle. For the record, I am a person over 60 with good credit. This review is to encourage, or should I say, warn you to put the brakes on (no pun intended) before you buy a used vehicle, or sign a contract with Bristol Auto Mall. Make an informed decision. It took me a while to get to the point of writing this review because I wanted to make sure I had all the facts, and my anger and disappointment was under control. I was hoping this business had integrity,(one of the salesmen had the audacity to pray I made the right decision, Imagine that!!! Unfortunately, I made the wrong decision to purchase a used vehicle from Bristol Auto Mall. This review serves as an educational tool. There is no way I can write everything here. Consider this a "consumer beware.'The dealership will probably write a counter review as they have done on numerous reviews with complaints ( and there are many, RED FLAGS). I recently noticed an uptick in 'good' reviews, but strongly doubt if they're valid, and if they are, it was probably written before the customer discovered problems with their purchase. I was asked to right a good review. Thank God I refused. . My fight for consumer protection rights is far from over. This experience has really made me want to advocate for unsuspecting customers. Here are a few highlights: Vehicle purchase date 10/3/2024 Year, make, model: 2016 Chrysler 200 Reported Mileage: 145,000 (suspected odometer tampering fraud) under review Inspection Stickers: passed through 10/2025 (with all the issues the car has the vehicle may not be passable by DMV standards. Possible State violations. Checking with the DMV and state regulations. Check Engine Light On: 10/5/2024 Check engine light pops off and on Bristol Auto Mall advises since it is not a steady light it's nothing Thanks Carlos for your honesty (I'm being facetious here) Chrysler Dealership cannot find sensor codes for warning lights ,may have been disabled by Bristol Auto Mall. Under investigation. Recall: Catalytic converter per Carfax (always ask for a copy of this report and review it thoroughly. DO NOT let the salesperson rush you, or brush over this, ask questions, READ, then ask more questions) Take someone with you who will be a second pair of eyes. Wait a day or two or more before deciding. Look at other dealerships Recall repaired on 10/9/2024 by Chrysler Dealership free of charge due to manufacturer recall. They completed a Multi-point inspection finding multiple issues that were clearly evident. They had to know about the pre-existing issues beyond the recall. Thus pushing you to buy a warranty and GAP insurance. As soon as the mechanic looked under car he immediately saw the problems. This may be a failure to disclose known problems violation. Although used car dealers say "as is" in their sales paperwork, telling customers there are NO problems when they are aware can be legally considered an express warranty. Seeking legal assistance on this. Chrysler dealership completes an oil change on 10/19. Car transmissions slips, mechanic states there are issues with it. WHAT CAN YOU DO IF YOU HAVEA PROBLEM?. Contact the State Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau. Contact an auto fraud attorney, contact the DMV. Contact the Trade Commission (FTC) or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Be vigilant and watch for unauthorized towing as a means of retaliation. Be careful with your continued online access to make payments. Watch for payment lockouts, account deactivation resulting in missed payments, repossession and/or major hits to your credit. AND DOCUMENT EVERY CALL including date and time. Get the names of who you talked to. Sometimes you won't get the true identity of who you spoke with. Put your concerns in writing via letter (certified if you can), emails. Pennsylvania Auto Dealerships will need to follow several new regulations starting August 19, 2024. The regulations, developed by the Office of the Attorney General (OAG), require dealerships to disclose the following six conditions(https://www.foxrothschild.com/publications/pennsylvania-auto-dealerships-should-prepare-for-regulatory-changes) ***Using the term "As-Is" does not satisfy the written disclosure requirement. The disclosures must be clear and conspicuous on the face of the document, listing the vehicle's conditions and stating it is sold "as-is." If a vehicle cannot pass safety inspection, the disclosure must specify the items causing the failure under the Pennsylvania Safety Inspection Program.*** read more

Buyer Beware!!!!!! This place is a joke in more ways than one.... mistreat customers 24/7... is the most form of Disrespect and the ultimate mistakes that companies always make... It could cost Bristol Auto in the long run Trust and believe me when I tell you... the more that the court-of-Americans complain the worse it can get for you Nate, Phil and Paul!,, nobody likes the "BAD GUYS" a bunch of Liars!!! Treat me like you did before I sign on the dotted line... It would make your life easier if you actually Help customers when there are any issues.. just a friendly reminder no one have to car shop @ your establishment. Periodt! Clearly what your doing to customers isn't working because you guys are obviously less then smart... if a vehicle is Broke or Busted. We have the right to get in contact with you and complain if Nothing is being done about... Because at the end of the Day... "10 FAKE" reviews VS... "5 BAD ones" warrant an eyebrow to be raised... why do you think a lot of these companies have a B for Billions behind there name!,, so when numbers are Low at least you will know WHY!!! This place is absolutely horrendous. My husband bought a car from them that apparently passed their inspection, but when driving it two days later we found out there were safety issues with the car. The car horn does not work and the seatbelts in the backseat where my children sit, do not work properly. We were driving back home and stopped at a light when the buckle to my sons car seat came undone and his car seat flew forward hitting the back of the passenger seat. We were taken back and contacted the company. Contacting a manager was basically impossible. When I finally heard back, they offered to fix those problems, but it has been 3 days since and I have not heard back about when those repairs can be done. The manager is not responding and the car we just purchased is sitting in our driveway because it is absolutely unsafe. How the car passed inspection is beyond me and how they could sell an unsafe car to a family like that is just horrible. If you can avoid this company, please do at all costs because they will sell you a dangerous vehicle and then ignore you when it comes to fixing mistakes. read more

My 2021 Jeep shopping experience was pretty tough. I had to learn to lower my expectations of what was advertised online as many dealerships' vehicles turned out to be much more beat up than the photos or descriptions online. So when another one caught my eye from BAM, I routinely set up an appointment and went about my way to see it. Drum roll please!! This baby was parked right out front and looked even better than expected. All the bells and whistles they promised were there and it drove like a peach. After my test drive with Carlos, who was more knowledgeable than all other ride songs so far, I knew I had to make an offer. Phil was pretty stern on the price and I respected that. After all, I had done research for months and the price was in fact, fair. The final process was also seamless in the hands of Nate who carried through all the annoying PennDot / DMV paperwork easily. All in all, the trustworthiness of their ads, the congeniality of the staff and professionalism of their shop is truly hard to find so when you do it's worth sharing. LESS THAN 1 STAR : If I can advise anyone of one thing in life NEVER, NEVER purchase a car through Bristol Auto Mall They're all slimy unprofessional snakes. They make promises to fix issues with vehicles before purchasing and never follow through. Which Ive had taken care of correctly since they're lazy humans. They also think it's acceptable to take a check for registration, taxes, and tags that they never put through and then call you a month later for card numbers to pay for it. Then after three months of avoiding and dodging phone calls and voicemails they say "it's in the mail and will be in this week". Well fast forward to three weeks later when I repeatedly call all morning to have them answer and I threaten police involvement, court rooms and a judge.. they can magically now present my registration. They don't know how to run a business or have ANY sense of customer service. I have never met a more incompetent group of people in my life. If you want a HORRENDOUS experience and nothing but a headache, you can go there. If not, take my advice as NEVER GO THERE ! read more

I don't usually write reviews let me say this I live in Philadelphia I was discouraged by 2 dealers, my uncle referred me to Bristol auto mall when I say they look out ! When I say they help above and beyond they do , they work with me whole staff , phill , MR DRESS NICE / mr VERSACE man please I drop a , they work with u , they really do , my car is nice , 2015 shit next 6 months to a year I'll be getting that Land Rover trust me , I'm a black queen about her business and very motivated . again I'm not BS NOBODY ! I was very impressed with the customer service!! I was looking at Kia Souls and my salesman Jose came out and helped me so much...he had a lot of knowledge of the vehicle and wasn't pushy, which is a huge plus! He did everything possible for me to test vehicle out to be absolutely sure that was what I wanted and would be happy with. I fell in Love with it!! When I arrived the next afternoon to return my dream car, Jose knew by the look on my face that I wanted it. Very helpful. When I spoke with the financial Mgr Chris, he was just as pleasant and helpful as Jose...We got paperwork done in a timely fashion, and he got me to the payments I needed to be at!! Let me begin by saying Never believe everything you hear! I was in dyer need of a car as my previous car had quite a bit of work needed and it just wasn't worth it so needless to say my search began and I came across BRISTOL AUTO MALL! Despite some of the negative reviews i saw i opted to dee for myself! I was pre approved before arriving and the entire process was quite simple and extremely pleasant and that is thanks to their amazing MANAGER Nate! His knowledge and professionalism along with delightful personality made much more relaxed in this stressful situation! So if your in need if a vehicle I highly recommend you go see Nate and his staff at BRISTOL Auto mall! Thanks Nate again and i look forward to upgrading in the future! read more

I had a great experience at this auto mall. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect car for my needs. They didn't pressure me into making a decision and were patient with me throughout the process. The financing department was also great to work with and helped me get a great deal on my car loan. My car was totaled in a wreck December 4,2021 and once my insurance told me the amount i was getting for my car i immediately started looking for a car on car guru. i knew exactly what car i wanted. After one day of looking i saw the car i wanted in my favorite color, red, that same day i called to go check it out everything checked out. came back that weekend and now I'm leaving with my car. This was the easiest experience with buying a car that i have ever experience. i would definitely give more business and send business his way. Does everyone not realize that this is a USED car dealership? You should always take the vehicle to a mechanic before buying it. There are mechanics at every corner, and one is only 1 street over from them. If you have such horrible vehicles, were they checked out first? I have avoided many vehicles this way from dealerships. New= they will replace it under warranty or recall. Used= they will replace it under recall, but the warranty is gone. Unless you are able to purchase one at the time, a used car can have multiple things go wrong with them. ALWAYS take it to a mechanic. These reviews just look as if no one does that anymore. read more

Bristol Auto Mall is amazing and definitely the place to go if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Benny, my sales manager, was absolutely outstanding, Phil and Nate are also phenomenal at what they do. first of all the reviews that you see that are higher then two at best I can tell you now I've verified 3 of them and they are fake reviews. This so called dealership carries junkyard quality vehicles and they do not back up their sales. Customer service is crap and they are scammers. Shadiest place I've ever had to rate and you would be best abs is Ed to avoid at all costs. Don't rely on reviews because these people make up names and do their own reviews because anyone whose ever purchased from here knows this place is the biggest junk yard of thieves and should be shut down My mission is to do just that. read more

Me and my husband went there to purchase a car with no expectations that we would find something decent with lower credit and a small down payment. Nate took great care of us and jumped thru hoops to get us a fantastic deal. We drove off with a 2019 Jeep with less than 30k miles with a good interest rate and affordable monthly payments (even with all the bells and whistles). Test drive was smooth, paperwork was a breeze (Nate thoroughly explained everything as we signed), and they even detailed the car before we drove off. The main thing that I like about this place is the Warranty. They have their own mechanics and provide warranty for every car they sell. All prices are below retail value. They basically wholesale cars to the public. Very helpful with financing. Its a family operated business. They really value their reputation and properly taking care of their clients. Paul & Dmitry were very helpful with my first purchase and I left their lot the same day driving fully serviced 2006 Audi A8 . Definitely coming back next year for the upgrade read more
