He was professional, extremely caring, neat and clean and did an outstanding job. They revived and repaired our existing cabinets. He actually took two cabinet doors back to his shop for total refinishing due to the extensive damage from the previous owner's animals. He brought them back today and they blended in beautifully. It is now the BEST space in the house. We will be calling on Rick again for our next renovation. We had a one-year-old at the time of renovation and it was in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Rick and his team were incredible with checking on us and letting us know in advance how our day might be disrupted by the work. They were considerate of sound levels when he was napping and so courteous of our home life, which we were still adjusting to ourselves. They took a lunch break and left each day by 3pm! One day, I saw that they were using my extension cord that they'd taken from my garage without asking! Umm bring your own equipment please or at least ask to borrow. Only one of them could speak broken English. They were scared of my dog so I HAD to be home while they were working. It was ridiculous. Their drywall skills were pathetic and tape and muddying looked like my preschool kids did it. When I would show Rick their shoddy work he would had them correct it but it was over and over and over. Their paint work was poor. Parts of the floor tile had to be removed and replaced. We found The ductwork was left unhooked up and ceiling tiles right over unfinished ductwork. I would not recommend and I will never use again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they hire non English speaking men who do do not know how to do interior construction work. Egress window leaked too

We wanted to love them, based on their reviews…read more I've been using the same plumber for years, but they were recently bought out, so we tried this spot as I try to support local. The first time out they were phenomenal. They checked ALL my drains and cleared the issue for us so quick. Their prices are fair for the area. We had a cap stuck in the drain, but we hadn't had issues with it draining yet, so we left it at the time. We asked him to do a rough estimate for pricing to get it out just in case, and on his way he went. Turns out, when he was snaking the drains, he had actually wedged the cap further down to which it blocked the sewer line from the toilet and shower, and created a seal. This was our fault since we didn't mention it to him though. We tried a few times to get it out with an electric snake, but couldn't, so called these guys to come formally quote and cut the pipe for us. Then, ghosted. Called, emailed. Never heard back. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to deal with the cast iron (fair), but it would have been nice to have some communication. We unfortunately won't be calling them again. They're probably awesome for quick and easy house calls, but I don't think more in depth issues are worth their time. At least, that's what it feels like.
