Once after I tried cleaning it, the glue came loose and my kitchen sink collapsed onto multiple appliances below. Terry (the owner) did respond to that situation, and came over to reglue the sink. Since then, I have contacted him 5-7 times with photos and request that he just come and fix it. He responded once and said he has no excuse-- he's just been really busy.

The bathroom is new construction and there was no lights in the bathroom and I found them using my lamps they had gone through my house, found my bedroom lamps and had them sitting on the floor working by them in the dark bathroom. Callier Thompson had renovated one of our 2nd floor bathrooms almost a decade earlier. I was more than surprised to hear they would send a foreman out to investigate the source of the leak. Matthew arrived to discover that after years of use a small area in the grout had deteriorated to allow water through.
